Le logement correspondait au descriptif. Il faudrait renouvelerquelques éléments qui sont largement vétustes . logement agréable de part son emplacement et sa configuration.

The accommodation was clean and nice, good style. A wine was also prepared as a gift. Location wise for us (family of 4) was good, calm. Issues were related to the garage and communication, which is a full mess. The garage was full black as there was no light, phone lamp was needed to use to unpack and find the car. And the slot was locked when arrived for which we got no instruction. We needed to park on another spot "illegally". The phone numbers were not answered and reply in inbox was very limited and delayed. It turned out that always another person replied, so not sure if Mara exists, it's rather a company using one personnel profile picture. The wifi is very weak, difficult to log in. Better use mobile network. The bunk bed has a wide slot on the side where a child can fall down, take care of it. Apart of the above claims we got no other issues, again the room itself, cleanness and the surrounding was great, the train is also just in the near.

Un bel emplacement, une vue superbe le matin au petit déjeuner, un appartement fonctionnel et agréable. Le sauna est la cerise sur le gâteau! Nous recommandons.

Dans le descriptif Abritel, il était indiqué "wifi haut débit", en réalité il n'y a pas de wifi dans l'appartement. Merci à l'équipe sur place qui a remédie a cette lacune.

The apartment itself and the complex are perfect for exploring the town and Chamonix too due to regular buses. Bunk beds are tight but good for kids or young teenagers. Communication with instructions was very good. The only negative I have is the cleaning charge. For a very small place it’s very high. However, overall experience of the agent and accommodation was very good.

The apartment was conveniently located in the heart of Argentière with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment was as described and looked like the pictures. Check-in was complicated, no instructions were clearly given upon arrival, I sent multiple messages that stayed unanswered and the host changed between the day of the reservation and the day of check-in making communication difficult. I had to look on the Airbnb help section to find a phone number to call and finally reach someone that indicated us where to get the keys. Besides check-in, I had no other problems and the rest of the stay was great.

Underground parking is good, particularly when it’s snowy. The beds are comfortable. The location is great.

I’ll start with the positive aspects. The place was clean, with a comfortable bed, clean towels, and well-maintained bathroom and furniture. I enjoyed my stay. However, there were some issues that need attention. It would have been better if the kitchen utensils had been washed before our arrival. It was disappointing to find dust and unclean cups in the kitchen. Given the price, the balcony door should have a screen. The weather was beautiful, but I couldn’t leave the door open because of the scary insects. Additionally, the parking area was unsettling, and no one informed us that we needed to switch elevators. The lobby was also creepy. I felt a bit more comfortable when I saw someone else in the building, but the interior gave off a haunted house vibe. Despite these drawbacks, the apartment itself was very nice. I did have to buy and leave behind a lot of cleaning supplies. Also, the wifi was the big problem. we tried for 2 days to connect then they gave us a WiFi box, but slow!
