Un rifugio in giardino perfetto per una vacanza in città senza fatica e in tutta tranquillità in riva al lago di Lugano! Oltre ad essere una base ideale per godersi tutto ciò che c'è nella vibrante città di Lugano, questo appartamento con una camera da letto è una base tranquilla per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di esplorazione e divertimento. L'appartamento può ospitare comodamente fino a 4 persone e offre un grazioso patio con sala da pranzo all'aperto e un giardino ad accesso esclusivo per concedersi spensierati momenti di relax con i propri cari. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra e dispone di un soggiorno luminoso, elegante e moderno che dà direttamente sul giardino con il patio. Questa stanza dispone anche di un grande divano letto, una TV a schermo piatto, una sala da pranzo per 4 persone e una cucina molto ben attrezzata e sofisticata per completare un soggiorno assolutamente privo di problemi. Lavastoviglie, microonde, forno, tostapane e macchina del caffè (Dolce Gusto) sono a disposizione degli ospiti. Dormire Camera da letto 1: Una camera da letto elegante con un comodo letto matrimoniale e un grande armadio. Extra: Il divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno può ospitare comodamente 2 persone. Bagno Bagno 1: Il bagno moderno, luminoso e marmorizzato, è dotato di doccia e WC. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi gratuito - Ascensore - Parcheggio privato - Ferro da stiro Si prega di notare che le misure del garage sono 2.10-2.20 ma la rampa è molto ripida. Posizione Il Lido Riva Caccia, con le sue strutture per nuotare e prendere il sole, si trova a soli 4 minuti dall'appartamento. A pochi passi si trovano anche un paio di ristoranti, un supermercato e una fermata dell'autobus per un facile collegamento e un soggiorno in autogestione. Per gli amanti della natura, il Parco del Tassino è a 15 minuti a piedi, mentre il bellissimo Parco Ciani nel centro di Lugano è a 20 minuti a piedi. Nel centro di Lugano, gli ospiti possono anche godere di diversi ristoranti vivaci e degli edifici storici della grande Piazza della Reforma, del Casinò di Lugano, dei voli in tandem per il parapendio, del Lido di Lugano e altro ancora. Per chi vuole assaporare la vita notturna di Lugano, a 10 minuti di auto si trovano diverse discoteche e bar. Inoltre, il pittoresco sentiero degli ulivi sul lago, la famosa località balneare sul lago di Lugano - San Domenico e il sentiero per Gandria sono tutti a meno di 15 minuti di auto. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 1 ora di auto da questo moderno appartamento per vacanze a Lugano, mentre la stazione ferroviaria più vicina si trova a 17 minuti a piedi.

Schöne und sehr gemühtliche Wohnung. Sie liegt in einem ruhigen, gepflegten Quartier, und trotzdem ist man in nur 5 Minuten am See – die Lage ist wirklich ideal. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Durante il mio soggiorno a Lugano dal giovedì alla domenica, ho avuto il piacere di alloggiare in questo incantevole appartamento. L'appartamento era davvero carino, con un giardino bellissimo che aggiungeva un tocco di serenità al mio soggiorno. Tutto è stato semplicemente fantastico: l'atmosfera accogliente, l'arredamento curato e soprattutto la presenza di tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Non avrei potuto chiedere di più! Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante a Lugano. Ciò che ha leggermente offuscato il mio soggiorno è stato scoprire il giardiniere nel giardino venerdì mattina senza alcun preavviso. Questo evento ha causato una leggera sorpresa, ma non ha inficiato l'esperienza complessiva. Tuttavia, suggerirei che in futuro venga fornito un avviso preventivo per garantire la privacy dei clienti e per evitare qualsiasi inconveniente.

The studio was in a perfect location to visit Lugano. With all commodities and very clean. Access was easy, instructions were perfect and easy to follow. Very convenient and private, the studio is in a very calm area yet close to the city center and station by foot. Communication was easy, thank you for the memorable stay!

Appartement très bien localisé à 5 min à pied du lac et des transports en commun. Appartement bien agencé, fonctionnel et très propre ! La terrasse couverte est tres agréable ainsi que le jardin! Arrivée et départ très simples grace aux instructions fournies. Je recommande c’est appartement pour un super séjour!

Das Appartement ist klein aber fein. Sehr ruhige Lage mit einem wunderschönen Sitzplatz. Zu Fuss erreicht man das Stadtzentrum in ca. 10 Min. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: walkable location to center Lugano but have to consider a lot of stairs to get down to the boardwalk and lake, nice outdoor space, responsive host, garage is a big plus if you have a car Cons: very small space probably good for 2-3 people max as it is a studio and not 1 bedroom; no air conditioning (we were there in one of the hottest weeks of summer and it was tough); no wifi instructions when we got there, so I would suggest to ask for that in advance if you would like to get on wifi when you get to the apartment; only one garbage trash bag provided, while they ask you to take the garbage out of the apartment

L'appartement est bien situé. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables (sauf l'arrosage automatique qui fait beaucoup de bruit à 6:00 le matin). L'équipement est à renouveler... (vieux ventilateur, couteaux abîmés, pas de planche à découper. Les rideaux devraient être changés. La salle de bain semble belle au premier coup d'œil mais le tiroir du meuble est défectueux et le pommeau de douche fuit dans tous les sens. Impression mitigée au vu du prix.
