Questo monolocale soleggiato per 2 persone offre una vista mozzafiato sul Lago di Lugano! Situato in posizione tranquilla a pochi passi dalle acque rinfrescanti del lago, questo appartamento al primo piano è perfetto per godersi una vacanza sul lago di Lugano all'insegna della pace e della spensieratezza. Il monolocale dispone di un grazioso balcone fronte lago con tavolo da pranzo all'aperto e barbecue a gas per trascorrere i classici momenti di relax estivo. Allo stesso tempo, offre interni climatizzati per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione. Gli ospiti possono ammirare il tipico paesaggio lacustre e montano dalla grande finestra panoramica dell'appartamento e preparare i pasti senza problemi con la cucina completamente attrezzata a loro disposizione. La moderna cucina è arredata con un tavolo per 4 persone e tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali come lavastoviglie, microonde, macchina Nespresso, piano cottura a induzione e frigorifero. Sono disponibili posti a sedere all'interno con un tavolino e due sedie. Una lavatrice (in comune) e un armadio per riporre gli oggetti rendono i soggiorni prolungati in questa casa vacanza super convenienti. Il monolocale per vacanze è adatto a ospiti anziani e a coppie. Posti letto Nell'appartamento ci sono due letti singoli unibili in matrimoniale per ospitare comodamente 2 persone. Bagno Bagno 1: Il bagno moderno è dotato di doccia, lavandino e WC. Anche un paio di ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi (10-15 minuti). Per gli amanti della natura, il bellissimo Parco Ciani nel centro di Lugano è a 9 minuti di auto. Nel centro di Lugano, gli ospiti possono anche godere di diverse vivaci terrazze e degli edifici storici della grande Piazza della Reforma, del Casinò di Lugano, dei voli in tandem per il parapendio, del Lido di Lugano e altro ancora. Per chi vuole assaporare la vita notturna di Lugano, diverse discoteche e bar sono raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti di auto. La funicolare per il Monte Brè si trova a 17 minuti di auto, mentre la funicolare per San Salvatore e uno dei villaggi più suggestivi e belli del Ticino, Morcote, si trovano a 25 minuti. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanza sul Lago di Lugano.

L’organizzazione dell’arrivo è stata ottima, siamo arrivati prima e Christian (Happy Rental) era molto disponibile per risponderci ed aiutarci ad anticipare il check in. La posizione dell appartamento è ottima : zona calma, terrazza con vista sul lago, parco pubblico di una vecchia villa proprio di fronte all appartamento con una scalinata scendendo in acqua che permette di rinfrescarsi facilmente. L’appartamento non è dell’ultima moda pero è molto funzionale, ampio per 2 e la cucina è operativa al 100%, tanto comodo. L’unico punto debole che vale per tutta la zona del lago, è la presenza delle zanzare tigre d’estate, purtroppo questo tocca a voi di non fargli entrare e proteggervi ! Anche se ci amano tanto, siamo sopravvissuti ed il passaggio a Lugano è stato bello !

The property has very nice views but it's a pity that it doesn't have a door to the terrace and you have to walk in front of other people's rooms and terraces to get to your space. The room and terrace space are not completely private, as other guests might need to walk through "your" terrace space (in front of the only window of your room) to get to their own terrace. The parking spot and location are very convenient thought!

Kleines Studio an top Lage in Lugano: kein Verkehrslärm und in der Nachsaison extrem ruhig. Das Studio ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht; allerdings ist es für 2 Personen eher eng. Um auf den Balkon zu gelangen, muss man leider aussen rum gehen. Dafür wird man mit einer schönen Aussicht und bequemen Gartenmöbeln belohnt.

Alles war super beschrieben wir hatten kein Problem die Wohnung zu finden und einzuchecken, obwohl es bereits stock dunkel war. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben klein, süss und hat alles was es braucht. Diese Wohnung war ideal für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt.

The view from is breathtaking, you have to walk 15 to get to bus station. It’s very quiet . Communication with local office is very poor . You are paying for view The place is extremely small . You are far from town and bus stops .

Nice location. A bit difficult the whole booking procedure (especially since you need to add your data into another site not by airbnb. Bathroom should be properly cleaned and waterpressure in shower adjusted.
