Un moderno bagno con doccia e un WC separato completano la disposizione di questa invitante casa vacanze. Lo splendido rifugio è raggiungibile tramite 29 gradini esterni. I gruppi più numerosi possono affittare l'appartamento in aggiunta a 'Seracs 1' (IDD 3327), che si trova al 1° piano. Al piano terra della residenza si trova una lavanderia. Situato in una fattoria riconvertita nel cuore del villaggio di Le Tour, gli ospiti si trovano a soli 2 minuti a piedi dagli impianti di risalita di Le Tour. La stazione degli autobus più vicina si trova a 290 metri di distanza e presso gli impianti di risalita è presente un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Gli ospiti si trovano inoltre a 5-9 minuti di auto dall'impianto di risalita di Grands Montets e dai ristoranti e servizi della località di Argentière. L'animato centro di Chamonix si trova a 20 minuti di auto, mentre l'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 84 minuti di auto. A causa della topografia unica, della posizione e delle condizioni meteorologiche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé dans cet appartement. Nous étions 6 adultes et 2 bébés, avec un peu d’organisation cela se fait bien ! Le domaine skiable est accessible à pied en rejoignant le télécabine à 300m de l’appartement. Il manquait juste un micro-onde, dommage pour l’alimentation des enfants. Nous recommandons cet appartement qui est bien situé et qui offre l’accès à un joli domaine skiable, accessible des plus novices aux plus expérimentés.

Appartement cosy au 2ème étage dans une grande maison en bois, divisée en plusieurs appartements. Les 3 chambres sont très agréables, un plus avec tout le linge de maison fourni. Bien situé, à 3 minutes à pieds des télésièges de la Vormaine, petite station peu chère avec 2 pistes vertes et une piste bleue en bordure de forêt, et 5 minutes des télécabines du Tour, qui montent plus haut (prévoir large tout de même pour se rendre aux cours de ski !). Nous avons même pu observer des chamois en faisant du ski. A 5 minutes en voiture (ou navette gratuite) d'Argentière, village très agréable où on peut trouver tout ce dont on a besoin. La voiture peut être garée à moins de 2 minutes, entre le grand parking gratuit en contre-bas et quelques places en hauteur au pied des pistes de la Vormaine. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de ski avec nos 4 enfants, le coin est très joli. L'agence qui gère la location est très disponible et arrangeante, nous avons apprécié.

Excellent location in Le Tour, ideal for Skiing and access to the ski buses for all areas of the Chamonix valley. The accommodation was comfortable and warm and was as described. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space and the utility room downstairs was ideal for the ski equipment. (i cant recommend highly enough Skimium ski rental in Argentiere, great service after pre-booking online). When we originally booked the apartment we were planning on flying, but in the end decided to drive. The only downside of this was parking, there is only paid parking in the carpark used for the ski area and it does work our quite expensive at around 30 euros for 24hrs and it gets extremely busy in peak periods. It was clearly stated that parking wasn't available at the property which i missed at the time of booking as i wasnt intending on using it and the parking on previous visits to the area was free.

Séjour agréable, petit plus pour les chambres à l'opposé, c'est pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. cependant les finitions sont assez bâclés, et quelques petites réparations seraient à prévoir ( comme la lumière en dessus de la plaque de cuisson, pas pratique) Ensemble tout à fait convenable 😊

Close to lifts, good beginners area. Kitchen well equipped now, as we bought an espresso coffee maker and left as gift for next users. Laundry at the ground floor(we asked the agent if there is one, and never got an answer), luckily 2 days before leaving, we found it by accident. Otherwise, rather clean and not smelly(some might expect for such old building.
