Adagiata sulle suggestive colline di Argegno, questa splendida residenza di recente costruzione offre un’esclusiva esperienza abitativa con vista sul lago. L'immobile si trova al piano terra ed è l'ideale per le coppie che desiderano soggiornare in un ambiente incantevole dotato di moderni servizi per un soggiorno indipendente, tra cui citofono, parcheggio, piscina riservata ai residenti e molto altro ancora! Il soggiorno è arredato con stile e dispone di un comodo divano letto matrimoniale, TV a schermo piatto e una cucina contemporanea di recente installazione, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per rendere la vostra vacanza in autonomia il più confortevole possibile, tra cui lavastoviglie, macchina da caffè, forno a microonde, piano cottura a gas, forno e bancone per la colazione. Dalla zona giorno, gli ospiti possono accedere direttamente a un balcone-terrazza privato con vista sul lago, dove sono disponibili mobili da pranzo all’aperto per consentirvi di cenare all’aperto e godervi il panorama! È presente anche un bagno moderno e di recente allestimento, dotato di tutti i sanitari necessari, tra cui doccia e lavatrice. Non è consentito fumare. *Si prega di notare che il segnale Wi-Fi potrebbe risultare debole a causa della posizione collinare* L’esclusivo complesso del Residence Eden gode di una posizione soleggiata con una vista mozzafiato sul lago, oltre alla piscina esterna in comune riservata ai residenti, ideale per divertirsi, fare esercizio fisico o semplicemente rilassarsi a bordo piscina! Dalla collina, gli ospiti del residence possono raggiungere il centro di Argegno, in riva al lago, in soli 5 minuti in auto o in 10-15 minuti a piedi. Questa rinomata località turistica offre numerosi scorci pittoreschi: dal fiume di montagna che scorre impetuoso e dagli antichi ponti alle vivaci piazze con caffè, bar e ristoranti, che conducono a vicoli medievali più tranquilli e affascinanti e a zone della città che aspettano solo di essere esplorate! La città offre una vasta gamma di servizi locali e alcuni ottimi ristoranti da provare, tra cui “La Piazzetta”. Dal centro, gli ospiti possono anche usufruire facilmente del servizio di traghetti e autobus oppure spostarsi in auto per esplorare le località vicine e godersi altre meravigliose esperienze culinarie presso “Il Crotto Platani” e “Il Gatto Nero”. Sehr schöner Ausblick, jedoch zu Fuß nur über sehr steile Wege zu erreichen (eher nichts für Ältere) Die Schlafcouch war unserer Meinung nach leider extrem unbequem und ist viel zu weich. Sauber war es grundlegend schon, nur leider das Geschirr und und Besteck nicht ganz, schade. Der Preis ist daher ein wenig zu überzogen dafür. Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Rest zufrieden.

The biggest issue with the apartment is that it has only one sofa bed with a mattress in a very bad condition. We spent 3 nights with no sleep. Also, we contacted the property managers to ask about our checkin and they never replied. Cleaning could be better. However, the view of the apartment is great. Definitely it is overpriced for what it offers.

My boyfriend and I have had a really fab time on Lake Como, it is so beautiful and offers so much to do! Our holiday apartment was very swish and stylish! We dined out most evenings (nearby La Piazzetta, Locanda Trilindana and Il Chris were just the best!)plus we also had a lot of fun hiring a power boat from Ossuccio and kayaking around Bellagio. The Lidos on the central lake were perfect for relaxing and our residence also offered a swimming pool and sun deck too, so we felt totally relaxed and spoiled:) The villas were so pretty and romantic to walk around and we really enjoyed some of the hiking routes(the San Martino trail was super)and the extreme sports up in Bellagio. Thank you for a fab week!

Carl and I had a beautiful stay in Magnolia 18 on the Italian Lakes. The apartment was located in a very modern and peaceful complex on the Argegno hillside. The interior was so bright and spacious for a studio plus the terrace balcony was super! Carl and I really had a great time exploring Lake Como and we have to say it was our favorite Italian lake. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

La vue est parfaite avec une grande terrasse La piscine est gelée dommage Le matelas est juste à changer tellement il est inconfortable , lumbago certain Attention si vous avez un SUV de taille ou plus grand qu’un X3, l’entrée du parking devient quasi impossible et une fois dedans , vous ne pouvez pas rentrer dans le box et si vous y arrivez vous ne pourrez pas le fermer car le véhicule dépasse
