Uno splendido paradiso italiano che confina con la glamour della Costa Azzurra! Questa villa offre un'esperienza lussuosa e assolutamente memorabile, situata in una posizione elevata con una vista aperta e il mare a soli 3 km di distanza, godendo di un clima splendidamente mite. La villa, di recente costruzione, è arredata con stile e offre tutti i comfort desiderati per voi e i vostri ospiti. La villa offre un moderno e spazioso soggiorno e sala da pranzo a pianta aperta con una splendida cucina attrezzata, mobili molto confortevoli, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e TV satellitare. Una scala a chiocciola conduce al piano superiore. Per godere appieno del vostro soggiorno, dovete rilassarvi all'esterno su una delle terrazze soleggiate che offrono una fresca brezza, relax e l'esperienza di "cenare all'aperto" con un grande barbecue familiare. All'interno della villa, di recente costruzione, la zona notte è composta da 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, la camera padronale che gode di una vasca idromassaggio privata, bagno e terrazza al piano superiore. Il piano terra offre una seconda camera matrimoniale, una terza camera con letto a castello e un bagno con doccia. La villa si trova in un bellissimo e generoso giardino di 1500mq, molto appartato e privato, che offre una bellissima vista sulla valle sottostante che si estende fino al mare di fronte a Villa Monte Enrico. Le recinzioni circondano la proprietà dove necessario e quindi è a tutti gli effetti a misura di bambino, tuttavia va notato che la piscina privata, sebbene sia profonda solo 0,9 m e perfetta per i bambini, ha un accesso aperto. Dettagli della piscina: 1,8 X 5 profondità 1,2 m La posizione della villa si presta agli ospiti che preferiscono una vacanza rilassante o una vacanza attiva, con le storiche città medievali delle colline liguri a portata di mano e le città glamour di Monte Carlo e San Remo con le loro spiagge, i casinò e la vivace vita notturna, così come il golf e gli sport di parapendio, a soli 15 km di distanza. ** Si prega di notare che l'accesso alla villa avviene attraverso una strada in salita, per cui è necessario un autista esperto.

Although it was a very nice experience overall, I need to add a few things. First of all, I was notified of the VERY STEEP hill going up to the property on the very last minute. I booked the property 2 months prior, but was given the check-in instructions on the day of checking in. I understand that this is a standard procedure, but I'd have liked to know about the steep hill situation beforehand, so that maybe I would have rented a different car. The check-in instruction said to have a 4x4 car and an experienced driver, which made me panic on the way to the property. Another thing is, when we wanted to turn on the heater, we were notified that it's against the law and we could not do that. Which could have been fine, but I chose this property because it had heater. So, it was an inconvenience for us. Other than these two situations, the property is really pleasant. We had a really good time there. Would recommend, but would have liked to be aware of these details, is all.

Le séjour a été très agréable. La villa était superbe, avec des lits confortables et de nombreux rangements. Rien à redire sur la propreté, tout était impeccable. Seul bémol : la piscine et le jacuzzi sont assez petits. De plus, l’accès à la villa est difficile, la route est extrêmement raide. Je n’ai pas réussi à la monter avec mon véhicule, heureusement que mon ami était là pour m’aider. Sans 4x4 ou un conducteur expérimenté, cela peut poser problème. Mis à part cela, tout était vraiment top 🙂

Hanglage ist bei schlechtem Wetter nicht gut zu erreichen mit Auto. Ansonsten war alles wie beschrieben und es wurden schnell Mängel abgestellt. Internet war zum arbeiten zu langsam.

Firstly thank you for a fantastic week in your beautiful holiday home! Secondly it was a really tranquil and sunny spot! We found getting to the beaches very easy by car. We all really felt so at home in your modern cosy house and we really managed to enjoy the quality time together that we never seem to find in the UK! The weather was super and we dined outside constantly! We also really enjoyed sightseeing in the local area and visited Monaco for the day which was an experience! Thanks again!

We've had a great family getaway in Liguria! Our holiday villa was so modern and spacious to stay in and it was lovely to just relax and enjoy quality time together. The road to the villa was a bit steep buy Barry handled it very well. The pool was so great to cool down in the sunshine and we enjoyed some great alfresco meals in the garden. The beaches were just a short drive away which was great for our teenage children and we all had great times sightseeing and visiting Monte Carlo! Ventimiglia was a wonderful location for a summer hols- thanks again!

Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos de l’annonce : il y a énormément de différences. Après avoir contacté l’agence, apparemment c’est normal… Allez comprendre ! Si vous êtes quelqu’un de maniaque, ne venez pas à cet endroit. La femme de ménage a dû oublier de passer, je pense. De plus, vous allez vous « ressourcer » avec la nature… du moins avec les insectes ! Si vous aimez les cafards, les fourmis et les frelons, vous allez être servis. Bref, on pensait passer de bonnes vacances… c’est un peu raté.

Nice Villa with a beautiful view, there was a bad smell in the house and kitchen, bathroom and floor needed to be cleaned when we arrived. Nice with the BBQ outside and the space and balcony. Pool never got used since it was so small and on the upper floor it was very low in the sealing, and inconvenient with the bath tub and shower inside the room. It was very hard to get there by car, and a high car damage risk as mentioned by the host also.
