Perfettamente posizionato per soggiorni di lavoro o di piacere, questo appartamento ben attrezzato con 1 camera da letto offre un'atmosfera di lusso in cui rilassarsi e distendersi dopo una giornata in città. L'appartamento accessibile al 1 ° piano è facilmente raggiungibile con l'ascensore e offre internamente un esclusivo layout WiFi abilitato per 4, con vantaggi tra cui il riscaldamento a pavimento tostato. Il layout spensierato è accompagnato da una terrazza balcone privato, che è arredata con una terrazza da pranzo all'aperto. It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft and not at par with the rest of the apartment.

Super Abwicklung und Kommunikation über Happy Rentals. Die Wohnung war für 3 Personen gut, alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Im Sommer wären sicher Balkonstühle + Tisch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage vorhanden.

L'appartamento è bellissimo, pulitissimo e ben attrezzato; il letto della camera da letto è sottile e morbido. Non è in centro città, ma c'è una linea di autobus, la numero 3, che vi porta lì dalla fermata Viganello Centro, e per tornare bisogna scendere alla fermata La Santa. Posizione comoda, in quartiere tranquillo e non troppo distante dal centro. Appartamento grande e confortevole, pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente, anche accessori per bambini su richiesta (lettino e seggiolone). Grande terrazza con vista sulle colline.

Ev gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Daireyi bulmak için hazırlanan bilgilendirme maili harikaydı, evi ve otoparkı kolayca bulabildik. Evin konumu güzel, Lido Di Luganoya yürüme mesafesinde. Kaldığımız dairenin balkonundan sisli bir yeşil tepe manzarası da vardı. Evin içerisinde bir ailenin ihtiyacı olabilecek hemen hemen herşey mevcuttu.

Positive aspects: great location, great view from the window, functional Internet connection. The apartment was clean (floor was vacuumed, but not mopped). The local staff is responsive during standard working hours. Negative aspects: nice apartment, but the main drawback is that the keys need to be retrieved/put-back 1.5 km away (consider this if you arrive late, or have limited mobility). The check-in hours when keys can be brought to the listing are from 16:00 to 18:00, which is very limited. The apartment is functional but a bit run-down (some black traces on walls, upholstery on chairs ripped by normal use, broken hinge on toilet lid, moldy cutting board). I would have appreciated an appropriate quantity of consumables for the duration of the stay (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets) instead of the "welcome gift". It would also be nice to have a proper duvet cover (rather than just a bed sheet under a duvet).

The apartment was nice, clean, and in a good location. However picking up the key at a different location was annoying, as we were traveling with a baby and luggage without a car, which made it a hassle.

It’s very nice apartment to stay, good for four people, grocery is nearby about 300 meters, to the lake only 15-20 minutes on foot, but it was very difficult to communicate with the staff. There’s no salt, sugar and tea prepared for you, shampoo is only for one time for one person, only two pieces of toilet paper (for four people for five days)

Logement très propre, très pratique mais sans charme. Pour nous, il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine, il n’y avait qu’un couteau à légumes, trois bols, pas de grandes tasses pour se faire un thé, etc. De plus, nous avons dû acheter des tablettes pour le lave vaisselle mais aussi de l’huile pour cuisiner, il n’y avait aucune épice de base (sel, poivre). Ce qui n’est pas pratique pour un logement de vacances. L’appartement est bien situé au niveau des transports en commun. Nous avons aussi fait plein de balades à pied au départ du logement. L’endroit est calme et paisible, la terrasse est super agréable même s’il nous a manqué une petite table pour y prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil (pas super pratiques comme conditions, au vu du prix). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient top.

Das Check in war problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung jedoch lieblos. Eine Ständerlampe im Wohnzimmer wäre wünschenswert. Ebenso bequeme Kopfkissen. Für die Person auf dem Bettsofa hatte es gar kein Nachtkissen und die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet (kein Brot- oder Rüstmesser, Schere,..). Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Auf dem Balkon gibt es 1 Liegestuhl, das ist alles. Die Terrasse wäre für weitere Möbel gross genug.

It’s very nice apartment to stay, good for four people, grocery is nearby about 300 meters, to the lake only 15-20 minutes on foot, but it was very difficult to communicate with the staff. There’s no salt, sugar and tea prepared for you, shampoo is only for one time for one person, only two pieces of toilet paper (for four people for five days)

Logement très propre, très pratique mais sans charme. Pour nous, il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine, il n’y avait qu’un couteau à légumes, trois bols, pas de grandes tasses pour se faire un thé, etc. De plus, nous avons dû acheter des tablettes pour le lave vaisselle mais aussi de l’huile pour cuisiner, il n’y avait aucune épice de base (sel, poivre). Ce qui n’est pas pratique pour un logement de vacances. L’appartement est bien situé au niveau des transports en commun. Nous avons aussi fait plein de balades à pied au départ du logement. L’endroit est calme et paisible, la terrasse est super agréable même s’il nous a manqué une petite table pour y prendre notre petit déjeuner au soleil (pas super pratiques comme conditions, au vu du prix). La chambre et la salle de bain étaient top.

Saubere, von der Grösse her ideale Wohnung für Familie 2 Erwachsene/2Kinder. Hat alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Regendusche wurde sehr geschätzt.

Palazzo e appartamento nuovi. Perfettamente accessoriato. Lo consiglierò sicuramente. Piccolo suggerimento materasso del letto migliorabile!

Un appartement très moderne. Bien fourni, machine à laver les habits également. Un parking souterrain pour le véhicule vraiment idéal. Situé dans un quartier calme.

Das Check in war problemlos. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung jedoch lieblos. Eine Ständerlampe im Wohnzimmer wäre wünschenswert. Ebenso bequeme Kopfkissen. Für die Person auf dem Bettsofa hatte es gar kein Nachtkissen und die Küche ist eher spärlich ausgestattet (kein Brot- oder Rüstmesser, Schere,..). Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral. Auf dem Balkon gibt es 1 Liegestuhl, das ist alles. Die Terrasse wäre für weitere Möbel gross genug.
