Con la sua vista naturale sulle montagne, questo splendido rifugio al 2° piano offre una vacanza tranquilla e accogliente vicino all'impianto di risalita di Lognan. L'elegante appartamento è un'ottima base per le vacanze durante tutto l'anno. Nel soggiorno, il soffitto a travi inclinate e lo splendido pavimento in pietra arenaria creano la scena per momenti di intimità sul moderno divano, con la TV a schermo piatto a portata di mano e la vista sulle montagne che fa da sfondo al riposo. L'incantevole zona giorno a pianta aperta è accompagnata da un meraviglioso tavolo da pranzo con una versatile panca. Illuminata da una lampada a sospensione, la zona pranzo è ideale per le cene natalizie. Il camino è decorativo e non deve essere utilizzato. La cucina adiacente, parzialmente separata, è perfettamente attrezzata per pasti senza stress, con piano cottura, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè Nespresso, lavastoviglie e frigorifero. Un utile sportello di servizio consente agli ospiti di passare il cibo a chi siede al tavolo da pranzo. Il rifugio dispone di un'incantevole camera da letto con vista sulle montagne, arredata con un letto matrimoniale (due letti singoli unibili) e dotata di una scala per accedere a un soppalco aperto con letto singolo. Un moderno bagno attrezzato con vasca, doccia a pioggia, lavabo e portasciugamani riscaldato è accompagnato da un WC separato e da un deposito per gli sci. Un balcone privato con vista sul Monte Bianco, arredato con un set da pranzo bistrot per 2 persone e un paio di sedie lounge all'aperto, è la scusa perfetta per gustare una tazza di cioccolata calda dopo una divertente giornata sulle piste. Con il centro di Argentière a soli 3 minuti d'auto/ 14 minuti di passeggiata, gli ospiti si trovano in una posizione ideale per godersi un soggiorno con angolo cottura. Situata a 14 minuti di auto da Chamonix, Argentière è una delle località alpine più amate per l'escursionismo e lo sci, ed è situata ai piedi di Les Grands Montets (un'area vasta e variegata che offre un'ampia gamma di piste e vasti campi di neve fresca perfetti per gli amanti del fuoripista). L'impianto di risalita di Les Grands Montets si trova a soli 260 metri di distanza, mentre la località alla moda di Chamonix è raggiungibile in 14 minuti di auto. Ideale sia per gli sport invernali che per i soggiorni estivi, il paesaggio mozzafiato e la fantastica gamma di attività ricreative all'aperto rendono questa destinazione invitante tutto l'anno. Great views! Beautiful scenery and natire around the apartment! Apartment was very cosy, very nicely decorated! Kitchen had everything we needed! Apartment is on a great location, center of Argentiere is close, sonis the path to the mountains! Also very close to the road that connects Argentierre and Chamonix! We really really enjoyed our stay, and we might come back!

A compact apartment, with a balcony and a stunning view and with an outdoor swimming pool. Argentiere is a great location too. Well connected, good restaurants, a small supermarket and a Sunday market every week. A good place for hiking in the summer.

Schöne kleine Wohnung für zwei Personen. Die Lage ist gut. Ruhig und nah am Bus. Es ist alles vorhanden. Das Geschirr ist reichlich so dass nicht ständig der Geschirrspüler laufen muss. Etwas mehr Licht im Wohnzimmer wäre gut. Da alles aus Holz ist knarzt es auch mal, aber das ist normal. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

L’emplacement est excellent pour le ski. On peut accéder aux pistes à pied. Appartement bien chauffé en hiver.
