The house was immaculate upon arrival. We had a couple of issues to sort whilst we were staying in the property, and George and Diego responded really quickly and were very helpful. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of the lake front, restaurants, ferry terminal etc, as long as you don't mind the walk up the hill to get home! We had everything we needed for a really enjoyable stay, thank you!

De lokatie is mooi wat betreft uitzicht en rust. Het is een (steile) wandeling van een minuut of 20 naar het meer, de bootafvaart en restaurants. Pittig, maar goed te doen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, met voldoende ruimte eromheen. Het terras is mooi, zij het dat een zonnescherm wel welkom zou zijn, vooral als je met z'n vieren wil eten. Het huis is ruim, schoon en voorzien van goede airco en luiken. Het was te warm om gebruik te maken van het balkon, maar daar had je wel een schitterend uitzicht. De tuin is prachtig, met bloeiende oleanders. Er waren wat lichten kapot, maar toen maandag het kantoor open ging kwamen er vrij snel mensen om dat op te lossen. Misschien handig dat de schoonmaak even alles aan en uit doet om dat te testen voordat gasten komen? Dan hadden ze ook kunnen doorgeven dat de deur van een van de slaapkamers nauwelijks open kon (even wat paumellen erop zetten, of de onderkant afschaven). Het was fijn geweest als er bij aankomst op een goed zichtbare plek belangrijke informatie beschikbaar was geweest, zoals het WiFi-wachtwoord (!), telefoonnummers en adressen voor medische noodgevallen, lokale winkels en restaurants, etc. Nu kregen we dit pas op maandag nadat we erom hadden gevraagd. Toen we de magnetron en de afwasmachine tegelijkertijd aanzetten, sloeg de hoofdstop door. Godzijdank hadden onze buren dat ook al gehad en konden zij ons vertellen waar deze zat: aan de straat! Het is handig om dit soort informatie makkelijk te vinden, want het is vast niet de laatste keer dat dit zal gebeuren. Ook was het niet handig dat er geen keukenhanddoeken en -doekjes waren, terwijl er wel douchelakens waren (wat prima was). Dat hoort er toch wel bij in een huis van deze kwaliteit. Bij aankomst moesten we eerst ijs uit de vriezer bikken om deze dicht te kunnen doen. Vermoedelijk niet goed dichtgedaan door de vorige huurder of de schoonmaak. Niet het eerste klusje waar je aan wilt beginnen bij aankomst!

Die ruhige Lage des Hauses hat uns sehr gefallen. Für eine fünfköpfige Familie ist die Größe des Hauses ideal.. Bei dem schönen Wetter könnten wir den Außenbereich (Terrasse, Balkon, Garten, Pool) gut nutzen. Nicht so schön war, daß die Kaffeemaschine aufgrund eingebrannten Rückständen auf der Warmhalteplatte nicht benutzt werden konnte. Ebenso die nicht saubere Bialletti und der Grill, der erst mal richtig gesäubert werden müsste.. Empfehlenswert wären Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, damit Stechmücken und Käfer. draußen bleiben.

Beautiful location, had a wonderful stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. Pool was amazing. It's a bit hard to find but directions were very helpful. Clean and comfortable unit. Air conditioning worked well. We would definitely stay here again!

Schöne, ruhige Lage oberhalb vom Ortszentrum. Das Haus war ideal für unsere Familie, genug Platz zu fünft. Schöner Garten mit Pool und Terrasse. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.

June 2018 Our stay at the new Villetta Tara was very nice. The house is very cosy and absolutely comfortable for 6 people. The infrastructure is in a very good shape and the house was absolutely clean. Furthermore, everything was properly arranged. The area around the house is beautiful and the pool has a perfect size. July 2016 My family and I had a fantastic time at the villa! It was extremely clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed and beyond. The furniture is modern, clean and luxurious. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une villa qui correspondait très bien à l'annonce. La taille du garage a été une agréable surprise en arrivant. Je n'accorde que 4 étoiles sur les 5 à cause d'une accumulation de petits défauts mais en soit très légers s'il n'y en avait qu'un. J'avais bien lu dans un commentaire qu'il n'y avait pas les essentiels de cuisine type sel, huile etc. C'est effectivement absent c'est dommage. Il y a semble-t-il eu des dégâts des eaux liés à la clim qui sont encore visibles. Un balai serait bienvenu car la table faite en plusieurs planche laisse tomber des miettes qu'il faut ramasser. Enfin il aurait été préférable d'être averti de la venue de l'entreprise effectuant la taille des haies, c'est bruyant et nous aurions préféré prévoir une sortie sur ce créneau que de subir le bruit. Ces petits défaut n'ont pas gâché notre séjour. Nous étions très content de bénéficier de la piscine, de la clim et de la surface de la maison tout en étant au calme.

Location molto calma. Vicinato molto cortese ci si sente subito a casa sua. Mancanza di qualche attrezzatura per il bbq o caffettiera. O pure indicazioni geografiche di alcuni supermercati o mercati varie. Ma tutto sommato il conforto della villa ci fa dimenticare velocemente quei piccoli dettagli. Ospite sempre reattivo ristorante e servizi top. Posso solo raccomandare. Una dolcevita da portare a casa. È stato un piacere!

Other than a few nicks and scratches on the walls and a number of insects in the corners that needed to be swept, our stay was very comfortable. The power also went out one evening but our host was able to send someone to fix the issue in short order.

Such a beautiful spot with amazing views. The Villa was comfortable and spacious, we were a party of 5 and it was ideal, could easily have accommodated another couple of people. The pool was a good size and the outside area was great (Villa Tara). The only niggles are that we hadn't realised quite how steep the walk down to the lake would be, we hoped to walk out for dinner in an evening but it is quite a climb back up to the Villa and one of our party isn't very mobile so that was an issue. We have 2 teenagers and specifically looked for somewhere with WiFi for them, the connection was awful and finally, there was a problem with the electrics, you couldn't have too many appliances on at the same time as it constantly tripped out, we had to turn off the AC units in the bedroom to use the dishwasher!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle due villette con piscina privata. Le due villette sono seprate con piscina rispettivamente ai lati opposti per cui la privacy è garantita. La piscina è di dimensioni adeguate al numero di ospiti, 3mx6m (nella villetta adiacente lievemente piú piccola 2,5 x5) con lettini a disposizione comodi e zone di ombra naturale sempre presenti nel corso della giornata. Posizione sopraelevata con vista lago e tranquillitá nei dintorni. Ampio parcheggio privato nel garage della villetta. Il lago dista a piedi 900m. Presenza di micronde, forno e lavastoviglie e di tutto il necessario per cucinare. All'arrivo c'è stato un problema con il telecomando del garage che è stato risolto velocemente dallo staff.

Sehr schöner Ausblick, gute und ruhige Lage, genügen Platz für mehrere Leute, große Garage! Man kann im Garten auch ihre Ruhe haben, von den Nachbarn kriegt man sehr wenig mit.

Schöne private Unterkunft! Toller Pool und Terrasse. Super schöne Aussicht . Wir hatten tolle Tage! Ausstattung könnte noch etwas besser sein wie zB Besen, Handtücher etc.

Emplacement super. Prise du logement par une boîte à clés, pratique. Grand garage fermé, top avec une petite voiture et 2 motos. Machine à laver Hôtes réactifs quand la piscine a eu un problème.

Nice private location, very clean and exactly as appeared in the pictures. Amazing drive in garage under the property. Very good instructions provided on how to find the villa. Plenty of everything for 6 guests. I had to contact the host a couple of times but they dealt with issues promptly. Make sure to check out the link to the property videos as they electric cut out whenever we tried to use the oven, there is a video for how to fix this. It is worth noting that the walk to the property is about 10 minutes up hill from the lakeside.

Posto molto bello. Uniche note negative sono la piscina che non ci era stato detto che non era in uso e sopratutto la piscina della villetta vicino che era sporchissima e faceva un brutto odore e attirava insetti e moscerini (anche se non è colpa di questa proprietà). Altra cosa avevamo chiesto se i 2 letti singolo potevano essere sistemati a letto matrimoniale ma ci è stato detto di no. Per il resto posto incantevole, vista stupenda perfetto per passare qualche giorno in pace tra amici o famiglia

The accommodation itself was great. Unfortunately, we were missing some things, such as dishwasher tabs, dish towels, rags, cleaning products such as a glass cleaner so that you can also wipe the table properly after the meal. What we also missed were basics in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc. The pool was great, very clean and generally it was very well maintained outside.

The property was spacious and clean. We stayed in Villa Tara and the outside area was lovely, good sized pool, loungers, outdoor dining area and bbq. And the views were lovely.

Electrics tripped regularly and that affected air con lights dishwasher and access to property via remote control to garage for car and shopping. When happened first time out of hours there was no response from holiday company so had to contact air bnb. The villa is well equipped but for us who cooked at home a fair bit the small kitchen work surface was difficult for family of 6! The pool steps were broken on arrival and reported in first messages but never fixed. The kitchen light and remote were fixed and replaced.simple things like a broom and pool net would have been handy and allowed us to keep space cleaner and few more bags for the numerous recycling bins. We loved the view from the property and it was comfortable.
