Il parco faunistico Sabbie d'Oro è a soli 5 minuti da qui e il tranquillo Lungalago di Ispra è a 7 minuti. Per rinfrescarsi nelle acque del lago, il Lido di Ispra è il posto giusto! Se invece volete cimentarvi nel golf, il Golf dei Laghi è a 12 minuti di auto da qui. Per gite di un giorno, la città di Stresa, con facili collegamenti per sciare sulle piste del Mottarone, è a 1 ora di auto da qui. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 40 minuti di auto.

La nostra famiglia composta da 7 adulti è stata ospite una settimana nella casa Il Parco. L'appartamento è molto grande, luminoso e areato. In generale l'arredamento è un po' troppo essenziale, non ci sono armadi nelle camere, non c'è una scopa, una paletta.... Nota positiva invece la presenza del microonde, del frigorifero grande, della lavastoviglie e della lavatrice molto utili quando si è in tanti. In cucina potrebbe essere utile un accendigas, qualche pentola e padelle per cucinare per 7/8 adulti, mentre molto attrezzata e abbondante la parte piatti, bicchieri, posate, tazze. Lo spazio esterno è molto grande e anche se condiviso con i padroni di casa, di fatto è stato a nostra completa disposizione. I padroni di casa, anche se non coinvolti nel rapporto direttamente, sono stati molto gentili, cordiali e amichevoli. Purtroppo non possiamo dire altrettanto del rapporto con il referente dell'agenzia che si occupa della gestione della casa. Ci siamo rivolti per un paio di inconvenienti riscontrati nei primi giorni, ma siamo stati trattati con un po' di sufficienza. Successivamente non abbiamo più chiesto nulla nonostante nel bagno ci sia la scatola del phon ma il phon non ci sia e uno sui 4 fuochi della cucina non funzioni. Peccato!

+ Будинок просторий, приємний від з вікон та балкону на озеро + Комунікація з агентом в цілому була оперативна. - по кухні є питання, газовою плитою незручно користуватися, змішувач погано функціонує. - - Акустика - дуже чутно один одного. - Запах чи то бензину з гаражу, переоблаштованого на спортивний зал, чи то газу, але , як на мене, він сильний на сходах та в частині апартаментів. - Гарячої води на всіх ( 8 людей) не вистачало. Електричний чайник та таблетки для посудомийної машини привезли в останню мить. На сайті в описі не вказано, що туалетний папір та миючий засіб розрахований на декілька днів, далі потрібно купляти, магазину поруч немає. Вказаний фен та гладильна дошка відсутні. Праску довелося шукати. Шаф для одягу немає в жодній з кімнат. - До озера йти хвилин 15, але берег не пристосований до купання, замулений. До пляжу потрібно їхати. Напевно, є відповідність ціни та якості. Але нюанси краще знати заздалегідь, до бронювання.

It is a good house for families with kids. There is a lot of space in the apartment and we enjoyed the garden with trampoline and barbecue. There are a few things that were not perfect: kitchen is old and not very functional, house is acoustic.

Logement correct mais plusieurs défauts auraient pu être corrigés pour améliorer le gîte (manque de vaisselle et notamment de petites cuillères, pas de balai ou aspirateur, machine à café à piston défectueuse, lampe de chevet inutilisable car pas de rallonge pour la brancher, etc...). A proximité du centre de Ispra mais voiture nécessaire.

Excellent suivi de votre part depuis la réservation. Réactivité excellente et très bonnes explications pour l'arrivée dans la résidence. Bien fourni au niveau vaisselle. Lits propres et très bon lit bébé. Propriétaires très agréables et sympathiques. Quartier calme.

Prachtige omgeving, veel te doen en te zien op korte afstand. Ook mooie plekjes om te zwemmen aan het meer op korte afstand. Waren met 4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Uitzicht vanaf balkon zoals op de foto. Sportfaciliteiten aanwezig maar niet gebruikt.
