Un luminoso monolocale al terzo piano di un elegante residence situato in una tranquilla strada nel centro di Lugano, a soli 20 minuti a piedi dalle rive del Lago di Lugano. Questo complesso residenziale esclusivo e di lusso è il luogo ideale in cui soggiornare, sia che vi troviate a Lugano per lavoro o per una vacanza in città. I servizi comuni includono uno spazio di coworking, un bar e un ristorante al piano terra con tavoli all’aperto, una palestra e un deposito custodito. Il luminoso monolocale può ospitare 2 persone. Questo patrimonio è celebrato al MASI (Museo d’arte della Svizzera italiana) (20 minuti a piedi), che ospita regolarmente mostre d’arte contemporanea. La città ospita inoltre numerosi festival durante tutto l'anno, tra cui il festival “Luganomusica” ogni estate. Una gita di un giorno sul Lago di Lugano è d'obbligo, così come una passeggiata lungo il famoso lungolago di Lugano, con viste mozzafiato sul lago. Un altro luogo molto amato è Piazza della Riforma (20 minuti a piedi), il cuore della città. Si tratta di una splendida piazza fiancheggiata da ottimi ristoranti e caffè. Per chi preferisce cucinare da sé, in città ci sono molti ottimi negozi di alimentari, oltre al mercato contadino che si tiene il martedì e il venerdì in Via Carducci (20 minuti a piedi). Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini si trovano in Italia: Milano Malpensa a 1 ora e 5 minuti di auto, oppure Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 20 minuti di viaggio. Arrivate in treno? La stazione ferroviaria di Lugano dista 25 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Beautiful modern apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Only around 20 minutes walk from the city centre with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The free laundry room in the basement is fantastic and was well appreciated.

Ruhige Lage, sehr sinnvolle Ausstattung mit viel Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Service bei Fragen ist immer verfügbar und hilft. Die Funktion der Schlüsselapp war zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig, da ich in der Schweiz zuerst kein Internet hatte und die Zimmernummer in der App nicht gleich gefunden habe.

Had everything we needed and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Really good to have a kitchen as we are not used to Switzerland prices and preferred cooking most of our own meals.
