Pequeño apartamento muy bien aprovechado en cuanto a espacio y muy equipado. Limpieza excelente. La ubicación es muy buena, junto al parking de Grand Montets y a unos 10min en coche de Chamonix. Mark Canning es un agente muy amable y predispuesto a ayudar. La única pega que puedo encontrarle es que necesita cierta insonorización entre las habitaciones y el salón. Quizás estaría bien cerrar la parte del techo del salón que se comunica con la habitación matrimonial. Por lo demás, buen alojamiento para pasar unos días estupendos por la zona de Chamonix.

Excellent location and very attentive local team. Well kitted out kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Only downsides: SPLINTERS EVERYWHERE floor and hand rails need polishing/ covering in some way. Three of the four kids got really nasty splinters so bring slippers. Also only 1 lift working so unpacking and packing on to third floor was time consuming

Great place. The setup was ideal and the location was perfect for everything in Argentiere. Small volume of amenities, like soap, shampoo and loo roll was provided which didn't last the length of the stay

Erwarte ein sehr gut eingerichtetes ‚tiny apartment‘, was Apparate, WLan etc betrifft. Wenn man die wenige Privatsphäre voneinander vertragen kann, ist es eine super Wohnung!!!! Draußen ist es ziemlich ruhig. Gratis mit dem Zug im ganzen Tal, das Dorf hat alles , was man so braucht. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten im Tal.

السكن نظيف ومرتب يقع في عمارة سكنية والمنطقة تبعد عن شاموني ١٠ دقائق. يوجد مخبز ممتاز بالقرب من المبنى لابد من تجربته. يجب الأخذ في الاعتبار ان الدرج للطابق الثاني ضيق قليلا وغرفة الأطفال فيها نافذه تكشف على غرفة نوم الوالدين… عدا ذلك الشقة جميلة

Appartement idéalement situé, propre et bien équipé. Il est bien agencé pour 4. Petit bémol sur la résidence, l'ascenseur est en panne depuis un bon moment et les valises sur 3 étages dans l'escalier n'étaient pas pratique. Autre petit bémol, la société qui gère la location ne nous as pas donné la bonne info sur l'emplacement de la résidence, sur la bonne entrée et sur l'étage donc une bonne galère à trouver. A part ses quelques bémol, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Merci.

We travelled from Turin to Chamonix on Christmas Eve and arrived pretty late. Instructions were pretty clear on the email, we had to get the keys from the key box since the office was closed the time we arrived. There was a bottle of wine to welcome our stay. The place was clean. Complete with amenities. Appliances and equipments needed were available. It was our first time to stay at an airbnb and Mark's property did not disappoint. The building itself was pretty old but the apartment we stayed in did not look anywhere close to what the building looked on the outside. Mark was very responsive and helpful. If we were to go back to Chamonix, I would definitely book this place again.

Le logement est propre et bien situé. La gare à 2 minutes à pied est un atout. Le logement est suffisant pour 4 personnes. Les murs et les sols sont très fins ce qui laisse passer tous les bruits. Les produits de base comme du savon pour les mains ou du papier toilette étaient insuffisants pour 4 personnes sans possibilité d'en avoir plus.

Great location. Amazing and well organised holiday unit. Accommodation in France in general seems to be a little pricier than other places, especially during peak times or calendar events. Mara is a great host. Very responsive. The managing company were excellent and professional and prompt.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. The pictures look bigger than actual size of the apartment, but had all the amenities as described in the description. The stairs inside to get to the bedroom are a little steep and narrow. Close proximity to public transport and trekking paths.

We had a great stay at grand roc. Communication and check in/out were super smooth! Like others have said in the reviews (here and on vrbo) the building is old and dank but the apartment itself was nice and cozy. It’s a small apartment but we had everything we needed for a family of 4! They provided us with a pack and play and high chair free of charge. The linens were hotel quality and made it very cozy and comfortable. The apartment could use a few upgrades but for the price, it was great value. Location is great, right near the best bakery and so many trails to choose from. We liked the little playground in the back of the building. It’s not much but it kept the kids entertained on slow days.

Fijn appartement, was keurig netjes bij aankomst! Prettig ook met alle opbergruimte en ophanghaakjes. Flesje wijn bij aankomst maakte het helemaal af! Lokatie top, uitzicht redelijk. Jammer alleen dat er op de slaapkamer geen raam open kan, alleen beneden de deur naar het balkon…

Petit bémol sur la résidence, l'ascenseur est en panne depuis un bon moment et les valises sur 3 étages dans l'escalier n'étaient pas pratique. Autre petit bémol, la société qui gère la location ne nous as pas donné la bonne info sur l'emplacement de la résidence, sur la bonne entrée et sur l'étage donc une bonne galère à trouver. A part ses quelques bémol, notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Merci.

We travelled from Turin to Chamonix on Christmas Eve and arrived pretty late. Instructions were pretty clear on the email, we had to get the keys from the key box since the office was closed the time we arrived. There was a bottle of wine to welcome our stay. The place was clean. Complete with amenities. Appliances and equipments needed were available. It was our first time to stay at an airbnb and Mark's property did not disappoint. The building itself was pretty old but the apartment we stayed in did not look anywhere close to what the building looked on the outside. Mark was very responsive and helpful. If we were to go back to Chamonix, I would definitely book this place again.

De sleutels lagen in een kluis klaar en van te voren was de code voor de deur gegeven. We konden zo op onze eigen tijd aankomen en ons appartement in.

Le logement est propre et bien situé. La gare à 2 minutes à pied est un atout. Le logement est suffisant pour 4 personnes. Les murs et les sols sont très fins ce qui laisse passer tous les bruits. Les produits de base comme du savon pour les mains ou du papier toilette étaient insuffisants pour 4 personnes sans possibilité d'en avoir plus.

Great location. Amazing and well organised holiday unit. Accommodation in France in general seems to be a little pricier than other places, especially during peak times or calendar events. Mara is a great host. Very responsive. The managing company were excellent and professional and prompt.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet. The pictures look bigger than actual size of the apartment, but had all the amenities as described in the description. The stairs inside to get to the bedroom are a little steep and narrow. Close proximity to public transport and trekking paths.

We had a great stay at grand roc. Communication and check in/out were super smooth! Like others have said in the reviews (here and on vrbo) the building is old and dank but the apartment itself was nice and cozy. It’s a small apartment but we had everything we needed for a family of 4! They provided us with a pack and play and high chair free of charge. The linens were hotel quality and made it very cozy and comfortable. The apartment could use a few upgrades but for the price, it was great value. Location is great, right near the best bakery and so many trails to choose from. We liked the little playground in the back of the building. It’s not much but it kept the kids entertained on slow days.

Fijn appartement, was keurig netjes bij aankomst! Prettig ook met alle opbergruimte en ophanghaakjes. Flesje wijn bij aankomst maakte het helemaal af! Lokatie top, uitzicht redelijk. Jammer alleen dat er op de slaapkamer geen raam open kan, alleen beneden de deur naar het balkon…
