Situato a pochi passi dalla famosa Piazza Grande di Locarno, questo appartamento vacanze con una camera da letto è il punto di partenza perfetto per goderti tutto ciò che questa affascinante città ha da offrire. Dalla funicolare alla storica Madonna del Sasso, passando per la Falconeria di Locarno e il Lido di Locarno, tutte le attrazioni di questa città lacustre si trovano a pochi passi dall’appartamento.
Questo accogliente rifugio al quarto piano dispone di un balcone privato dove potrete rilassarvi mentre gustate i vostri pasti all’aria aperta. Inoltre, una zona pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata rendono il vostro soggiorno in autonomia davvero spensierato. Posizione
Questo confortevole e funzionale appartamento per le vacanze gode di una delle posizioni più invidiabili di Locarno, da cui potrete esplorare tutto a piedi. A pochi passi si trovano numerosi ristoranti, Piazza Grande con i suoi vivaci negozi, le terrazze all’aperto e le gelaterie, oltre ai supermercati. A soli 2 minuti a piedi si trovano anche il Lungalago di Locarno, con il suo lungolago ideale per romantiche passeggiate serali, il Lido di Locarno, la splendida Fontana Pedrazzini e la funicolare che porta all’iconica Madonna del Sasso.
Per i nostri ospiti più attivi, il campo da golf e la famosa Falconeria di Locarno sono raggiungibili in 15 minuti a piedi. Nel frattempo, per chi desidera godersi un picnic e rilassarsi nei pomeriggi estivi in riva al lago, i Giardini Jean Arp distano 10 minuti a piedi da qui. Anche gli appassionati d’arte troveranno pane per i loro denti, poiché un museo d’arte si trova all’incirca alla stessa distanza. L’aeroporto più vicino è quello di Milano Malpensa, a circa 1 ora e 45 minuti di auto da questa casa vacanze a Locarno.

Bonjour, J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et les informations très claires de Carlo. L'endroit est parfaitement situé et les autres locataires sont très agréables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait d'avoir du produit vaisselle, éponge, savon, shampooing en arrivant. Cependant, un peu de sel, poivre, d'huile et de vinaigre et un ouvre boîte seraient peut-être des petites choses qui rendraient service également. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté des draps et du lieu ainsi que les matelas qui sont au tops. Même le canapés lit est excellent. Une petite suggestion à propos du rideau de douche qui commençait vraiment à sentir l'humidité et qui était tout rose en bas, je le changerai ou le laverai. Mais ce sont de petits détails car notre séjour était fabuleux. Un grand merci pour tout. Très cordialement, Diane Michaud-Schmied

L'organisation, les informations et la gentillesse de Carlo étaient vraiment un plus. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du lac, de l'embarcadère, de la Migros. L'appartement était très propre et surtout le canapé lit qui est excellent, super matelas !! Les gens dans l'immeuble sont vraiment gentils et accueillants. Un grand merci pour tout.

Great location in Locarno. Very quiet area, just above the mini golf. Yet, in minutes you are by the lake, the Lido (outdoor/indoor swimming pool), downtown or at the Migros (grocery store). I highly recommend it. Comfortable and spacious. All you need for a great stay. Christian was very proactive and responsive for clear directions and instructions, which made it for a stress-free check-in experience.

Very well equipped, clean apartment with a beautiful view. An air conditioner would be really nice, because in the summer it's like a sauna in the apartment and unfortunately the fan can only help a little.

Die Wohnung wirkte wenig wohlig auf uns. Im Bad Schimmel, der für die Fotos extra wegretuschiert wurde. Um die Badewanne und insbesondere der Duschvorhang völlig schimmelig. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch mit Töpfen ausgestattet. Der Schrank im Flur, gleich an der Wohnungstür hat eine Rückwand, die sich gelöst hat. Gleiches Problem im Schlafzimmer. Dies war die erste Ferienwohnung, bei der der Fernseher und der WLan-Router mit Doppelklebeband festgeklebt war. Jedes Zimmer ein anderer Bodenbelag und - das wussten wir aber schon vorher - wirklich hässliche Fliesen in Bad und Küche.

Great location in Locarno. Very quiet area, just above the mini golf. Yet, in minutes you are by the lake, the Lido (outdoor/indoor swimming pool), downtown or at the Migros (grocery store). I highly recommend it. Comfortable and spacious. All you need for a great stay. Christian was very proactive and responsive for clear directions and instructions, which made it for a stress-free check-in experience.

Very well equipped, clean apartment with a beautiful view. An air conditioner would be really nice, because in the summer it's like a sauna in the apartment and unfortunately the fan can only help a little.

Die Wohnung wirkte wenig wohlig auf uns. Im Bad Schimmel, der für die Fotos extra wegretuschiert wurde. Um die Badewanne und insbesondere der Duschvorhang völlig schimmelig. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch mit Töpfen ausgestattet. Der Schrank im Flur, gleich an der Wohnungstür hat eine Rückwand, die sich gelöst hat. Gleiches Problem im Schlafzimmer. Dies war die erste Ferienwohnung, bei der der Fernseher und der WLan-Router mit Doppelklebeband festgeklebt war. Jedes Zimmer ein anderer Bodenbelag und - das wussten wir aber schon vorher - wirklich hässliche Fliesen in Bad und Küche.
