Thank you for your email. Firstly, I would like to say that we had a fantastic holiday with you and that we are seriously thinking about coming again next year (we don't usually stay in the same place twice). We loved the views, we loved that there was some parkland between the properties and the lake (so many places in Italy build right up to the waters edge). The property was bigger than we expected - it was difficult to tell from the website what it would be like. The staff were always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the fact that we could borrow the bikes and join the hikes for no extra charge. My husband went on a hike and was very impressed with the guides knowledge of the area - both the history and the geography. We made trips to the waterfall at Begna, the caves in Rescia, Menaggio, Lake Piano, Monte Tamaro in Switerland and even to the fun pool at the campsite next door! To be honest you have such a lovely spot we didn't need to go anywhere most of the time. We had the nicest holiday we have had in years and if you make the above changes we will definitely be back for more.
