We liked the location of the house, the beautiful view. The quiet enviroment. The house was well equipped. We liked how easy and quick it was to get the key and get into the house. Checking out was also easy and well organized.

Mesebeli helyen van! Szerintem a felszereltsége a háznak tökéletes. Innen könnyen elérhető a Bled és Kobarid is. A ház érint túra útvonalak is. Gyerekek is imádták. Nincs térerő, de mi ezért választottuk. A házhoz tartozik erdő, patak, amit csak mesékben láthat az ember. A szállásadók kiválóan levetették az elhelyezkedést és a kulcs felvételt. Tiszta ágynemű és törölköző várt minket.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious the house is and how perfectly warm it felt inside, even though the nights were quite chilly outside. The insulation — both thermal and sound — is exceptional, thanks to the thick walls of the house. The yard surrounding the house is stunning, and the terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains might just be the most beautiful terrace I’ve ever had the pleasure of enjoying. It was a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Inside the house, we found absolutely everything we could possibly need — and more. It was so well equipped that we even found two birthday candles for an improvised cake, as we happened to be celebrating a friend’s birthday during our stay. This accommodation is truly outstanding in every way and deserves every recommendation. We've already decided it will become one of those places we come back to at least once a year.

We were in love with the apartment at first sight. Warm house was waiting for us in a snowy valley between the Alps. The host welcomed us very kindly. It was a great surprise, when we realized that the accommodation was better equipped than we saw when booking online. The fireplace had been improved, become a modern, built-in fireplace, the TV (even if we didn't use) were a new, better one... The house' heating system was find, it was always warm and we never ran out of hot water. The kitchen and the entire building were fully equipped, there was plenty of everything for 15 people, even a dishwasher! Moreover, we only noticed on the last day that there was also a foosball room on the lower floor. :D Thank you, it was a fantastic experience! :)

Már első pillantásra oda voltunk az apartmanért. Az Alpok hegyvonulatai között elterülő havas völgyben várt ránk a befűtött szállás. A szállásadó nagyon kedvesen fogadott bennünket. Nagyszerű meglepetés volt, hogy vártuk, milyen lesz a kandallót begyújtani és a Booking képeihez képest már továbbfejlesztett, modern, beépített kandalló várt bennünket. Ennek begyújtása nélkül is meleg volt a ház, és meleg vízből sem fogytunk ki soha. A konyha és az egész épület teljesen felszerelt volt, 15 főig bőven van minden, még mosogatógép is! Ráadásul azt csak az utolsó nap vettük észre, hogy az alsó szinten volt még egy csocsó szoba is. :D Köszönjük, fanasztikus élmény volt! :)

Le chalet est dans une vallée reculée absolument somptueuse. Les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le lit de la rivière en contrebas du jardin, voir les moutons se promener devant la maison, le babyfoot à la cave et nous avons tous apprécié le barbecue à la tombée du jour.

Das Haus ist traumhaft im Socatal gelegen. Es war für einen ruhigen Urlaub zum Entspannen Genaus das Richtige. Im tal selber kann man viele Outdoor Aktivitäten (Wandern, Ratten, etc. unternehmen). Ein früherer Check In war nach Nachfrage möglich.

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. In de buurt zijn erg mooie wandeltochten (ook in de winter). We kwamen op een nogal raar tijdstip aan (midden in de nacht). Maar er was toch iemand om ons erin te laten en ons te voorzien van instructies. Vooraf erg duidelijke communicatie, en tijdens het verblijf zijn we nog geholpen met diverse activiteiten. Echt een aanrader

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Lage des Hauses ist wundervoll: umgeben von Bäumen, einem während unserer Zeit gefüllten Bachlaufs und in ruhiger Lage hat man als Gruppe alles was man braucht. Da das Haus groß ist und das Wohnzimmer mit einem Kamin ausgestattet ist, war es auch kein Problem bei Regen Beschäftigungen nachzugehen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten.

A very pleasant surprise, superb house in perfect surroundings. The Lepena Valley is a perfectly calm place in the middle of an otherwise very busy Soca valley, almost no cars pass the nearby road. Sunik water grove walking distance away, beautiful for everyday dog walks!

The house is located in a beautiful environment, really in the middle of nowhere, at the foot of the mountains. It was very well equipped and warm, both the oil heated radiators and the fireplace worked well. It is very spacious, but it is good to know that the fourth room is the attic, where you can climb up a fold-down ladder. There was no snow, when we were there, but it's good to know that in icy or snowy road conditions you can only get to the house with snow chains. Unfortunately the Lepena stream was completely dried up.

Die Unterkunft liegt in mitten eines idyllischen ruhigen Tals. wer Ruhe und Entspannung such und vllt etwas wandern will ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben! Auch der Host Primoz war immer erreichbar und sehr bemüht! alles in allem hat es uns (wir waren 8 Personen) sehr gut gefallen.

The surroundings are beautiful and it's located on a good place to explore the westside of the triglav national park. No wifi and cell service is basically nonexisting. Otherwise a nice place.

Really nice place, surrounded by mountains and an amazing garden. Nice beds and good rooms. There were only not a lot of glasses and the kitchen furniture was a bit dusty. But apart from that I would totally recommend going there:)

Een mooi en ruim huis in een rustige omgeving, met veel watervallen op loopafstand. Vanuit het huis veel bezienswaardigheden in de buurt van Bovec gezien. De vierde slaapkamer van het huis is op zolder met een wiebelig trapje, dat is goed om rekening mee te houden wanneer je dit huis boekt. Een aanrader!
