All’interno, l’appartamento con 2 camere da letto è climatizzato, dotato di Wi-Fi e completamente attrezzato per gruppi di 6 persone. Il soggiorno è arredato con un divano letto matrimoniale e una cucina-sala da pranzo ben attrezzata. Una camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale, mentre la seconda è dotata di letti a castello o di 2 letti singoli. Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale che si trasforma in un posto letto per 2 persone. Un bagno in stile contemporaneo con vasca/doccia completa la disposizione di questo versatile rifugio. L’appartamento è facilmente raggiungibile con l’ascensore.

Posizione
L’appartamento è situato nell’edificio principale del Palazzo di Porto Letizia, a Porlezza, sulla sponda nord-orientale del Lago di Lugano. Il Palazzo dispone di una reception in loco con Wi-Fi, un’elegante caffetteria, il ristorante contemporaneo Osteria del Porto e altro ancora. Si prega di notare che il bar e il ristorante si trovano al piano terra. Il resort, adatto alle famiglie, dispone inoltre di un parco pubblico condiviso, accessibile agli animali domestici, con sentieri, una spiaggia comune con noleggio di SUP e attrezzature per sport acquatici, due aree giochi per bambini e una spiaggia con un ristorante con vista sul lago.
Grazie alla posizione centrale del resort lungo “Via Prati”, gli ospiti potranno raggiungere facilmente i servizi della città, i collegamenti in autobus e in traghetto e la strada principale del lago che porta a Porlezza e al suo centro storico (a 2-5 minuti a piedi). Ideale per una vacanza divertente e variegata sui laghi italo-svizzeri, il resort si trova a breve distanza in auto da Lugano, la capitale lacustre attiva tutto l’anno, e dalla pittoresca cittadina di Menaggio sul Lago di Como, con il famoso Menaggio Cadenabbia e il golf club (a 22-28 minuti di auto).
L’aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, situato a circa un’ora e mezza di auto dal complesso.
Purtroppo, in questa struttura non sono ammessi animali domestici.

We had a wonderful stay here! The check-in was super easy and quick — the key was already waiting for us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, right on the lake. Everything is within walking distance — the beach, cafés, shops, and restaurants. We loved being able to step outside and enjoy the lake right away. Truly the best spot in Porlezza, highly recommended!

Et professionelt udlejnings firma står for det praktiske. Men det fungerer perfekt. Lejligheden ligger på 3 sal, der er elevator, rigeligt plads og med den skønneste udsigt. Desværre for os regnede det voldsomt i alle tre dage så vi forlod stedet en dag før.

Die Wohnung bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Besonders nachts ist das Lichterspiel der umliegenden Dörfer magisch. Super für Familien: Nur 5 Minuten zum Strand. Spielplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auch eine Wanderung zum nahegelegenen Wasserfall lohnt sich. Dienstag und Sonntag fährt die Fähre über den See. Weniger angenehm war die Lautstärke der Bar und des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss, die bis 22 bzw. 23 Uhr geöffnet sind. Da die Klimaanlage anfangs nicht funktionierte, mussten wir bei großer Hitze mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Ein zusätzlicher Ventilator wurde uns auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wichtiger Hinweis für Familien: Unsere Kinder haben die Schiebetür ihres Zimmers (kein Außenfenster) von innen verriegelt und von außen zugeschoben. Die Tür ließ sich danach nicht mehr öffnen, ein Handwerker musste kommen. Das Kochen war schwieriger als zuhause, da alle Messer sehr stumpf waren. Trotzdem war es ein toller Urlaub!

Huzurlu bir bölge ve dairenin manzarası gerçekten çok güzeldi. Resepsiyonda mesai saatlerinde görevlilerin olması güzeldi. Tek kötü yorumum odada sabun olmamasıydı. Yoldan geldiğinizde ilk elinizi yüzünüzü yıkamak istersiniz ama sabun yoktu. Yanımızda olan duş jeli ile ilk gece idare etmek zorunda kaldık. Sabah istediğimizde temin edebildik. Hayatımda hiç bir seyahatimde yanımda sabun bulundurmadım, her yerde olur ve unutulma kabul edilebilir değil açıkçası…Aynı şekilde 4 kişi 3 gece için sadece 1 tuvalet kağıdı çok anlamsızdı. Elbette isteyince temin edildi ama neden istemek, buna vakit ayırmak zorunda olalım? Belki insanlar alıp gidiyor malzemeleri bu nedenle çok vermiyorlar. Sizler de onlara olumsuz yorum bırakın ama bu konuda dikkatli ve saygılı misafirler zarar görmemeli.

Our accommodations did not match the photos listed on the website. According to the photos it looks like a well kept resort, but in reality it is in need of maintenance. The pool was not open, it was filled with slimy water. Also, it was not quiet & peaceful; one night there was a party going until 12:00 am. Our kitchen was not supplied well, we had to go buy soap and rags just to do dishes. The good aspects of our accommodations were; the apartment was clean, we had a decent view of the lake, and there was plenty of parking.
