This apartment was an excellent home base for exploring the islands. The location is fantastic with beautiful lake views, and waking up to birds chirping each morning felt like something out of a fairytale. The condo was very close to the city center and the views were stunning. If you have heavy suitcases, the walk up to the 3rd floor is a bit rough as there is no elevator. There is no parking close by either so the unloading/loading was challenging. The condo itself was well equipped and made for a very nice stay in Menaggio for the 4 of us.

Drawbacks: 4th floor no elevator & entry door literally opens onto busy street; scared to get hit by car/buses! Italians are crazy & aggressive drivers.

Recently renovated, stunning views of Lake Como throughout- to day! Construction in and outside the building, but didn't impact our stay. Be aware of lots of steps especially with luggage. No elevator.

We had a fantastic stay- great spacious setup and wonderful location. They were great on communication prior to trip letting us know some construction work would be happening around the building, so we really appreciated the prior heads up and they even offered to switch us elsewhere, but so glad we opted to stay here regardless. We would highly recommend this space!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria! The apartment was updated and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it to cook many meals. The location was perfect to walk to the ferry, restaurants, and shopping. We walked along the water every morning and evening. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable Great air conditioning kept us comfortable as well. Check in and out were easy. We would recommend Casa Maria to everyone and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It is even better in real life than in the photos. The view is breathtaking from every window, it is spacious, modern and clean. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal in one direction and the town centre in the other direction. Menaggio is a great little town and not as busy at Bellagio which we enjoyed.

The property was perfect for us and our son. Very clean and comfortable, had plenty of room to spread out. The views were great! There is street noise, but it’s quiet at night and was never a problem for us. The only surprise was the entryway and climbing stairs to get to the unit. Was not an issue for us, but would be of concern if you aren’t able to climb steps.

The location was right near the bus stop and very close to the ferry dock. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful kitchen. The bathrooms were large and the bedrooms were of a great size too. The door was hard to open and there isn’t a lift. The property was on the third floor.

The inside of the property was absolutely immaculate. High end appliances, shower, bathroom, kitchen etc. Very clean & tidy and had all of the amenities when we arrived. The apartment is very spacious and can't really be faulted (inside). You also get a lovely view of the lake from the living room and main bedroom.

We did not stay in this apartment. About a week before we left, the management company notified us that there was construction and they had another apartment available in another town. We were quite disappointed, but felt like we had no choice but to move to Lenno. Lenno is a lovely town and there was a beautiful view from the bedroom terrace, but the streets are very narrow and I didn't feel comfortable walking up the hill to the house with my young kids. We had lots of trouble reaching management. We lost electricity and it took all day for them to mention that there was a second circuit breaker. The wifi just did not work at all. It would be very helpful to have a short house manual available so that guests could know the tips and tricks that come with any particular house.

This apartment was an excellent home base for exploring the islands. The location is fantastic with beautiful lake views, and waking up to birds chirping each morning felt like something out of a fairytale. The ferry is conveniently close, making it easy to visit the other islands throughout our stay.

The condo was very close to the city center and the views were stunning. If you have heavy suitcases, the walk up to the 3rd floor is a bit rough as there is no elevator. There is no parking close by either so the unloading/loading was challenging. The condo itself was well equipped and made for a very nice stay in Menaggio for the 4 of us.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views that is close to ferry & main part of town. 2 laundry shops on street below to right & around the corner. Communication good. Awesome welcome kit with red wine. Drawbacks: 4th floor no elevator & entry door literally opens onto busy street; scared to get hit by car/buses! Italians are crazy & aggressive drivers.

Recently renovated, stunning views of Lake Como throughout- to day! Construction in and outside the building, but didn't impact our stay. Be aware of lots of steps especially with luggage. No elevator.

We had a fantastic stay- great spacious setup and wonderful location. They were great on communication prior to trip letting us know some construction work would be happening around the building, so we really appreciated the prior heads up and they even offered to switch us elsewhere, but so glad we opted to stay here regardless. We would highly recommend this space!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Maria! The apartment was updated and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it to cook many meals. The location was perfect to walk to the ferry, restaurants, and shopping. We walked along the water every morning and evening. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable Great air conditioning kept us comfortable as well. Check in and out were easy. We would recommend Casa Maria to everyone and would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It is even better in real life than in the photos. The view is breathtaking from every window, it is spacious, modern and clean. It is in a great location only a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal in one direction and the town centre in the other direction. Menaggio is a great little town and not as busy at Bellagio which we enjoyed.

Property is beautiful. Very well done and the location is close to the lake, restaurants and activities. Street noise can be loud at busy times, but we really enjoyed our stay there and would return.

The property was perfect for us and our son. Very clean and comfortable, had plenty of room to spread out. The views were great! There is street noise, but it’s quiet at night and was never a problem for us. The only surprise was the entryway and climbing stairs to get to the unit. Was not an issue for us, but would be of concern if you aren’t able to climb steps.

Beautiful view of the lake! The apartment was updated and had everything you would need for your stay and even more! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were very nice - great apartment! The location was a 5 min walk to the town center.

Fantastic location and what a view! Everything we needed was supplied. A beautiful clean modern apartment, very well finished and a lovely place to stay for the weekend. Very close to the ferry, restaurants, supermarket. The welcome box was a really nice touch! Would stay here again.

The location was right near the bus stop and very close to the ferry dock. The apartment was clean and had a wonderful kitchen. The bathrooms were large and the bedrooms were of a great size too. The door was hard to open and there isn’t a lift. The property was on the third floor.

location excellent. Excellent facilities. large bedroom wonderful views over the lake, which was minutes walk away. if you walk 2 mixup the hill from the apartment you’ll find Lugano’s restaurant which is the best pasta meal in Menaggio well recommended

The inside of the property was absolutely immaculate. High end appliances, shower, bathroom, kitchen etc. Very clean & tidy and had all of the amenities when we arrived. The apartment is very spacious and can't really be faulted (inside). You also get a lovely view of the lake from the living room and main bedroom.

We did not stay in this apartment. About a week before we left, the management company notified us that there was construction and they had another apartment available in another town. We were quite disappointed, but felt like we had no choice but to move to Lenno. Lenno is a lovely town and there was a beautiful view from the bedroom terrace, but the streets are very narrow and I didn't feel comfortable walking up the hill to the house with my young kids. We had lots of trouble reaching management. We lost electricity and it took all day for them to mention that there was a second circuit breaker. The wifi just did not work at all. It would be very helpful to have a short house manual available so that guests could know the tips and tricks that come with any particular house.
