Stunning apartment, beyond stunning view over Lake Comi, well equipped with quality tableware, cookware, laundry facility and bathrooms. Quality furnishings and a generous car parking space. The only negative was that the apartment has no air-conditioning and on occasions was unbearably hot through the night. So this review is of an "almost" perfect holiday apartment. Location, furnishngs, facilities were all of a very high quality.

Zeer stijlvol huis, met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het balkon over het Comomeer. Het huis heeft een bijzondere indeling, met de slaapkamers op lagere verdiepingen. Het terras bevindt zich aan de schaduwzijde van het huis. Het appartement staat los van de woning en is bijzonder ruim en heeft een fraaie badkamer en zithoek. Er is een ruim washok met wasmachine en droger.

Really nice place in a small town above Lago di Como. Everything is as described, but you need to keep in mind, that the apartment is located on a steep hill that is about 350m above the lake.

Dreamy house! Stunning place, with a great view! If your idea is to stay a bit out of the busy towns around the Lake, and immerse yourself in more of a local atmosphere this is your place :) Would totally recommend, can’t get over the view 😍

The most beautiful setting and fantastic apartment…it’s a 45 minute steep walk from menaggio but bus service is good and no car needed for our holiday. It is located in close to Belagio and Verano which are stunning too.

March 2018 Abbiamo soggiornato in questo rustico dal 31/03/18-02/04/18..in 3 famiglie..la casa da subito accogliente ..spaziosa..non manca niente..mi sono innamorata dello spazio in cucina e dell vista che ti offre il terrazzino della cucina.. Outstanding property with spectacular views and off street parking. Well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday stay. Generous in size and facilities with quality furnishings and appliances. Access to a huge laundry room which was free to use. A short drive to the beautiful township of Menaggio which was below the house. Only fault was that the weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning.

The view is amazing! This place was a little hard to find, glad they sent the detailed instructions with pictures, those really helped. Some things about the house are confusing, but the response team helped sort it out. One of the rooms is not directly accessible by the front door, only after going through the house to the courtyard then up a flight of stairs. My kids thought it was a cool secret room when we found out it was part of the place. The washer and dryer are also in a separate room accessible only from the courtyard. The cobbled walking paths around the houses are fun to explore. At night from the patio we were quietly serenaded by a very good french horn player a few a house down. There were enough towels and hand towels for all of us, but no extra. We ended up using the hand towels in the bathrooms, kitchens, shower mats etc. because those were not provided. The shower leaks some. No spices, only salt, pepper, and sugar. Minimal cooking oil. Overall we really enjoyed it.

The view of the house is just incredible, half of Como lake is to your feet, and the house is modern and clean with very equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are renovated. We had a very good time there. The fact that the rooms are divided via 3 floors and a separate unit gives privacy if you are a family with adult kids like us. For young kids and elderly, I would not recommend (many stairs). Tip: swap the sugary snacks in the welcome pack for a couple of dishwasher tablets or dish detergent. Downside was the mold on the walls in the lowest floor and communication with the local team was somewhat poor, long time to answer to issues, also in their emergency numbers and no solution was given. We had no Wi-Fi for 2 days without any solution, compensation or giving access to the other Wi-Fi network which was available in the house...

This apartment is wonderful! The photos do not do it justice…it is spacious and airy and modern and the view of Lago di Como is superb. Self check in was a breeze with very detailed instructions, and the location was the perfect getaway. The on site parking is a rare bonus.

This was a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend and return. Amenities were good and communication from provider was very good. Could do with a deeper clean as it was very dusty and should mention that the 4th bedroom is outside the main building. The views were amazing. And overall would definitely be back.
