Un ampio e scenografico soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e divano è accompagnato da un balcone privato, che dispone di un set da pranzo bistrot per 2 persone e offre una splendida vista sul lago e sul porto turistico. Il soggiorno, di dimensioni generose, è accompagnato da una cucina abitabile separata e moderna per 6 persone. Una spaziosa e riposante camera da letto matrimoniale king-size con vista lago e letto singolo aggiuntivo è completata da una più piccola camera da letto per gli ospiti con vista lago, arredata con un letto singolo e un letto singolo aggiuntivo estraibile. Un moderno bagno con doccia e una lavanderia privata garantiscono una maggiore comodità durante la permanenza. All'esterno, una romantica terrazza da pranzo all'aperto per 2 persone offre la possibilità di intrattenersi con vista sul lago. L'appartamento dispone di un posto auto privato (abbastanza grande da ospitare 1 auto con un piccolo rimorchio per barche). Gli ospiti hanno anche accesso a un giardino in comune. Per i gruppi più numerosi che desiderano soggiornare, la Residenza Oleandro (ID 3201) dispone di una seconda casa vacanze all'interno dello stesso residence di 3 piani. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Luino, gli ospiti si trovano appena oltre la strada dal piccolo porto turistico e a 1-5 minuti a piedi dal parco del lago, dai ristoranti locali, dai negozi e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar – perfekte Lage, sehr sauber, und der Eigentümer ist rund um die Uhr über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig, und der Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore ist traumhaft. Der Spielplatz ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt, und das Stadtzentrum erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten bei einem schönen Spaziergang entlang der Seepromenade. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nous avons apprécié cet .'appartement clair et bien situé. Fabio fut disponible et très agréable de contact.Nous aurions aimé un ou deux plats allant au four,un verre mesureur et quelques moules à gâteau.Dommage pour les problèmes de chasse d'eau et de lave linge.Globalement un bon séjour.

Die Kommunikation hat von Anfang an gestimmt. Die Lage und der Blick sind der Hammer. Die Wohnung ist groß. Die Küche bietet alles, was man will und die Autos vor der Straße hört man so gut wie nicht. Mit Fabio, der sehr freundlich war, hatten wir einen Helfer, der mir sofort jede Frage kompetent beantwortete. Sonderlob! Das war extraklasse und sehr hilfreich. Der Urlaub war super.

The correspondence before arrival was clear and concise. The apartment was well presented in all aspects and the location was really good as it is close to the town and train station. We travelled to Lugano 3 times as our son lives there and it was really straightforward. Good value for money. Hosts contactable by phone with immediate response to a problem we accidentally caused.

a little tricky to work out how to get in but overall the stay was fab, great location for visiting the market and the train station is just a few minutes walk away. beautiful view of the lake and the beds are comfortable! we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sunshine.

Clear instructions given before arrival which meant we gained entry into the apartment with ease. The location was great as it was a short walk to the town and the train station. The view from the apartment overlooked the lake and during the weekend there were activities taking place on the lake to watch. Within easy driving to Lugano which meant we were able to see our son a number of times.(approx 25 mins). A well presented apartment in all aspects. Hosts were available by phone and addressed our issue which we caused by moving a toaster and accidentally tuning off the power to the hot water system .Easily resolved due to advice given.

Przepiekne miejsce z wieloma turystycznymi atrakcjami ale pomimo tego mieszkanie znajduje sie w bardzo spokojnym polozeniu takze moglismy swietnie wypoczac. Bardzo przestronne mieszkanie z przepieknymi widokami z okien , ktorych dlugo niezapomnimy. Komunikacja z Fabio byla bardzo latwa okazal sie bardzo pomocny w wielu sytuacjach-dziekujemy.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet, (insbesondere die Küche, ausreichend Dusch-und Handtücher), sehr sauber und liegt zentral mit Blick auf den See. Allerdings direkt an der Durchgangsstrasse, daher ist es sehr laut. Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bezüglich technischer Probleme ist Luft nach oben. Deutsche/englische TV-Kanäle gab es nicht. Die Meldung wurde ignoriert. Die Waschmaschine wurde nach 3 Tagen repariert.
