Thomas’s place was amazing and perfect and beautiful. The view was something out of a movie, and Riva del Garda was our favorite place in all of Italy. The driveway is no joke though, be prepared for a bit of an uphill hike with your luggage if you didn’t rent a car! The little downtown area was right across the street, we rented bikes (ebike Garda) and had the best day, then ended at Osteria La Contrada (the best meal we had over our two weeks). Thomas’s location is ideal, rent here!

Wir haben die Unterkunft zum zweiten Mal gebucht und fanden sie wieder wunderschön gelegen. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Gardasee und zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Schritte bis zu den im Hafen gelegenen Restaurants.

Die Wohnung war zwar mit alten möbeln eingerichtet aber wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war super alles zentral zu Fuß erreichbar. Ideale Lage für Ausflüge. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Our young family of four really enjoyed our stay here during a festival in town. The beautiful villa has amazing views and is very close (short walk) to downtown, the lake, and some gorgeous hiking views. The apartment was simple and cozy. It would have been nice to have some more basic cooking essentials (pepper, oil, maybe some better cookware) Our young boys didn't mind sleeping on the fold-out couch, but I'm glad I didn't. Overall we are very glad to have stayed here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Villa Lina is a great choice when visiting Riva del Garda. The view from both the windows and the balcony is wonderful, and the balcony can be used for meals if you prefer to eat at the apartment. The location is very good, quite close to the historic center and the additional bonus is to have a private and highly secure parking place very close to the entrance to the building. This was very valuable for us coming with own car and quite a lot of luggage. Also the well working washing machine was very handy for us during our longer vacation throughout Europe.

ממש אהבנו את הדירה! המיקום שלה היה מושלם מבחינתנו. ממש קרוב למרכז התיירותי של העיר, אבל מספיק רחוק בשביל שיהיה שקט, והעובדה שהבית ממוקם על גבעה מאפשרת לפתוח את הבוקר עם נוף מושלם מהמרפסת. מי שמגיע צריך לקחת בחשבון שהעליה ברגל לבית דורשת עלייה תלולה במעלה הגבעה. לנו זה היה ממש בסדר, אבל חשוב לדעת את זה. הגענו מאוחר ולכן אספנו את המפתח מתיבה ליד המשרדים. זה היה ממש נוח, והוראות ההגעה לבית היו מפורטות וברורות מאוד. ממליצים בחום!

The perfect place for a small group - I stayed here with my best friend for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Checking in and out was so smooth, Giada was always on hand to help and even went the extra mile when we asked for advice on the boat timetable and locations! The house is located up a fairly steep driveway but it's short and completely manageable, and becomes completely worthwhile when you see the view from the balcony!! It was the best view we saw all weekend. Overall, we had a great stay, the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need (although we chose to dine out all weekend), we slept well and the bottle of proseccon on arrival was delicious and went down a treat in the heat! Thank you Thomas and Giada!

I had a pleasant stay at the apartment. It's situation on a hill on the outskirts of town and is an easy walk from the town center. The balcony and views are great, though it was a little too cold to appreciate it in late April!

Das Apartment hat die perfekte Lage um Riva del Garda zu Fuß zu erkunden (max. 5 Minuten ins Zentrum). Alles andere kann bequem mit dem Auto erreicht werden, da auch ein Parkplatz auf dem Privatgelände (abgeriegelt mit einem Tor) zur Verfügung steht. Das Apartment war soweit sauber und der Blick auf den See und die Stadt ist einmalig. Die Kommunikation sowie der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

We had a great stay at Villa Lina. The apartment was very comfortable for the three of us (small baby), very nice willa surranding with a garden, convenient parking, close to the center and wonderful view of the lake. We recommend highly.

Hervorzuheben ist die Lage u. der Ausblick der Fewo. Die Vermieter-Agentur kümmerte sich u. fragte mehrfach, per WhatsApp und auf englisch, nach. Der Check-in verlief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ansich war OK. Es war alles besenrein u. die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Das Bad hatte sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen.

Sehr schön gelegene renovierte Villa in Riva, ca- 10 Gehminuten vom Hafen und der schönen Altstatt entfernt. Eigener Parkplatz auf dem durch ein Tor abgeschlossenen parkähnlichen Gelände. Saubere Ferienwohnung mit guten betten, einem recht neuen Bad und einer herrlichen Rundsicht u.a. auf denn Gardasee. Auf dem Rundbalkon kann man zu zweit sehr gut frühstücken, er liegt morgens in der Sonne. Das Sofa kann zu zwei weiteren Schlafgelegenheiten umgebaut werden. Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist apparativ gut ausgestattet, Mikrowelle, Gasherd mit Backofen Toaster etc. vorhanden. angenehmes Wohngefühl

The only thing missing was trash bags and hand soap. We happened to find one small bar of soap after really looking, but there were no trash bags to be found. Otherwise the location is great, the apartment was great, and it was a lovely weekend!

Perfect location for visiting Riva del Garda. The views were stunning from the place on the hill, and the balcony & big windows really allow you to enjoy them. The location means you are a few minutes walk away from the most historical and beautiful area of the town and with the best restaurants and ice cream! Beach is also really close and there are several hiking trails that start from just behind the apartment. The apartment itself was good. Highlights are the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook and it had a washing machine which was great as we needed to do laundry. The only complaints were that the apartment is not modern and there was no Aircon which was tough in June. A fan was provided but it was useless and didn't push any air. Would be nice if a decent fan or 2 fans could be provided during the summer months, or maybe a portable Aircon unit. The apartment team were very friendly and responsive.

Die Lage ist toll, mit Blick auf den See und den Ort. Das Zentrum, der Hafen, Strand und Supermarkt waren fußläufig ohne Probleme erreichbar. Parkplatz ohne Probleme, für das Tor gab es eine Fernbedienung. Gläser, Teller und Besteck waren in ausreichender Menge vorhanden, sogar Becher gab es.

Lage der Unterkunft Top. See Blick ist garantiert. Leider muss man auch sagen, dass die Unterkunft nicht sehr sauber ist. Die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet, jedoch nicht sauber. In der Besteckschublade ist recht viel Dreck. Das Bad ist halbwegs sauber sowie die Betten auch.

Great location: only a 5 minute walk from the bustling centre but felt relatively secluded. The driveway is very steep but short enough to not be a major issue. Spacious and tidy apartment with an excellent view from the balcony. The only downfall for us was the lack of air conditioning, as we visited during a hot week in the summer so sleeping was uncomfortable - this may not be an issue at other times of the year.

Die Lage am Hang und die Aussicht mega. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Es wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Parkplatz sogar mit Garage direkt an der Villa. Zufahrt war mit unserem Bus etwas eng, aber möglich . Man kann sogar am Balkon bei ☀️ wunderschön Frühstücken.

Расположение отличное, вид из окна сказочный. Квартира ухоженная, но ремонт и мебель в ней далеко не новые. Неудобный душ и крутой подъем к вилле, к wi-fi подключиться после нескольких попыток не получилось, но вид из окна компенсирует эти недостатки. Для тех, кто путешествует с коляской- имейте в виду, лифтом воспользоваться вы не сможете, т.к. он слишком узкий и внизу возле лестницы оставить ее нельзя, т.к. агрессивная пожилая соседка выкатит ее на улицу, или прийдет к вам вечером трезвоня в дверь и разбудив вашего ребенка. При выезде из квартиры нужно выполнить несколько обязательных действий: выбросить мусор, выключить электроприборы, закрыть роллеты, снять постельное белье. Связь с владельцем была в любое время и ответы его были оперативны. Мы приехали в 20:00, заселение было организовано удобно для нас.

Beautiful apartment that is situated in a great location. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay and was extremely clean. Any questions we had were quickly answered and any needs we had were met. My only issue (which I did not realise when booking) was that there is no AC apartment. This wouldn’t be an issue during the cooler months, however during the summer it was very hot inside. We were grateful for the standup fan that was provided, however it was still toasty.

This accommodation is an amazing location with such a beautiful view overlooking Lake Garda! We were allowed to check in early and upon arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco! We loved staying here, it had everything we needed including clean bedding, cleaning items, soap etc in the shower and clean towels. We loved staying here and will definitely be back! H&A x

Die Lage war top , schnell im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig. Tolle Ueberraschung im Zimmer eine Flasche Prosecco / Wasser fand ich toll. Schöne Aussenanlage , Garage eher für Velo recht eng. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Hat alles super geklappt , wegen Müll und sonstigen Fragen wurde mit Bildern alles sehr gut erklärt und zugeschickt.

Good location, but basic amenities in the apartment. 2 Steep slopes and steps to access so good mobility is required. No air con which can be hard going in peak summer heat. Riva del Garda is beautiful so it’s worth a stay.

Positives: 1 great location just outside of the old town, within short walking distance of quaint restaurants and lakeside activities. 2 wonderful views from the apartment. Negatives: 1 lack of air conditioning resulted in a warm apartment in this heat wave. The staff at Happy Rentals were kind enough to provide a standing fan at our request, which helped just a little. 2 The mattresses were rather worn and saggy. Combined with the stuffy room I got a back ache and not much rest for three nights.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch! Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider nicht dem Preis angemessen. Es gab weder eine Teekanne noch eine ausreichend große Kaffeemaschine. Es gab zwar einen Toaster und eine Mikrowelle aber keinen dazugehörigen Stecker. Die Küchenausstattung sieht nicht vor, dass dort gekocht wird. Das Bad im Stil der 60er Jahre gehört renoviert. Im Schlafzimmer gab es für eine Bettseite keine Nachttischlampe und keinen zweiten Nachttisch. Leider hat das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt, was aus der Internet Beschreibung nicht wirklich ersichtlich war.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf Riva und den See. Die Wohnung ist leider ziemlich abgewohnt. In der Küche findet man z. B. Töpfe mit einem abgerissenen Griff etc.. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in Riva del Garda.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Kurze Wege zur Altstadt, zum Hafen. Super. Der Blick auf den See und die Parkmöglichkeit sind besonders zu erwähnen.Das Personal vom Happy.Rentals war sehr freundlich.
