Pas loin non plus de la station de train (12/15 min à pied pour y aller, funiculaire pour le retour mais on peut aussi le prendre pour aller de la gare vers centre-ville)

Nice well equipped apartment. Full kitchen, nice bathroom and laundry. Near the lake, and 5 blocks from center of town. There is no communication with the host, so be sure to read all emails and Expedia messages.

My wife and I spent three nights in this apartment in Lugano. It was very modern and spotless. The apartment was right next to everything and was just as described. The managers were attentive and responded quickly to inquiries. We definitely would stay there again.

Had a fantastic stay with kind and professional hospitality. The possibility of parking inside the garage of the building is a plus. The apartment is well equipped and very clean, in a truly central location in Lugano, most amenities are at walk distance. It was a pleasure to be hosted and look forward to coming again.

I stayed on my own at the Little Lugano apartment. It was a wonderful respite from a busy trip. The windows provided a nice view of the neighboring park, and Monte Brè. The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer and drier came in handy. The management company was quite responsive to my questions. I look forward to returning with my spouse for an anniversary someday.

Sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, keine 5 Min. vom Zentrum. Sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattetes Appartement, mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ! Bei der Ankunft muss darauf geachtet werden, dass es mehrere Wohnung von Happy Rentals gibt. Also im richtigen Briefkasten nach dem Schlüsselsafe schauen😉.

The room was clean and spacious. An excellent location just on the edge of the old town. 5 minutes walk or less to anything in old town. I was at a conference at the conference centre which was just over the road, so also very convenient. A lovely side view of the lake from the little balcony. We were concerned it might feel cramped being all one room, but the use of the room divider made it feel like a separate bedroom anyway. Local support was excellent. If we returned to Lugano, we would have no hesitation staying here again. We found it a bit warm, but could not find instructions to adjust the heating. But we also didn't ask :)

We very much enjoyed our stay at little Lugano. All good. A better description of entry to apartment in that it is in a business and apartment complex would have helped. Less QR codes and more personal contact would have helped us. Apartment though 5 star with great location. Would reommend for a stay in Lugano.

Apartment was nice, clean and perfectly located. It's pretty noise at nights, but it was expected and didn't bother us much. The only frustrating thing was that some details were not thought through at all. For example there is a dishwasher, but there are no tablets for it. For some reason you are supposed to wash dishes manually or go to the supermarket and buy a whole pack of dishwasher tablets even if you need just 3 for your stay. The same thing with coffee - there is a coffee machine, but no coffee capsules and no sugar at all. So in the morning you find out that you can not get your usual cup of coffee and again you need to go to the supermarket for such simple thing. I don't get it.

Lugano was a dream. The apartment is in a prime location right along side Parco Ciani and is a short walk to incredible restaurants, views, the funiculare and train station. You can see the water from the private balcony. We had some difficulty finding the office to pick up our keys because we got in pretty late after a long day of travel, but aside from that our stay was incredible. The staff was proactive and responsive, and provided a ton of detailed instructions.

L'appartamento è situato in zona centrale con vista monte e lago, fornito di tutti i comfort. È stato facile raggiungere il posto con un bus che ha impiegato 5 min, è molto facile muoversi in città perché è tutto vicino. L'appartamento è anche fornito di un modem wifi che si può trasportare. Come consiglio avrei preferito un’accoglienza di una persona per la consegna delle chiavi invece che andare direttamente in ufficio per prenderle. Consigliamo la visita al Monte Bre’ e Monte San Salvatore facilmente raggiungibili con i bus di zona/funicolare e il parco Ciani vicino all’appartamento.

We visited Lugano for the Half Marathon and this property was perfectly positioned for all of the festivities. It’s in very close proximity to the old part of town, with lots of options for shopping and dining. Highly recommend!

Great location next to Lake, Casino and restaurants and bars. Friendly people at the agency and good communication. You do have to walk 5 minutes to thelocation of the agency to pick up / drop off keys, but it's very straight forward.

The flat was gorgeously decorated, ultra modern, and amazing to be in. Great location near the waterfront, Parco Ciani, and fabulous restaurants. The small table on the balcony had a nice view of the water and Piazza Indipendenza. It was wonderful to have the full size appliances, a washer and dryer, espresso machine, and plentiful tableware and cookware. The unit was impeccably clean. We really appreciated the great communication, kindness, and generosity of the Happy Holiday management team.

We enjoyed staying at this place. I like that it was very clean as that is always one of my concerns. Close to the city center. There’s no private parking, but there’s public parking available within a short walking distance. Everything was great, except the bathroom sink which was clogged up and wouldn’t drain properly so that was annoying. But would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very clean and very stylish. The building and location is very nice - the windows overlook the square and even the lake. There is almost everything you need, including coffee capsules, although there was no tea or tea mugs. The bed is comfortable and there was a choice of pillows and blankets. The bathroom is well equipped and everything worked without complaints.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment Little Lugano. It was actually my second stay at this apartment since I had been there with my daughter last year in September. I had such a wonderful time that I wanted to stay once again at this awesome apartment. The location is just perfect. What I liked about the apartment was the layout, the full kitchen and the bathroom. It is also a plus that it has a washer and a dryer. And also definitely the portable Wi-Fi. All the personnel was always very kind and attentive and the process of renting and getting there was very friendly and easy. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Lugano.

Clean, spacious and convenient with easy access instructions but needs greater attention to detail: Black mould all the way round the sealant at the bottom of the shower. Bedside lamp glass cover was missing on one side of the bed. No information on how to control the temperature. Extremely slow internet speed. Apple TV remote control would not turn on the Apple TV box. Maybe it needs charging. Could not get water to stay in the bathroom sink. We eventually realised that the small key was for the window locks - better instructions for the whole apartment are needed.

Das hübsche Logis befindet sich an sehr zentraler Lage im Zentrum in einem sehr ansprechenden Gebäude. Leider ist die Einrichtung des Appartements zum Teil recht heruntergekommen (verflecktes Sofa, abgewetzte Stühle, furnierter Tisch mit kaputten Kanten).

A manual for dishwasher operation would be helpful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were very ordinary. The internet was patchy. Disappointed that the Lugano card was not included.

Location is just amazing, in the really heart of the city with a great view on mountain Bré, park and peace of the lake. There is everything you need in the property (maybe shower gel vial was a little bit small and there was no washing powder, but host didn't promise it to be). There were plenty of towels and extra blanket in the property.

Ausserdem ist auch die Lüftung in der Wohnung ziemlich laut, aber die kann abgestellt werden. Ich würde die Wohnung sofort nochmal mieten.

Great location and size of the apartment is comfortable for 2-3. Communication on airbnb is not easy, you have to contact their local host via phone. Amenities are complete, there is hair dryer in the vanity cabinet. You have to do some housekeeping (put dishes into dishwasher) yourself before leaving. But it wasnt a big hassle. It might be abit noisy before 10pm as it's located near eateries. Overall, it's a wonderful stay!

Overall, it is a really nice apartment. Two comments: 1.notice email was not received before we arrived there. We had to run to another place to get the key after we found the location of the appartment; 2. the appartment notice wrote that we need to throw away all the trash but there is no explanation where to do it. It was really annoying.

The location of this AirBnB is excellent- close to Lake Lugano. The staff is also good. Coming from the US, we felt that the room could accommodate 3 people comfortably. The Wi-fi in the room was weak. We had challenges in a couple of meetings. The staff got us a hotspot. The room was very hot and there is no air-conditioning. There is a blower of some kind but it is not an AC. We also heard a buzzing sound throughout the night. We brought it to the attention of the staff when we checked out, because they could not explain what it was during the stay. Hopefully it is resolved for future guests.

Beste Lage des Appartements unweit See, Park, Stadtzentrum, Schiffsanleger und Busanbindung mit Blick auf eine Grünanlage. Trotz 30°C Außentemperatur blieb die Unterkunft auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm temperiert. Abends hört man Musik von der Strandpromenade oder aus dem Park Ciani; mich hat das nicht gestört.

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Direkt am Park, nur ein paar Meter entfernt vom See, und keine 5min und man ist in der Altstadt. Es standen Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo&Duschbad) zur Verfügung. Eine kleine Flasche Spülmittel, ein paar Tabs für die Spülmaschine sowie ein Abtrockentuch waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Und zur Begrüssung gab es einen sehr feinen Prosecco. Bei Fragen war umgehend ein Mitarbeiter erreichbar.

We had an unfortunate stay in this property and I think it may have been a general oversight. There was no welcome kit with basic sanitary requirements. They did provide some basics promptly once they were aware. Next issue was leaking ceiling from air refresher which went directly on to the lounge making it unavailable to sit on. The lounge was very saturated and smelly as a result of the continuous dripping during our whole stay, including the night. Despite numerous attempts it was not resolved and they offered us no where else to stay. We therefore had to endure 10 days in such circumstances. They offered us negligible compensation (19% of rental) and we had to supplement the sanitary items as well. Overall a poor experience.

Premetto che se non fosse stato per il problema del parcheggio avrei dato tutte le stelle nelle recensione perché l’appartamento e’ in posizione ottimale in centro a Lugano e all’interno c’è tutto Problema parcheggio: in pratica ci hanno dato un parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo che in realtà non era il loro perché ci siamo trovati un biglietto sopra ma macchina con la minaccia di far arrivare il carro attrezzi se non la spostavamo. Ho sentito il support al numero di telefono e ce ne volevano dare un altro ma che era ancora di un altro persona. Alla fine ho dovuto mettere la macchina in un parcheggio a pagamento onde evitare altri disservizi Mi dispiace perché per me avere il parcheggio privato a Lugano è fondamentale e avevo scelto questo appartamento apposta per questo motivo. Spero che possano risolvere questa cosa del parcheggio anche per tutti i futuri clienti che lo affitteranno
