Es ist ein tolles Anwesen. Man kann sich gar nicht satt sehen an dem Haus und der schönen Umgebung. Die Hunde auf der anderen Hausseute haben manchmal die halbe Nacht gebellt, so dass man manchmal nur schlecht schlafen konnte. Das ist der einzige wirkliche Nachteil für den, den es stört. Sonst hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub und eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem riesigen Haus , dass sicherlich eine lange Geschichte hat.

En väldigt trevlig vecka! Vi var 6 kompisar som åkte och det fanns gott om utrymme och skönt att ha varsitt badrum per sovrum. Fin omgivning och trevligt poolområde. Det enda negativa var att hundar skällde på kvällar och ibland nätter men det var en vanesak. Kan absolut rekommendera detta ställe!

La propriété est à la campagne mais proche de la mer et de très belles villes comme Lucca et Pise. L'endroit est calme et spacieux .

Sometime the property doesn't live up to the pictures. That was not the case here. The house and property are as nice as it looks in the pictures. We loved staying here and have been recommending it to all our friends and family. The owner, Lisa, was wonderful and very helpful. You will need a car to get anywhere, but it is so worth it.

Wir waren zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kleinkind, somit zu 6. wir hatten genügend Zimmer vor Ort und auch das Haus, der Garten, Pool ist ausreichend groß, dass sich die Kleinen austoben und frei bewegen können. Die Kommunikation war wirklich einfach und schnell. Wir waren in ca. 40 min am Strand/Lucca/Livorno und einer guten Stunde in Florenz. Im Ort selbst waren wir nicht, aber 5 min entfernt ist ein Riesen Supermarkt. Im Mai war es recht kühl und sie haben sich fast täglich darum gekümmert, dass die Heizung läuft. Die ersten Tage lief sie leider nicht richtig. Am Haus nebenan ist eine Hundezucht. Tagsüber bekommt recht wenig davon mit, aber wir waren auch tagsüber meist unterwegs. Das einzige Manko ist abends/nachts. Die Hunde bellen stundenlang, was hinderlich ist wenn man genau um diese Uhrzeiten versucht Kleinkinder ins Bett zu bekommen. Die Bäder, unter dem Bett, Ablagen waren etwas eingestaubt aber noch ok. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden!

This is already our second time so we are familiar with everything. We like the pool, we like the kitchen and the dining room. It is great for family discussions and friendly gatherings.

we love the home and the people that were taking care of the property. Lisa and her friend were very helpful tons of room great layout and the house at 350 years old or even 300 years old was impeccable shape..] may I suggest a couple, number one Wi-Fi worked half the time the other half it was buffering so maybe try to get a booster or two that you can get on the Internet to enhance your coverage, I have used in my home , they work very good. Second thing need to work on the Master bathroom shower the water for seven straight days was just lukewarm. I need to check your hot water heater or to control dial one or any other.. The third thing that refrigerator I know it’s old probably difficult to find one it works. It’s just small.

we love the home we love the location. The host was easy to communicate with the homeless, spacious and extremely clean and well kept. But there’s about three things that they need a tidy up. Their Wi-Fi needs to be better too much buffering improve on possible a new refrigerator third master bathroom shower water was only lukewarm for the whole week the other bathrooms all work great the other thing I know you can’t control, but there is a lot of dogs around the property that bark a lot.

Die Lage war sehr schön, das ganze Haus ein altes toskanisches Anwesen, sehr schöne Gartenanlage, sehr schöner Poolbereich, alles da, Liegen, Sonnenschirme, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Im direkten Anbau wohnen die Vermieter, ab und zu hört man die Hunde.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen mit großem Parkähnlichen Garten, das Haus hat schöne große Räume, der Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen einfach genial. Den Grill haben wir oft benutzt. Die Bilder entsprechen den tatsächlichen Begebenheiten. Alles sehr sauber. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Mit kleineren Mängeln im Haus kamen wir zurecht. Die Besitzer des Hauses wohnen im direkten Anbau und im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Das Bellen der Hunde hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Wir waren als Familie da, dafür perfekt geeignet. Für Gruppen die Halli Galli wollen ist das Haus und das Anwesen zu schade. Ein Dankeschön für wunderschöne Urlaubstage in einem sehr alten und schön hergerichteten toskanischen Anwesen.

Really great place, but be aware that owner lives upstairs with dogs that make a lot of noise at night. Also there is barking from dogs outside and others live in separate part of the house with cars in and out of the gate. Owner is not the friendly type, unfortunately. So while it's a beautiful house, lovely garden and pool and great value for money that way, you have to remember your earplugs or perhaps discuss beforehand whether owner will be upstairs with her dogs or not.

belle propriete, belle piscine, de la place pour 8 personnes sans soucis, probleme de voisinage trop de chiens aboient toutes les nuits et non stop dans le quartier. gros point negatif qui est dommageagle pour la villa sinon ce serait vraiment top
