Questo luminoso e accogliente appartamento con una camera da letto è il luogo perfetto dove soggiornare a Riva del Garda. L'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale in città e offre una splendida vista sulle montagne. L'ampio balcone privato è l'ideale per godersi l'aria fresca e il sole, e c'è anche una zona pranzo all'aperto coperta dove assaporare una cena romantica o un drink in tutta tranquillità con la persona amata. All'interno, la zona giorno moderna ed elegante dispone di TV a schermo piatto, un grande divano e un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone. La cucina a vista, ben attrezzata, è dotata di forno, microonde, frigorifero, caffettiera moka e tostapane. Chi ama le vacanze attive troverà anche molte attività nelle vicinanze, con le acque balneabili del Lago di Garda presso la Spiaggia Sabbioni e la Spiaggia Pini, i pittoreschi sentieri escursionistici di Nago-Torbole, l'incredibile Parco Avventura Busatte-Tempesta e la pista ciclabile panoramica di Limone a una distanza comoda (5-20 minuti in auto). Nel frattempo, per lo shopping e le avventure gastronomiche in città, il centro di Riva è perfetto in quanto è un crocevia di negozi alla moda, eccellente cucina regionale e gelaterie! Diversi supermercati si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze, rendendo questa casa vacanze una comoda base per chi desidera cucinare in autonomia sul lago. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Valeria Catullo, a 70 minuti di auto da qui.

The big smile says it all! Spacious accomodation with private parking close to an attractive town centre. This appartment has it all. There are a few point of improvement though: * it was very hot and the appartment has no airco (= game-changer!) * the appartment has no wifi (Happy Services provided a solution, but internet access was still difficult at times because of bad connectivity, often only possible via mobile data) * when guests stay for a longer period of time (as we did, almost 3 weeks) 1 set of towels per person, two rolls of toilet paper and 1 set of clean sheets is not enough (= role of Happy Services) But all in all an experience we would like to repeat (another time of year: cooler and less people)

Outstanding location. Very close to city center. Equipped with everything you need , kitchen and tools, great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains . Private garage. A great apartment for either a couple of days or a lengthy stay! Very happy with the choice.

Nice apartment on the edge of the historical center. Close to multiple supermarkets and everything so you do not need to use the car which can stay in the private underground garage. The apartment is missing aircondition but I think you will not miss it. Apartment is very well equiped even for advanced cooking. The teracce is huge, with nice view of the mountains. Looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment is nicely decorated so you feel like at home. Really nice place for a couple or a couple with a toddler which was our case. The airbnb is managed by an agency with 24/7 hotline so they can take care of everything should something break. There is no washing machine, but a laundromat with long opening hours is available in Riva (10-15 minute walk). The wifi was problematic - no cable internet but a mobile internet device provided by the agency which was rather slow in the evenings. Our own mobile internet was much faster so it all depends on your own mobile internet plan.

Für uns war es die erste Buchung einer Wohnung und was soll ich sagen, SUPER. Die Lage und die Wohnung waren sehr gut. Keine 5 Minuten Fußweg um in die schöne und malerische Altstadt von Riva del Garda zu gelangen. Die Wohnung verfügte über eine Tiefgarage, in der wir unser Auto parken konnten. Der Check In und auch die Schlüsselabgabe beim Check Out waren problemlos. Bei Fragen wurde uns schnell und problemlos geholfen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

Keine 5 min vom Zentrum von Riva entfernt, ruhig gelegen. In der kleinen Wohnung fühlt man sich sehr wohl, die große Terrasse lädt zum träumen ein- mit Blick auf die Bastione und die kleine Kapelle am Berg.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top und das Handlung sowie Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter super. Leider war der Boden überhaupt nicht sauber, sodass man nicht ohne Schuhe laufen konnte. Gefrierschrank und Spülmaschine waren auch kaputt. Insgesamt viel zu teuer für das Geld. Die Lage reißt das jedoch wieder ein bisschen raus.
