Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall'impianto di risalita di Les Grands Montets e a 14 minuti di auto da Chamonix, questo rifugio classico offre una base sciistica senza stress per 6 persone. Un ambiente senza tempo invita gli ospiti a entrare nel soggiorno di dimensioni generose. Un comodo divano e 2 sedie sono affiancati da una TV a schermo piatto e da una finestra panoramica che dà accesso a un ampio balcone terrazzato coperto. Lì, una zona pranzo all'aperto con vista sulle montagne è pronta per essere gustata. Il soggiorno è accompagnato da una zona pranzo e da una cucina separata adiacente. Dotata di piano cottura a induzione, forno, microonde, bollitore elettrico, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, lavastoviglie e frigorifero, la scena è pronta per pasti spensierati e rilassati in famiglia! La zona notte dell'alloggio è perfettamente adatta ad accogliere gruppi di 6 persone. Con 3 camere da letto in totale: una camera matrimoniale con armadio, accompagnata da una seconda camera con 2 letti singoli separati e una vista panoramica sulla montagna, quindi la terza e ultima camera con un letto matrimoniale. Wir haben schöne Tage in Marks Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und die Grundrisse sind grosszügig gestaltet. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, und wir haben uns besonders über die gepflegten Küchenutensilien wie Pfannen und Co. gefreut. Chamonix hat uns als Ort und als Wandergebiet sehr gut gefallen – eine beeindruckende Kulisse und vielfältige Möglichkeiten. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung und Chamonix sehr empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen. Und der beheizte Pool haben die Kinder sehr genossen.

Great location and beautiful views! The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped for our stay. Pros were the garage/parking space. Location for Argentiere's shops and bars etc. Easy check in/out 3 bathrooms Quiet building Cons: NO Wifi! (we didn't realise until a few days before we arrived. We didn't think to check, as nearly everywhere has it these days. Without wifi the signal wasn't great) Trains can be heard from the back bedroom from 7am. Pillows were very hard We would have given this apartment 10/10 apart from the Wifi.

le logement est très bien, de très grandes pièces, très bien équipé, belle vue 3éme étage avec ascenseur, accueil de l'agence très rapide, à 100m du logement donc pratique, gare à proximité pour aller à Chamonix en train. Petite erreur dans le descriptif : il n'y a qu'un seul WC. Pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine. Le parking est un box, en hiver c'est pratique. 2 points négatifs : le siège de l'agence est en suisse, donc prélèvement de 10€ en sus lors du paiement. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage,, en été pas de soucis, en hiver il doit faire frais, un remplacement me semble nécessaire, au moins d'un point de vue écologique.

Overall a very pleasant stay. We loved the view from the balcony and the pool. It had good facilities and our children adored the cosy room upstairs. We are not sure if the toilet in the double at the back of the property is working properly, not due to us but the cistern did not seem to be working after each flush. This was only a minor point though. Another minor point is that more comfy chairs for the balcony would be a bonus. Thank you overall.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Would be absolutely perfect with WiFi. Very comfortable with lots of space. Lovely village with everything you need. We did lots of days out as Switzerland is only 15 mins drive. Also Chamonix very close. Lovely hiking trails close by also.

Rien à redire sur le logement. Important à noter que si plusieurs couples, il y a une chambre à l’étage, mezzanine et pas de fenêtre. les 2 autres chambres sont équipées de sdb privées + une sdb supplémentaire! Spacieux, très propre et bien équipé , ! Important à noter que l’appartement est situé le long d’une route fort fréquentée donc énormément de passage et assez bruyant.

Appartement vétuste mais spacieux et avec une belle vue sur la vallée de Chamonix. Navette et trains pour se déplacer dans la vallée à 300 m, Départ Grands Montets à 600m à pied (ok pour ados et adultes). Ils manquent des commodités par rapport à l'annonce et celle-ci est erronée sur certains points : pas d'accès internet gratuit (l'agence propose une box à 5€ la journée), pas de four, pas de sèche cheveux, 3 chauffages en panne (prêt par l'agence de radiateurs électriques sur une installation électrique vétuste), 1 plaque électrique mais qui n'est pas à induction, 300m à vol d'oiseau des remontées et des pistes de ski de fond mais 600m à pied (10-12mn avec chaussure de ski), 1 seul WC (séparé). Dernier point : des frais bancaires appliqués sur le tarif malgré une location en France sur un site français !!!!(l'agence est suisse). Ces frais ne sont pas mentionnés lors de la location.

This is the one of best apartments we have stayed! (1) The apartment is very big with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms (2) Kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (3) The view from the balcony is amazing! (4) It was very easy to collect and drop the keys (5) We had everything we needed for our 4 nights stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is fantastic, offering stunning views. The apartment itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, adding WIFI internet service would be a great improvement. Highly recommend this place!

le logement est très bien, de très grandes pièces, très bien équipé, belle vue 3éme étage avec ascenseur, accueil de l'agence très rapide, à 100m du logement donc pratique, gare à proximité pour aller à Chamonix en train. Petite erreur dans le descriptif : il n'y a qu'un seul WC. Pas eu le temps d'aller à la piscine. Le parking est un box, en hiver c'est pratique. 2 points négatifs : le siège de l'agence est en suisse, donc prélèvement de 10€ en sus lors du paiement. Les fenêtres sont en simple vitrage,, en été pas de soucis, en hiver il doit faire frais, un remplacement me semble nécessaire, au moins d'un point de vue écologique.

Super comfy property for us as a family of 5. Great to have 3 bathrooms. Lovely views from the balcony. Great facilities. Pool was a bonus.

Overall a very pleasant stay. We loved the view from the balcony and the pool. It had good facilities and our children adored the cosy room upstairs. We are not sure if the toilet in the double at the back of the property is working properly, not due to us but the cistern did not seem to be working after each flush. This was only a minor point though. Another minor point is that more comfy chairs for the balcony would be a bonus. Thank you overall.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Would be absolutely perfect with WiFi. Very comfortable with lots of space. Lovely village with everything you need. We did lots of days out as Switzerland is only 15 mins drive. Also Chamonix very close. Lovely hiking trails close by also.

Rien à redire sur le logement. Important à noter que si plusieurs couples, il y a une chambre à l’étage, mezzanine et pas de fenêtre. les 2 autres chambres sont équipées de sdb privées + une sdb supplémentaire! Spacieux, très propre et bien équipé , ! Important à noter que l’appartement est situé le long d’une route fort fréquentée donc énormément de passage et assez bruyant.

Appartement vétuste mais spacieux et avec une belle vue sur la vallée de Chamonix. Navette et trains pour se déplacer dans la vallée à 300 m, Départ Grands Montets à 600m à pied (ok pour ados et adultes). Ils manquent des commodités par rapport à l'annonce et celle-ci est erronée sur certains points : pas d'accès internet gratuit (l'agence propose une box à 5€ la journée), pas de four, pas de sèche cheveux, 3 chauffages en panne (prêt par l'agence de radiateurs électriques sur une installation électrique vétuste), 1 plaque électrique mais qui n'est pas à induction, 300m à vol d'oiseau des remontées et des pistes de ski de fond mais 600m à pied (10-12mn avec chaussure de ski), 1 seul WC (séparé). Dernier point : des frais bancaires appliqués sur le tarif malgré une location en France sur un site français !!!!(l'agence est suisse). Ces frais ne sont pas mentionnés lors de la location.
