Icon-H, un complesso di lusso, offre ampie strutture comuni, tra cui spazi di co-working, aree di ricevimento, un bar e un ristorante al piano terra con posti a sedere all'aperto, una palestra e un deposito sicuro. Il luminoso monolocale al 3° piano può ospitare comodamente 2 persone. Il soggiorno ha un'ampia porta a vetri che conduce a un balcone privato con un tavolo e due sedie in legno. All'interno, la zona giorno con pavimento in pietra è dotata di un divano contemporaneo, un tavolino, una Smart TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo con 2 posti a sedere. Questa combinazione di due culture viene celebrata al MASI (Museo d'Arte della Svizzera Italiana) (20 minuti a piedi). Il museo ospita regolarmente mostre d'arte contemporanea. La città ospita numerosi festival durante l'anno, tra cui il festival "Luganomusica" ogni estate. Un tipo di festival più attivo è la Ticino Mountain Running Cup, che organizza gare di corsa dalla primavera all'autunno inoltrato. Una gita di un giorno al Lago di Lugano è d'obbligo, ma se non avete tempo, una bella alternativa è una passeggiata sul famoso lungolago di Lugano, con una vista mozzafiato sul lago. Poi recatevi in Piazza della Riforma (23 minuti a piedi) e godetevi un aperitivo in uno dei tanti caffè e bar. Per i viaggiatori d'affari, l'appartamento si trova a soli 11 minuti a piedi dal Centro Esposizioni Lugano e a 18 minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano. Gli aeroporti internazionali più vicini sono in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 5 minuti di auto, o Milano Linate, a 1 ora e 20 minuti di viaggio. Arrivare in treno? La stazione ferroviaria di Lugano dista 25 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Gute Ausstattung und sauberes, modernes Appartment. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Lidl) in der Nähe, wenn man selbst kochen möchte und Busstation in 3 min erreichbar für Ausflüge ins Zentrum oder zum Hbf. Auch zu Fuss zum Luganer See in 15 min nicht zu weit vom Zentrum. Wenig Verkehr in der Straße und ruhige Lage.

Ergonomía and quality of the materials of the apartment are top. Price/value for now maybe is best in Lugano. Location and area not the best but central and exceed the expectations in teams of price of the stay. As very experienced tourist I could say that 8,4 that rating is not fare for this place. Might be at least 8,6-9,0.

Nice and accessible via an app, next to a large school, but they were a bit noisy. Close to the center, nice and clean, very honest, luxurious entrance and lobby. I took it for an apartment, but it turned out to be a studio with an open kitchen and a balcony.
