The apartment was well equipped with everything one needed for a five day stay. It was a great location about 15 minutes walk from Promenade de Anglais and the old town. It was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is the beds are not too comfortable

Dobrze wyposażony apartament, w przyjemnej okolicy. Miejsce w garażu to jak wygrana na loterii, ale należy wynajmować mały samochód. Bardzo dobry dojazd komunikacją do centrum, blisko tramwaj. Świetny kontakt, bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Polecam

Perfekte zentrale Lage nah an dem Tram (5 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Park tagsüber). Nah an dem Gare du Sud. Nur 2 Tramstationen zum Gare Thiers/ 10 Minuten mit dem Tram zum Place Masséna /Altstadt. Supermarkt Intermarché 3 Minuten zu Fuß und großer täglicher Markt am Place Libération (Charles De Gaulle), wo sich auch Cafés und Restaurants befinden. Das Haus: Neubau/ gut gesichert. Liegt an einer Kreuzung von belebten Straßen. Die Terrasse ist daher laut. Normal in der Stadt! Die Wohnung: Mit Licht durchflutet, modern eingerichtet, praktisch. Es gibt wirklich alles, was man braucht auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ein Plus ist die Garage: sehr selten zu finden im Zentrum der Stadt! zwar sehr klein aber unser Kompakt SUV hat reingepaßt. Checkin und checkout: obwohl wir niemanden persönlich getroffen haben, die Betreuung per whatsapp hat perfekt funktioniert. Bemerkung: Die Zugangsdaten zum WLan waren beide falsch angegeben.

Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque dovesse trovarsi in quella zona. Proprietari sempre disponibili, appartamento pulito e posizione strategica.

Great location in the center of Nice, near the market and main train station. The building is very secure and the big plus is to have private parking below the building. The building and the apartment are new, spacious, great balcony. Even if the traffic is loud, when you close the windows you do not hear it. In the kitchen was everything you need for cooking, we got exstra free coffe and a complimentary bottle of vine. We found this gesture very nice. The internet worked perfect. Very good communication with the host via whatsup. Somebody waited for us in front of the garage to hand over the keys. We are very grateful for that. When we left, we could leave the keys on the table. We will come again for sure.

Świetnie wyposażony apartament. Dobry aneks kuchenny. Funkcjonalna łazienka. Sypialnia bardzo wygodna. Duży taras. Blisko do przystanku tramwajowego. Rewelacja z garażem - mieć miejsce parkingowe w Nicei to problem.Właściciel udostępnia zamykany garaż na podziemnym parkingu.

Til vores brug var beliggenheden virkelig god. Vi kunne bruge det lokale marked til vore daglige indkøb. Det var nemt at komme til de offentlige transportmidler.

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la station de tram Libération, à environ 20 minutes de la Promenade pour ceux qui comme nous aiment bien marcher. Le garage est aussi très pratique si vous venez en voiture. La communication est excellente avec ceux qui gèrent l'appartement.

Location, very clean upon arrival. Terrace. Air conditioning.. Dishwasher; all positives. No instructions on how to use washer, nor any laundry detergent, nor a kitchen sink stopper. No non-perishable kitchen items available (I usually find some from previous guests and/or the owner like pepper, oils, spices, coffee, sugar, etc.) Very small quantity of toiletries for the period of time of my stay. Otherwise positive experience.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Wir haben sie auch bewusst ausgewählt, weil wir schon einmal dort waren.

Great location for my needs; near grocery store, pharmacy, tram. Walked to my classes. Very clean upon arrival. We liked the terrace. Disappointing: no dishwashing liquid, little soap & shampoo (for a 16 day stay as mine). Only 1 replacement trash bag; 1 small dish towel, no kitchen food items at all except salt. My usual experience with VRBO is that owners and/or previous guests leave some non-perishables for the next guests which I gladly replace; not so in this unit. No instructions provided for washer, no kitchen sink stopper. A bathroom light was burned out and never replaced upon request. If it weren’t for the fact that this unit was walkable distance to all the above with a free garage (I took out of town day/weekend trips for hikes), I would have stayed elsewhere.

Leider haben wir im Schlafzimmer an mehreren Stellen Schimmel gefunden. Überall hatte sich ein unangenehmer Geruch festgesetzt. Da wir uns während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht an einer oberflächlichen Reinigung einlassen wollten, informierten wir die Agentur nicht sofort, sondern deckten die verschiedenen Stellen selbst ab und wuschen die Vorhänge und Decken. Eines der Bettkissen und der Ofen waren sehr schmutzig. Generell liess die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung von guter Grösse, gut ausgestattet, komfortabel und zentral gelegen. Die Strasse vor dem Haus ist sehr stark befahren und der Balkon ist daher kaum nutzbar. Der Parkplatz ist nur für kleine Autos geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bei unserer Rückkehr bekamen wir eine Entschädigung, mit der wir nicht zufrieden waren. Wir sind es gewohnt, gute Bewertungen abzugeben. In diesem Fall können wir jedoch nicht über die Probleme hinwegsehen.

Nice practical apartment with a kitchen, amazingly powerful air conditioning (useful and needed in the summer months), washing machine and the basics for staying in the city. We didn't use the garage but apparently there is one :) in case you have a car. Communication with the owner was smooth and the person was very friendly. Picking up the keys was easy. Just remember you pick up the keys somewhere else (plan ahead). The location is fair, lots of businesses around, noisy but we don't mind it. But if you want to stay super close to the beach, it takes a fair 25 min of walking, which we.enjoyed and loved because we are friends of walking. But if you are not used to it, it might be annoying to take the tram or walk every day. We think it's nice to also enjoy the actual city, like a local. It has a very beautiful balcony. The view is nice, it's noisy but it's in the center of the city, so, to be expected.
