Situato in una posizione incantevole, circondato dal sole e dal verde, questo appartamento per le vacanze offre un giardino comune attrezzato con un’area giochi per bambini e un barbecue in pietra, per godersi insieme momenti di relax spensierati. Dispone inoltre di una terrazza privata affacciata sul giardino e di una zona pranzo all’aperto, per sfruttare al meglio gli spazi aperti circostanti.
All’interno, l’appartamento offre ambienti climatizzati e un accogliente soggiorno con divano, TV HD a schermo piatto e una cucina abitabile completa per un soggiorno in piena autonomia. Posizione
L’appartamento al primo piano gode di una posizione incantevole a Vir, con la spiaggia principale dell’isola, Jadro Beach, a pochi passi di distanza. Numerosi negozi di alimentari e ristoranti si trovano proprio dietro l’angolo, rendendo questa casa vacanze ideale per un soggiorno in autonomia senza pensieri.
Se desiderate godervi affascinanti viste panoramiche durante le escursioni, ci sono molti belvedere sparsi per tutta l’isola, con quello più vicino a soli 6 minuti di auto da qui. E, se non vedete l’ora di rilassarvi nei bar e nei locali, l’affascinante Vagabundo è anch’esso a pochi passi di distanza!
L’iconica Kaštelina, vicino alla baia di Sapavac, con i suoi fanghi peloidi dalle proprietà curative, dista 8 minuti in auto da qui. Nel frattempo, per chi viaggia con bambini, il parco divertimenti Luna e un grazioso parco giochi si trovano a soli 10 minuti a piedi da qui. L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino si trova a circa 45 minuti di auto, a Zara.
Purtroppo, in questa struttura non sono ammessi animali domestici.

Good value for your money. Very nice owner that got along with our kid very well (gave him tomatoes from his garden etc) and didnt mind our son wandering around the house/garden each morning :D We got the upper apartment with 2 separate rooms (2x comfortable double beds), toilette/shower and a kitchen+living room with expandable couch for another 1-2 person to sleep on, so apartment for 5-6 people alltogether. Dont expect a 5-star luxury, as the furniture is a bit older and dusty underneath and you may find some ants in the shower occasionally. But it features a good airconditioning, basic kitchen (missing coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher) however considering the price and location + top season, it was all right. We could also enjoy the terrace right next to our apartment as well as the seating downstairs under the roof. Free parking for multiple cars right next to the house. There is also a nice garden around the house, trampoline and swings for the kids. Approx. 3 minutes by walk to the nearest sea promenade (shortcut through woods) and 5 minutes to Radovanjica beach (unfortunately no sidewalks!), also 5 minutes the other way to the nearest bakery, coffe shop, langos or other restaurants and shops = very good location! However Vir has its night life, so for example the quadbikes working as taxi (?) running around until late night produce a bit of noise, or the missing sidewalks...I also did not understand the overcrowded Radovanjica beach that everyone stayed at, which was too narrow with low quality of water and too close to the main road (Stari put). Just few steps away (between Radovanjica and Luka beach) there is a lot better spot (next to the camp) which is less crowded with cleaner water and no roadnoise. Overall 8-9/10 considering the value/money ratio of our stay. Thank you very much!
