The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and very clean. Location is great, there are two balconies with a partial lake view and a super short walk down to the walkway along the lake. There are many nice restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Sonja was great at communication; we had one issue, the central heat had not been turned on so we couldn’t use the radiators in the apartment. We were cold the first night which was unsettling. By the next day Sonja brought portable heaters for us which worked great. The apartment is nicely stocked for cooking, and overall was very quiet and convenient. Sonia was a really nice host and went out of her way to solve our issues with the heat. We really enjoyed the apartment, staying for one week and appreciating the kitchen, the size of the apartment, and having a washing machine. Thank you Sonja for bringing the little heaters, it made all the difference!

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral und gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war auch sehr gut erreichbar. Ich würde diese Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

we really enjoyed our stay and there was excellent communication and directions about finding the unit which we really appreciate when arriving someplace new! customer service was excellent when we needed place was very clean and comfortable. the deck has a great view of the lake and we had nice breezes to keep us cool. the kitchen had everything and there is a washer and dryer. we also enjoyed the TB area for hanging out after a long day,this was a big plus for us. the parking was convenient and easy to use. there is a grocery store about a 15 minute walk away and lots of restaurant choices. there is also the LINDO swimming pool lake club right down the street that we enjoyed twice! Just a warning that the key check in and check out is not far but in the center of lugano. plan on this as traffic can be bad in town at certain times of day and if you don't have a car you will have to take the bus which would not be hard as the bus stop is across the street.

Nice apartment in probably the best location in Lugano area - very clean and quiet with a convenient parking spot. I wish there were a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen, but I assume that 99% of people would found them more than enough (we travel for most of the year, so our needs are slightly different). The key drop-off system is something to be improved upon - on the last day, we lost an hr taking the keys back to the agency and getting back to Paradiso area, as traffic in Lugano is crazy, especially when there are events happening. All in all, I can recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a great view in Paradiso.

we very much liked our stay at your appartment. everything was clean and nice. a problem was the parking space for our motorbike. we found a place just near to the bicycles where we couldn't disturb anybody. but the next day we had a very unfriendly notice on our bike that we have to park somewhere else as soon as possible.

It is a beautiful apartment, and has an amazing private beach. This is the second stay for me in the apartment. The price is reasonable. Everything is available in it with a private parking.

A really fantastic apartment in a perfect location, where you can relax by the lake and comfortably walk into the heart of Lugano. Easy to source food or eat out and close to the mountain walks. If you are out in the day and go to bed late, then I would definitely recommend this apartment. If you need to get your z’s earlier in the evening, you may struggle with neighbourly noise, as we did. Shame, as it was otherwise excellent. Given this is a rental company property, the key pick-up could easily be made more convenient for customer, but we can forgive that given the flat was so nice.

Grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und ausreichend eingerichtet. Störend ist, dass das Haus extrem ringhörig ist; immerhin war jedoch meist ab ca. 23 Uhr weitgehend ruhig, d.h. die Nachtruhe wird gut berücksichtigt. Es wird mit Seesicht geworben, dies darf aber nicht überinterpretiert werden (teilweise Seesicht auf dem Balkon). Der Seezugang ist gut, und weitere Seezugänge sind in Gehdistanz. Vorsicht: Der Schlüssel muss in Lugano abgeholt und retourniert werden. Dafür ausreichend Zeit einrechnen.

It’s a very nice apartment for a small family: walkable distance from Lugano and necessary things such as shops or restaurants at 500m-1000m. Very calm neighborhood and nice view of the lake. Just consider that you need to go to Lugano center to pick up the keys; it’s just a 30min detour, but good to know in advance. We had a small issue with the shower sink the day of our arrival, but Happy Rentals were very helpful and reactive to solve the issue the day after. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Appartement parfait .manque de lampe pour lire ,surtout en hiver . Récupérer les clefs et les rapporter dans le centre de Lugano où la circulation est compliquée est le seul vrai inconvénient. Tout était très bien organisé et propre.
