The Nature and Lake was amazing. Reception staff was always smiley and really friendly. Apartment was nice by there were a few tvinges broken upon arrival. WIFI did work at and its router made a noice, that during each night, kept us awake for hours. The reception technician was there to fix it but could not and we were told, that the sound was nothing to be noticed. But it was very annoying during nights. Beautifull place but glose to noice from neighbours ar all hours.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist sehr groß und man hat einen tollen Blick in den Park und auf den See. Toll für Hundehalter. Ruhige Nebenstraße.

Woning was wat outdated. Afwasmachine die niet werkte, een ligstoel te weinig en 1 kapot. Wel aangegeven aan receptie en wordt dan gezegd dat ze er iets aan doen maar je hoort en ziet er vervolgens niets meer van. Beetje jammer maar kon de pret niet drukken. Verder prima verblijf.

Let me start by saying that we had a fantastic holiday and absolutely loved Porto Letizia and really hope to go back again and probably with some friends next time. The location is absolutely beautiful, the lake and mountain views were stunning and the way the light changed during the course of the day as well was wonderful. Your website is great but still doesn't do them justice - the views have to be seen to be believed. The Panama bar and Osteria restaurant were both good and it was brilliant to have them so close by. We also loved the village/town of Porlezza and its bars and shops and they were so close and easy to reach which was great. We did two trips recommended in the brochure - the one to Milan and the one to St Moritz and we loved them too - they were extremely good value for money, the guides were great and very well informed and if we come again we will do more such trips. We went to the tourist information office on our first day and they helped us to organise a boat trip to Lugano which we enjoyed very much, especially the funicular railway up to the top of Monte Bre - views were breathtaking. And we also booked through them a boat trip for the night of the 15th so we watched the firework display from the middle of the lake - very special. We also did our fair share of lying around doing nothing and it was a lovely place to do that as well. We don't have children with us anymore but enjoy a family atmosphere and it seemed to be very family centric although we doubted whether teenagers would be so happy there. Fine for us though! The reception staff were all extremely helpful and dealt with all our many queries with smiles and efficiency at all times. They were excellent. The shower in the apartment was fantastically powerful and very good, and the furniture on the terrace was first class, very comfortable. As were the beds which were exactly as I had booked - thank you. The kitchen equipment was generally very good and there was certainly plenty of it. Dishwasher was very efficient too. We hope to come back again one day!

Der Check in war top. Wir konnten schon um neun Uhr in die Wohnung, obwohl Check in erst ab 16 Uhr angegeben ist. Das war wohl Glück. Die Lage der Villa Iris ist sehr gut, im Gegensatz zu manch anderem Gebäude der Ferienanlage. Die Wohnung und ihr Inhalt ist allerdings renovierungsbedürftig und wackelig (Stühle und Tisch) oder funktioniert nicht (Staubsauger und Spülmaschine). Vom Eigentümer nebenan wissen wir aber, dass es demnächst wohl verbessert werden soll. Dann ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert.... Aber erst dann. Sonst Alternative Iris 4. Diese Wohnung durften wir besichtigen und waren begeistert.
