All'interno, questo spazioso ed elegante rifugio al terzo piano dispone di una moderna zona giorno, di una sala da pranzo interna e di una cucina completamente attrezzata, che promette una vacanza senza sforzi. A 25 minuti di cammino/5 minuti di auto si trovano anche il Lungolago di Locarno con il suo lungolago per romantiche passeggiate serali, il Casinò di Locarno, il Castello Visconteo e la splendida Fontana Pedrazzini. Per gli ospiti più attivi, il campo da golf e la famosa Falconeria di Locarno distano 15 minuti a piedi. Per chi invece desidera fare picnic e rilassarsi nei pomeriggi estivi in riva al lago, i Giardini Jean Arp sono a 10 minuti di auto. Aussicht wunderschön. Balkon sehr gross. Zwei Badezimmer sehr praktisch (etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Einstellplatz für Auto sehr gross und praktisch. Schwimmbad top. Kleiderschränke in Zimmer sehr geräumig. Betten sehr bequem. Küche top ausgestattet und neu. Schlüsselbox. Carlo war für Anliegen und Fragen stets erreichbar.

Appartement très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Majeur. Lieu très calme. Piscine très agréable. Pour nous les lits sont un peu durs. Grande place de parc dans le garage. Cuisine très bien équipée (lave vaisselle, machine Nespresso, petit congélateur, grille-pain, micro onde). Nous recommandons vivement ce bien. Très bonne communication avec Carlo qui parle français. Très réactif si besoin de qqch.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG; fantastische Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore, auf Locarno, auf Minusio, auf die Dorfer, die auf der anderen Seeseite liegen. TRAUMHAFT! In der Küche stehen ein Toaster, ein Wasserkocher, eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung; es gibt genug Geschirr und Besteck. Es gibt auch genug Kochutensilien. Ein Geschirrspühler steht zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine ein Stockwerk tiefer. Die Matratzen sind mittelhart, die Kissen i.O.

The place was used to be a luxury apartment which was renovated. It has a super amazing view, with modern kitchen, clean and nice bedrooms. The bathrooms were old though. The apartment is managed by Happy Rentals company, and you will get contacted with them.
