Un soleggiato monolocale al terzo piano di un'imponente residenza in una strada tranquilla del centro di Lugano, a soli 20 minuti a piedi dalle rive del Lago di Lugano. Questo complesso unico e lussuoso è il luogo ideale per soggiornare a Lugano per affari o per una vacanza in città. Le strutture comuni comprendono spazi di co-working, un bar e un ristorante al piano terra con posti a sedere all'aperto, una palestra e un deposito sicuro. Il luminoso monolocale può ospitare 2 persone. Lo spazioso soggiorno ha un'ampia finestra e una porta che conduce a un balcone privato coperto con un tavolo e due sedie in legno. L'elegante zona giorno, con pavimenti in pietra chiara, dispone di un divano contemporaneo, un tavolino e una Smart TV a schermo piatto. Per i vacanzieri, le opzioni sono infinite. Nel Canton Ticino, nella Svizzera italiana, Lugano unisce davvero il meglio delle due culture. Questo patrimonio viene celebrato al MASI (Museo d'Arte della Svizzera Italiana) (20 minuti a piedi) che ospita regolarmente mostre d'arte contemporanea. La città ospita anche molti festival durante l'anno, tra cui il festival "Luganomusica" ogni estate. Una gita di un giorno sul Lago di Lugano è d'obbligo, così come una passeggiata sul famoso lungolago di Lugano, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago. Un'altra delle mete preferite è Piazza della Riforma (20 minuti a piedi), il cuore della città. Si tratta di una bella piazza con ottimi ristoranti e caffè. Per gli amanti del self-catering, ci sono molti ottimi negozi di alimentari in città, oltre al mercato contadino del martedì e del venerdì in Via Carducci (20 minuti a piedi). Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 5 minuti di auto, o Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 20 minuti di viaggio. Arrivare in treno? La stazione ferroviaria di Lugano dista 25 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Beautiful modern apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean. Only around 20 minutes walk from the city centre with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The free laundry room in the basement is fantastic and was well appreciated.

Ruhige Lage, sehr sinnvolle Ausstattung mit viel Platz. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Service bei Fragen ist immer verfügbar und hilft. Die Funktion der Schlüsselapp war zuerst gewöhnungsbedürftig, da ich in der Schweiz zuerst kein Internet hatte und die Zimmernummer in der App nicht gleich gefunden habe.

Had everything we needed and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Really good to have a kitchen as we are not used to Switzerland prices and preferred cooking most of our own meals.
