Arroccata su una collina lussureggiante, sotto il glorioso sole della Toscana, questa splendida villa per vacanze vicino a Firenze è in grado di offrire la più autentica e serena delle vacanze. Dal tuffo nella grande piscina privata al godersi gli splendidi panorami sotto i gazebo ombreggiati, passando per le cene all'aperto con il barbecue, tutto in questa oasi di pace contribuisce a rendere la vacanza indimenticabile. E per aggiungere il piacere di una vacanza in campagna, questa proprietà di 4 ettari ha giardini privati estremamente curati e cosparsi delle tipiche fronde del paesaggio toscano. La villa per vacanze è composta da 8 camere e bagni per il completo comfort degli ospiti. Ci sono 4 unità abitative separate senza collegamenti interni per garantire che un gruppo numeroso di famiglie e amici possa godere di privacy ed esclusività durante la propria vacanza. Tutti gli appartamenti sono dotati di un accogliente e caratteristico soggiorno con camino e TV satellitare. In ogni unità abitativa sono disponibili gli stessi utensili da cucina, come lavastoviglie, freezer, forno elettrico, tostapane e macchina per il caffè a goccia, per preparare spensierate prelibatezze fatte in casa in qualsiasi momento della giornata. È a un'ora di macchina dalla vivace città di Pisa, dove la Torre di Pisa attira ogni anno tonnellate di turisti. I negozi di alimentari, ideali per facilitare il soggiorno in autogestione, si trovano a 5 minuti d'auto, mentre altri tipi di negozi a Montaione sono a 10 minuti d'auto. Gli ospiti possono recarsi alle Terme Casciana, situate a 45 minuti d'auto e conosciute fin dai tempi degli Etruschi, per un ulteriore relax in campagna. Possono anche visitare il litorale sabbioso di Marina di Pisa, a 1 ora di auto, e godersi un'intera giornata in spiaggia. Per le escursioni giornaliere più lunghe, in un arco di tempo compreso tra 0,5 e 1,15 ore, gli ospiti possono esplorare e scoprire alcune delle destinazioni più note della Toscana occidentale, tra cui Lucca e le sue imponenti mura, le imponenti torri di San Gimignano e le gemme culturali del capoluogo toscano, Firenze. Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono quelli di Pisa e Firenze, entrambi a circa 50 minuti di auto da questa villa in affitto a Montaione.

The photos do not due this place justice. In person this villa was absolutely stunning! We rented the entire villa had access to all four apartments; every apartment was thoughtfully laid out. It was charming, peaceful and everything we wanted for our true Tuscan experience. You definitely need a car to access the villa, but it’s well worth it because there is so much to do in the surrounding area. Federica, and her parents were wonderful to work with at checkin and checkout. They also recommended a local chef, Irene. We loved her and her food so much we hired her to come back a second time before we left. If you’re debating renting this villa, don’t hesitate - you will not be disappointed! It’s a true fairytale experience. I had to pinch myself more than once! 😊

Eine wunderbare Ferienvilla weit entfernt vom Stress und dem Lärm der Großstädte. Alles sauber und gut ausgerüstet. Wir waren mit 14 Personen eine Woche dort, haben gekocht und den Pool genossen. Sogar Bistecca alla fiorentina haben wir mit Erfolg gegrillt. Von hier haben wir die Exkursionen nach Firenze, Siena, Pisa und Lucca, das Chianti und San Gimignano und Volterra gemacht. Einzig die Zufahrtsstraße ist ein wenig schwierig, man muss geeignete Fahrzeuge mit möglichst hohem Radstand haben. Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in Empfang genommen und jeden Wusch erfüllt. Für große Gruppen ideal zu einem absolut vernünftigem Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hyrde detta boende en vecka och det överträffade våra förväntningar. Lugnt och fridfullt läge med fantastiska vyer. Tack vare lägenheterna och trädgården kändes huset som ett hotell, fast med oss som enda gästerna. Nära till stan med bra matbutik och restauranger. Kommunikationen med ägaren Frederica fungerade bra. Detta boende rekommenderas varmt!

La casa è immersa in un posto bellissimo e tranquillo Molto silenzioso. Dove si sente solo gli uccellini e d il torrente d’acqua in vicinanza . Attorno la casa c’è un bosco bellissimo in cui si può fare le passeggiate e godere la natura . Eravamo quattro famiglie e la sistemazione e la separazione della casa in quattro appartamenti ha permesso ad ogni famiglia di stare in privacy e nello stesso tempo permetteva anche di riunirsi e di stare insieme . Si vede che è stato pensato ad ogni dettaglio ed ogni comodità per facilitare il soggiorno. La casa è molto pulita ed accogliente . La comunicazione con i proprietari è stato molto facile ed immediato. Ed ogni problema e richiesta è stata risolta in poco tempo Ci torneremo di sicuro

Wir waren bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge in der Casa Cheta und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist super schön und ruhig gelegen mit viel Natur und Privatsphäre. Die einzelnen Häuser sind mit allem nötigen Inventar ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das ganze Anwesen ist durchweg gepflegt und ordentlich! Wir kamen mit einer großen Familie- die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit am Pool und konnten den Rasen zum Spielen nutzen! Es gibt so viele Optionen zum entspannen, sonnen, lesen und essen, sodass man auch in der großen Gruppe immer einen Rückzugsort findet. Die Gastgeberin war wundervoll- hat uns bei allen Problemen eine Lösung angeboten und war stets gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht!

Magnifique bergerie restaurée en 2000, par les propriétaires actuels, avec beaucoup de soin et des matériaux authentiques et de qualité. Nous avons apprécié échanger avec eux sur l'histoire du lieu et leur engagement personnel dans l'activité d'accueil de leurs hôtes. Ils se sont montrés très attentifs, accueillants et aimables, ce qui est très appréciable. On recommande chaudement un séjour à la Casa Cheta. Le site est très beau, très bien entretenu, calme et idéalement situé dans la région, à l'épicentre de beaucoup de sites touristiques majeurs. De plus, les enfants peuvent aller jouer dans les sous-bois, créer des aventures et se créer de magnifiques souvenirs.

Das über 200 Jährige (umgebaute/renovierte) Bauernhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die 4 separaten Wohnungen sorgen für die nötigen Rückzugsorte. Der Pool ist grösser und tiefer als es auf den Bildern erscheint (am tiefen Ende ist er ca. 160cm, am niederigen Ende ca 100cm tief). Ideal also auch für Kinder. Die Küchen waren grosszügig ausgestattet (mehr als genügend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen Schalen usw. vorhanden) und auf dem grossen Holzkohlegrill kann mit etwas geschick gut eine grosse Personenanzahl bekocht werden. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, jedoch mit normalen PKW problemlos machbar. Dadurch ist mann dann auch wirklich für sich und sehr ungestört. In der Nacht hört man diverse Tiere in der Ferne (Esel, Hahn, Stachelschweine usw.). Im Ort Montaione gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt (Einkaufsladen, Gelateria, Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants). Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen (10 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder). Danke für den tollen Urlaub

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe an Freunden. Die Villa verfügt über 4 separate Wohnungen mit jeweils gut ausgestatteten Küchen inkl. Spülmaschine. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war gut, Handtücher waren vorhanden. Angeschlossen an die größte Wohnung gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und ausreichend Gartenstühlen für ein gemeinsames Essen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und verfügt über einen großen Außenbereich. Der Pool ist groß, kühl und liegt ab dem Nachmittag im Schatten, was bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Es gibt etwa 9 Sonnenliegen und weitere Stühle am Pool sowie einige Sonnenschirme und eine Außendusche. Das WLAN funktioniert in dem jeweiligen Wohnzimmern der Wohnungen sehr gut, Homeoffice-Arbeit mit Video-Calls war möglich. Das letzte Stück vom Weg zur Villa ist eine unbefestigte, kurvige und hügelige Straße. Diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in Montaione zu finden.

Wonderful house with lots of charm and privacy. Beautiful garden and pool with chairs to relax in. The road leading to the house is poorly kept (not the owner’s fault). Highly recommended for families or groups of friends. The location of the house is a little further away from the village so bikes or a car are recommended. Communication with Fede and her family (the owners) was warm and pleasant.

La maison est superbe dans un très bel emplacement en pleine nature. Par contre notre séjour a eu la dernière semaine d' octobre et il faisait vraiment froid dans les différents appartements. Il faut savoir que le chauffage est payant en supplément et qu' en ne le mettant en route qu' une heure par jour à 15 degrés ça nous est revenu à 90 euros les 5 nuits. Le chemin de terre pour accéder à la demeure est très raide mais ça passe avec une voiture non4×4. Au final, nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans ce lieu magique.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Das Haus ist in einzelne Wohnungen unterteil, was den Aufenthalt in Gruppen angenehm macht. Einige Stelle im Haus waren unsauber, das Geschirr etwas und an manchen Stellen der Gardienen und Wänden waren tote Tierchen zusehen. Leider war der Pool geschlossen, worüber wir nicht informiert wurden und das Wlan was 3 Tage lang kaputt. Wir zahlten dennoch den vollen Preis. Federica und ihre Mutter sind total nett und haben schnell geantwortet. Ebenso ist die Umgebung, mit Volterra und Florenz in der Nähe traumhaft. Ich würde 4.5 von 5 Sternen geben.

A beautiful villa in a quiet setting with amazing views of the countryside. The separate apartments meant the family had their own space but came together for meals in the garden. The infinity pool was fantastic, great size , plenty of space to sunbathe and kept clean by Frederica’s dad. Frederica’s family were very welcoming and any questions or issues were answered promptly. The villa is close to the town via a unsurfaced road which is a bit of an uphill climb but keeps you fit. The local town is lovely with all you need , coop bars and restaurants. A fabulous stay had by all.

Sogar Bistecca alla fiorentina haben wir mit Erfolg gegrillt. Von hier haben wir die Exkursionen nach Firenze, Siena, Pisa und Lucca, das Chianti und San Gimignano und Volterra gemacht. Einzig die Zufahrtsstraße ist ein wenig schwierig, man muss geeignete Fahrzeuge mit möglichst hohem Radstand haben. Sehr nette Gastgeber haben uns in Empfang genommen und jeden Wusch erfüllt. Für große Gruppen ideal zu einem absolut vernünftigem Preis. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vi hyrde detta boende en vecka och det överträffade våra förväntningar. Lugnt och fridfullt läge med fantastiska vyer. Tack vare lägenheterna och trädgården kändes huset som ett hotell, fast med oss som enda gästerna. Nära till stan med bra matbutik och restauranger. Kommunikationen med ägaren Frederica fungerade bra. Detta boende rekommenderas varmt!

La casa è immersa in un posto bellissimo e tranquillo Molto silenzioso. Dove si sente solo gli uccellini e d il torrente d’acqua in vicinanza . Attorno la casa c’è un bosco bellissimo in cui si può fare le passeggiate e godere la natura . Eravamo quattro famiglie e la sistemazione e la separazione della casa in quattro appartamenti ha permesso ad ogni famiglia di stare in privacy e nello stesso tempo permetteva anche di riunirsi e di stare insieme . Si vede che è stato pensato ad ogni dettaglio ed ogni comodità per facilitare il soggiorno. La casa è molto pulita ed accogliente . La comunicazione con i proprietari è stato molto facile ed immediato. Ed ogni problema e richiesta è stata risolta in poco tempo Ci torneremo di sicuro

Wir waren bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge in der Casa Cheta und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist super schön und ruhig gelegen mit viel Natur und Privatsphäre. Die einzelnen Häuser sind mit allem nötigen Inventar ausgestattet, sehr sauber und das ganze Anwesen ist durchweg gepflegt und ordentlich! Wir kamen mit einer großen Familie- die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit am Pool und konnten den Rasen zum Spielen nutzen! Es gibt so viele Optionen zum entspannen, sonnen, lesen und essen, sodass man auch in der großen Gruppe immer einen Rückzugsort findet. Die Gastgeberin war wundervoll- hat uns bei allen Problemen eine Lösung angeboten und war stets gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit! Herzlichen Dank für die tolle Zeit, wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht!

Magnifique bergerie restaurée en 2000, par les propriétaires actuels, avec beaucoup de soin et des matériaux authentiques et de qualité. Nous avons apprécié échanger avec eux sur l'histoire du lieu et leur engagement personnel dans l'activité d'accueil de leurs hôtes. Ils se sont montrés très attentifs, accueillants et aimables, ce qui est très appréciable. On recommande chaudement un séjour à la Casa Cheta. Le site est très beau, très bien entretenu, calme et idéalement situé dans la région, à l'épicentre de beaucoup de sites touristiques majeurs. De plus, les enfants peuvent aller jouer dans les sous-bois, créer des aventures et se créer de magnifiques souvenirs.

Das über 200 Jährige (umgebaute/renovierte) Bauernhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die 4 separaten Wohnungen sorgen für die nötigen Rückzugsorte. Der Pool ist grösser und tiefer als es auf den Bildern erscheint (am tiefen Ende ist er ca. 160cm, am niederigen Ende ca 100cm tief). Ideal also auch für Kinder. Die Küchen waren grosszügig ausgestattet (mehr als genügend Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen Schalen usw. vorhanden) und auf dem grossen Holzkohlegrill kann mit etwas geschick gut eine grosse Personenanzahl bekocht werden. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, jedoch mit normalen PKW problemlos machbar. Dadurch ist mann dann auch wirklich für sich und sehr ungestört. In der Nacht hört man diverse Tiere in der Ferne (Esel, Hahn, Stachelschweine usw.). Im Ort Montaione gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt (Einkaufsladen, Gelateria, Bäckerei und mehrere Restaurants). Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen (10 Erwachsene + 4 Kinder). Danke für den tollen Urlaub

Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Urlaub mit einer großen Gruppe an Freunden. Die Villa verfügt über 4 separate Wohnungen mit jeweils gut ausgestatteten Küchen inkl. Spülmaschine. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war gut, Handtücher waren vorhanden. Angeschlossen an die größte Wohnung gibt eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Tisch und ausreichend Gartenstühlen für ein gemeinsames Essen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und verfügt über einen großen Außenbereich. Der Pool ist groß, kühl und liegt ab dem Nachmittag im Schatten, was bei den heißen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Es gibt etwa 9 Sonnenliegen und weitere Stühle am Pool sowie einige Sonnenschirme und eine Außendusche. Das WLAN funktioniert in dem jeweiligen Wohnzimmern der Wohnungen sehr gut, Homeoffice-Arbeit mit Video-Calls war möglich. Das letzte Stück vom Weg zur Villa ist eine unbefestigte, kurvige und hügelige Straße. Diverse Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren in Montaione zu finden.

Wonderful house with lots of charm and privacy. Beautiful garden and pool with chairs to relax in. The road leading to the house is poorly kept (not the owner’s fault). Highly recommended for families or groups of friends. The location of the house is a little further away from the village so bikes or a car are recommended. Communication with Fede and her family (the owners) was warm and pleasant.

La maison est superbe dans un très bel emplacement en pleine nature. Par contre notre séjour a eu la dernière semaine d' octobre et il faisait vraiment froid dans les différents appartements. Il faut savoir que le chauffage est payant en supplément et qu' en ne le mettant en route qu' une heure par jour à 15 degrés ça nous est revenu à 90 euros les 5 nuits. Le chemin de terre pour accéder à la demeure est très raide mais ça passe avec une voiture non4×4. Au final, nous avons passé une belle semaine en famille dans ce lieu magique.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön! Das Haus ist in einzelne Wohnungen unterteil, was den Aufenthalt in Gruppen angenehm macht. Einige Stelle im Haus waren unsauber, das Geschirr etwas und an manchen Stellen der Gardienen und Wänden waren tote Tierchen zusehen. Leider war der Pool geschlossen, worüber wir nicht informiert wurden und das Wlan was 3 Tage lang kaputt. Wir zahlten dennoch den vollen Preis. Federica und ihre Mutter sind total nett und haben schnell geantwortet. Ebenso ist die Umgebung, mit Volterra und Florenz in der Nähe traumhaft. Ich würde 4.5 von 5 Sternen geben.

A beautiful villa in a quiet setting with amazing views of the countryside. The separate apartments meant the family had their own space but came together for meals in the garden. The infinity pool was fantastic, great size , plenty of space to sunbathe and kept clean by Frederica’s dad. Frederica’s family were very welcoming and any questions or issues were answered promptly. The villa is close to the town via a unsurfaced road which is a bit of an uphill climb but keeps you fit. The local town is lovely with all you need , coop bars and restaurants. A fabulous stay had by all.
