Der Standort der Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig und sauber. Alles was man brauchen könnte war in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sonja war immer gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Perfekte und zentrale Lage. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Das Appartement ist modern und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir waren sehr dankbar, dass die Wohnung über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, da wir während unseres Aufenthalts eine Hitzewelle erleben mussten. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist die kleine Dusche, die im Verhältnis zur grosszügigen Wohnung etwas klein ausgefallen ist.

L' appartement est très joli est idéalement situé près du parc Ciani et du lac. Sur le descriptif il était indiqué qu'il y avait une TV SAT alors que l'on peut l'utiliser seulement avec un abonnement. Nous n'avons donc pas pu regarder la télévision.

Die Wohnung hat mir sehr gefallen, ein grosser Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose innen Garagenparkplatz! Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig und trotzdem im Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist zudem sehr sauber und sicher. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der fehlende TV-Anschluss (man kann lediglich Netflix & Co. ansteuern.) und eine Grundausstattung der Reinigungsmittel für den Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine. Man muss alle Reinigungsmittel mitbringen oder kaufen. Ich war über zwei Wochen dort und komme sehr gerne wieder ;-) Beste Grüsse Sandro

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem Touch von Luxus und erhöhter Sicherheit (die Türe ist wie von einem Tresor, die Fenster abschliessbar). Tolle zentrale Lage und trotzdem verblüffend ruhig in der Nacht. Alles sauber und in gutem Zustand. Der Parkplatz in der Einstellhalle (Nummer CN) ist gut zugänglich und auch für grössere Autos geeignet. Schade hat der Tumbler nicht richtig funktioniert, aber ich verstehe, dass eine grössere Reparatur über die Weihnachtstage nicht möglich war.

Great location; we didn't have to rent a car. We were able to walk our luggage from the train station to the property with little difficulty. The property is close to some of Lugano's biggest attractions and restaurants which we were able to walk to as well. Very happy with our stay.

This apartment is perfect. The check in details were clear and worked perfectly, they even let us check in a bit early. The garage for parking is great with lift up to apartment, this was great with our heavy cases. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely gesture. Little balcony off bedroom was great for breakfast and evening drink. Location is great just a short stroll to centre and a beautiful Lido. Lugano is so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave.

Appartamento in posizione splendida, comodo al centro, al lungolago e al parco, molto apprezzato il posto auto privato. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario e pulitissimo. Molto gradita la presenza dell'asciugatrice visto che abbiamo soggiornato in due giorni di pioggia e così alla sera abbiamo potuto asciugare le giacche.

The location of the apartment is excellent and the flat is truly comfortable and clean. We stayed there for 5nights and had issues with wifi connection and the stove. The wifi got fixed on the 2nd day after calling and emailing the office and the stove also stopped working. They sent someone to check the stove and since it didn't get fixed they gave us a portable stove so we were able to cook for our little one. If we ever visit the city again we will for sure stay at this place again. Thank you to Dave and the team to help us sort the technical issues.

We had a good experience at the Love of Lugano property. We arrived by train and got the No. 2 bus right outside the station that took us close to the apartment. However, we arrived on a Sunday and realised the only shop that was open was next to the station, so I had to go all the back to get some shopping. Access to the property was straightforward: once you access the box in the entranceway. The Internet access wasn't working when we arrived but the local team replaced the router device the next day and it then worked fine. The local team also very kindly printed our train ticket reservations for the next part of our journey. I would highly recommend the property and Happy Rentals. PS There is no lake view from this property.

We enjoyed our two nights at Love of Lugano. The apartment was clean, modern, and there were sheets on the bed, not just a duvet. That was a plus. The air conditioning system worked well, as did the washer and dryer in the unit. The we’re the two primary reasons we rented here, and those aspects did not disappoint. The only trouble we had was figuring out how to open the door. It’s not typical of what we have experienced before, so there was a learning curve. We did figure it out. The only other thing I didn’t like was having to retrieve the keys and return them at the office a few blocks away. I would have rather had a key pick-up/drop off at the building itself. If you are arriving by car, no big deal, but we were on foot, and that was extra blocks we had to walk with our luggage. Other than that, it was a great place and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Das Appartement ist sehr zentral gelegen und funktional eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider konnten wir den TV nicht nutzen, da alles auf arabisch eingestellt war und keine Fernbedienung vor Ort. Sonst alles top. Auch die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Appartamento nel pieno centro di Lugano, molto accogliente,molto pulito e domotizzato. Munito di parcheggio interno super comodo. Unica pecca la macchina del caffè non aveva le capsule adeguate trovate all interno della dispensa! Per il resto tutto perfetto.

unsere Flitterwoche in Lugano war traumhaft. Ihr Service als Ferienagentur ist vorbildlich, die Beschreibung der FeWo inklusive der sehr ausführlichen und bebilderten Infos zur Lage und zum Zugang zur Wohnung und Tiefgarage sind absolut vorbildlich! Die Wohnung war schön in einer super Lage nahe der Altstadt, allerdings ist ein neuer Anstrich der Wände überfällig. Der Trockner ist praktisch, gehört bei der ansonsten recht stylishen Wohnung allerdings nicht ins Wohnzimmer (warum steht er nicht im Bad auf der Waschmaschine?). Herzliche Grüße, wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder über Sie buchen und können Sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

A very nice spacious apartment. Perfect for our stay in Lugano. There were a few electrical things not working (clothes dryer, vacuum, leaking aircon and no TV remote) but I'm sure they will be fixed soon.

L'appartamento gode di una posizione splendida, a pochi passi dal centro di Lugano, dal lago e dal Parco principale. Per chi viaggia in auto, il posto macchina a disposizione è un vero plus, permettendo di non spendere ulteriori soldi e di avere massima autonomia di spostamento. La camera matrimoniale è molto comoda, sia per gli spazi presenti negli armadi, sia per il letto/cuscini. Il divano letto è di facile utilizzo, permettendo di passare in poche mosse da sofa a letto matrimoniale. Frigo ampio, piano cottura a induzione, in generale l'angolo cottura (situato nel soggiorno) è ben attrezzato (noi lo abbiamo usato pochissimo, avendo trascorso quasi tutto il tempo fuori).

The apartment is center of the Lugano within the walking distance of restaurants and shops. The flat was clean, modernly decorated and well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and check out. The flat was looking the park, the area was very peaceful. The only issue we had was; the washing machine was not working, we try to reach the host and response time was too long and they could not able to fix the issue. I wish the host check the house before they give it to us so that we did not have this bad experience. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Erste 18 Std. nach unserer Ankunft hat es keine Reaktion vom Gastgeber (2 von mehreren angegebenen Kontaktpersonen) auf unsere Fragen gegeben. Nachdem wir aber jemanden telefonisch erreicht haben, gab es sofort Hilfe. Später ist man auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und sofort reagiert. Danke! Auf dem Tisch hat es eine Überraschung gegeben - Flasche Prosecco. Danke auch dafür!! Das Sofa (wir waren zuviert) war nicht als Bett vorbereitet, Bettwäsche und Tücher mussten gesucht werden, später haben wir dann alles gefunden, es wäre aber besser, alles gleich auf Sofa zu haben. Das Sofa ist etwas älter und für Schlafen nicht optimal, aber alles andere passte in der Wohnung gut, darum hat es uns doch sehr gut gefallen. In der Küche gab es kleinen Schwamm, Abwaschmittel etc., alles Nötige, das ist super. Einzig das Tuch zum Abtrocknen saugte nichts auf. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist viel wert, jedoch ist es schwierig, einzuparken.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und recht neu - bis auf ein paar Abstellmöglichkeiten alles vorhanden. Extrem genial ist der direkte Zugang zum Parkplatz per Lift, welcher auch dazu gehört. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Altstadt und nahe recht nahe am See gelegen.

Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Das Highlight war die Klimaanlage. Sehr angenehm war der Fahrstuhl, der bis in die Tiefgarage hinunterging. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist spitze, die Ein- und Ausfahrt gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die geschlossenen Fenster haben den Straßenlärm sehr gut gedämmt. Frühstücksgeschirr und Gläser waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt nur ca. 4 Gehminuten vom See entfernt in zentraler Lage. Die Abholung des Schlüssel funktionierte problemlos, die Mitarbeiterin im Office sprach sehr gutes Deutsch, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist keine Sitzgelegenheit mehr im Wohnbereich, wenn man die Couch zum Schlafen benötigt bei 3 und 4 Personen. Man muss das gesamte Bett abräumen, damit man die Couch wieder als Sitzmöbel nutzen kann und umgekehrt muss man das ganze Bett wieder herrichten zum Schlafen.

We had a lovely time in Lugano! The apartment is very well located in town within walking distance of excellent restaurants and great shopping. This was perfect for the New Years Eve celebrations. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. It overlooks a small park and despite being in town, the area was very peaceful.

Lovely flat in a perfect location near to the lake in Lugano. Easy check in and check out (key pick up approx 500m away). I worked from here and it has 5G internet - super fast for streaming, but I still had a few issues with video calls (internet phone calls and working generally were fine). Comfortable, clean and modern flat and wel equipped kitchen, I would come again!

This is a stylish roomy apartment on the edge of the old town in a nice building. We enjoyed the novelty of having shutters, the open view, and the small balcony that we could sit out on and enjoy a drink.
