Fantastic location right on the edge of the city center, easy to reach by car. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There’s so much to do nearby and plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. The detailed PDF guide for parking, keys, and bike storage was incredibly helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again!

The location is wonderful, close to everything you might need. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable, and the kitchen is super well equipped. The only small downside is the garbage collection in front of the apartment, which can be a bit noisy, but it’s nothing that really disturbs the stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at Thomas’s spacious apartment! We were two families traveling together, and the place was perfect—plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably after full days of exploring Riva Del Garda. The location was ideal, within easy reach of wonderful restaurants and all the outdoor activities we came for. Whether we were hiking, enjoying the lake, or sampling local cuisine, it was so nice to come back to such a clean and welcoming home base. Thomas was a great host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and hope to return ourselves!

Als Gruppe von Freunden fahren wir regelmäßig an den Gardasee und dies war von der Erreichbarkeit, der Umgebung, dem Platz und der Aufteilung die bisher beste Unterkunft! Der Gastgeber hat klar und schnell kommuniziert und selbst eine spontane Nachbuchung einer Person war kein Problem. Außerdem war das Auto gut und sehr nahe untergebracht. Die Tiefgarage eignet sich allerdings nicht für tiefergelegte Autos.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gut gelegen. Von dort aus haben wir tolle Rad-, Wander- und Kletter-Touren unternommen. Ein kleines Manko gibt es: die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas dürftig.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, man ist mitten im Geschehen. Ein Parkplatz steht in der Nähe zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und war für uns perfekt. Alles hat gut geklappt und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzigste Nachteil sind die Müllcontainer vor dem Haus, die täglich in aller Frühe geleert werden.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Rand der Fußgängerzone. Alles ist gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleines Manko ist der Fahrradkeller; dieser ist für sechs MTBs zu klein. Es gibt aber einen großen Innenhof, in dem die Räder gut Platz haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder ...

Riva del Garda is beautiful and there is lots to do. Sightseeing, cycling, hiking. We were here in April which is perfect as the weather was great but the number of tourists was still ok. The Apartment is really wunderful, beautiful view from the terrace. Large rooms, everything you need. Great central location, next to old town, 5 minute walk to the lake. However, in Summer it can get very noisy because of the bars and restaurants nearby. We celebrated my birthday here with my family, it was a memorable holiday in this beautiful area.

Great property in a great location. Nice views; very spacious and comfortable. Great host, smooth check in process. Only mild drawbacks were a noisy party next door on the Sat night (not the host’s fault), and the waste point is right outside and plenty of people dump their bottles int he morning which can be a little noisy. But, we wouldn’t let that put us off booking this place again nita a fantastic property in all respects, with fabulous views from the balcony!

Alles top: Übergabe der Wohnung problemlos, schöne, großzügige, zentral gelegene Wohnung, perfekt für eine 5-köpfige Familie. Vielleicht könnte man die Duscharmaturen mal neu machen und diverse kleine lockere Teile in der Wohnung mal wieder befestigen (z.B. an den Stehlampen oder der Hängelampe über dem Esstisch). Aber das tut dem guten Gesamteindruck keinen Abbruch: Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben die Wohnung in Riva für einen Familienausflug gebucht. 6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Dafür war das Apartment perfekt. Alle Zimmer, egal ob Küche, Wohnzimmer oder Schlafzimmer sind sehr groß und mehr als ausreichend. Es war angenehm, dass es 2 Badezimmer gibt. So kommt man auch mit so vielen Leuten gut zurecht. Toller Balkon mit Blick auf die Fußgängerzone, auf dem man abends noch zusammen etwas trinken und den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Für das Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad auf Seite der Fußgängerzone ist es empfehlenswert Ohrenstöpsel mitzubringen, wenn man gerne ausschlafen möchte. Müllabfuhr etc. sind früh morgens schon recht aktiv. Allerdings ist das nur ein Hinweis und kein Kritikpunkt. Die Lage ist genial. Mittendrin statt nur dabei! Es kann innerhalb von Riva alles fußläufig erreicht werden. Die Eisdiele gleich um die Ecke ist ultra lecker. Das zugehörige Restaurant gegenüber ebenfalls! Check-in war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir würden wieder kommen.

L’host Thomas è stato gentilissimo e sempre pronto a venire incontro alle nostre richieste, eravamo un gruppo di 8 ragazzi e non c’è stato alcun tipo di problema. Orario di check in molto flessibile con le istruzioni per arrivare alla casa e alle chiavi molto dettagliate senza alcun intoppo. Posizione della casa top, a due passi dal centro, non abbiamo mai usato l’auto per muoverci. Un’esperienza positiva, grazie Thomas!

Capodanno per 8 e la casa era ampiamente oltre le aspettative. Camere doppie, un ampio salone, doppi servizi, una cucina fornitissima e riscaldamento centralizzato. Parcheggi nelle vicinanze (gratuito) , la possibilità di avere tutto a disposizione senza muoversi in auto e una posizione invidiabile (5 minuti a piedi dal lago). Davvero consigliatissima per gruppi numerosi.

Close to Lake Garda and many shopping possibilities, little boutiques near. Amazing view! Mountains and lake. Restaurants, plenty of them also very close. Grocery stores not far either.The apartment was clean and offered everything a big family needed for one week holiday. There were little things that could have been better, like some upgrade to balcony furnitures. There were not soft cushions for every chair. Also frying pans surface was covered with several scratches. Shower holder didn't hold and fell down. Otherwise the apartment was great, plenty of room for larger group to stay. We recommend!

Die Lage ist super. Man ist direkt in der Stadt. In der Nähe sind auch kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden, insb. in der Via Ardaro, ca. 500 Meter in die Straße hinein ist ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz. Man ist direkt in der Stadt, wenn man die Wohnung verlässt. Nicht gut war die Ordnung. Auf den Deckenventilatoren und unter dem Bett lag viel Staub. Die Kissen im Schrank im hinteren linken Schlafzimmer wurden zudem länger nicht mehr gewaschen, was man diesen leider anmerkt. Zudem hat bei der Unterkunft gestört, dass die Lampen in den Räumen unangenehmes Licht verursacht haben. Das Licht war grell, sodann wir vor Ort mit indirekter Beleuchtung arbeiten mussten. Die breite - gute - Filmauswahl konnte leider nicht benutzt werden, weil der DVD-Player nicht mit dem Fernseher verbunden werden konnte. Hervorzuheben war jedoch die Möglichkeit, vor Ort die Wäsche zu waschen, der super Service, die zentrale Lage und die gute Möglichkeit, das Auto zu parken.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und zu 6 hat man auch viel Platz. Was nicht schön war waren die 2 Schlafzimmer zur Straße/ Altstadt raus. Hier wurde bis Nachts um 1 Uhr der Abfall wie z.B. Gläser in die Mülltonnen geworfen und es war sehr laut. Auch der Geräuschpegel war sehr laut. Aber ansonsten war es eine sehr schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
