Ha anche interni arredati di recente con comfort moderni e molta luce naturale che conferiscono a questa casa vacanze a Stresa un'atmosfera totalmente rilassata e stimolante. Il soggiorno dell'appartamento è uno spazio ideale per la famiglia con accesso alla terrazza, ampi posti a sedere, una TV digitale a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente tutti, proprio come a casa. La cucina dell'appartamento è completamente attrezzata per garantire un soggiorno senza problemi e pasti spensierati in qualsiasi momento della giornata; a disposizione degli ospiti ci sono una lavastoviglie, una macchina da caffè Mokka, un forno a microonde e un frigorifero. Chi desidera esplorare la bellezza delle Isole Borromee si trova in una posizione invidiabile, poiché il traghetto per le isole è a 5 minuti a piedi. Per i golfisti, il Golf Club Alpino di Stresa è a 13 minuti di auto, mentre per gli amanti della natura, le splendide ville di Stresa come il Parco Villa Pallavicino sono vicine e facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Per una gita o un'escursione, gli ospiti possono facilmente raggiungere il Mottarone Adventure Park o il famoso Lago d'Orta in mezz'ora di auto. L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze. I bambini hanno apprezzato quanto noi gli spazi interni ed esterni, ma soprattutto l'estrema vicinanza al centro ed al lungo lago. Una volta messa la macchina in garage (utilissimo!), ci siamo sempre spostati a piedi. Tutte le più belle ed interessanti attrazioni sono a pochi minuti di distanza. La gestione è affidata ad un'agenzia che si premura di mandare tutte le info per il self check-in, ci sono due persone di riferimento che è possibile contattare: disponibilità e cordialità. Abbiamo trovato un bel regalo di benvenuto e detergenti essenziali per cucina e toeletta. Assolutamente soddisfatti.

Very good communication with the management team, short response times. A poorly functioning WiFi device was replaced very quickly. We found the apartment corresponding to the images and description. It was clean, even if not fresh renovated. Basic kitchen equipment was available including a microwave. Salt, sugar, oil, coffee, paper towels and dishwasher tabs were not indicated in the description and should be brought by yourself. Same for soap and shower gel. Air conditioning is in the living room only. The parking place is a very great advantage, otherwise it may be really difficult with parking places in high season. It's a garage box in the basement. For wider cars, maybe it makes sense to ask the host first, if it fits into the garage box. 5 minutes walk to the city center with restaurants and shops, as well as for the Carrefour supermarket and for the Stresa ship embarkment station. A laundry is 50 meters from the garage entrance. Many thanks to the entire management team!

The location of the apartment was amazing. Unfortunately however, it is very tired, and we had to ask for it to be recleaned after we arrived due to the amount of hair we found across the apartment. The apartment block has great character and we liked that it was ‘old school’ in design but the cleanliness and upkeep is less than we’d have expected. The electrics also couldn’t cope with multiple appliances being used at once and kept tripping (i.e you couldn’t use the oven and AC or oven and kettle at the same time) which is linked to the age of the property but worth noting. Loved the location and has good potential but needs TLC to get it back to its potential.

The appartement is in a good location, although street noise carries inside rather well. The place itself was a tad 'dingy', especially the bathroom. Balcony was nice, but needs a cleanup. The place has potential, but at the moment it doesn't fully live up to it.
