Icon-H è un complesso di lusso con notevoli servizi comuni, tra cui uno spazio di co-working, una reception, un bar e un ristorante al piano terra con posti a sedere all'aperto, un ampio giardino, una palestra e un deposito sicuro. L'appartamento monolocale può ospitare comodamente 2 persone. La zona giorno è dotata di un divano elegante e contemporaneo, un tavolino da caffè, una Smart TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da pranzo con 2 posti a sedere. Lugano ospita un'ampia varietà di musei, tra cui il Museo d'Arte della Svizzera Italiana (MASI) (20 minuti a piedi), uno dei centri culturali più visitati della Svizzera. Una gita di un giorno sul Lago di Lugano, navigando tra la Svizzera e l'Italia, è da non perdere, o se preferite rimanere sulla terraferma, una passeggiata sul lungolago nel Parco Ciani (15 minuti a piedi) e nella Città Vecchia è un modo rilassante per assorbire la bellezza dei dintorni. The choice of place was strategic and it was very good for me, the accommodations are perfect, and it met our needs perfectly, in addition to the laundry and gym. A nice modern and comfortable apartment in a quiet area which I appreciated at night. Feels and looks brand new. A bit outside of the city center but walkable for those who like to walk (like us). Also well connected with the city center by bus which stops nearby. Great communication with the host. I would stay there again.

Great accomdation and its easily walkable to the city centre and lake. Parking outside is free but limited spaces so you have to grab early in the day if you can. Check-in is a bit tedious with the app and phone and can be overly complicated, this could be better simplified in my opinion but its not a show stopper. The room itself is fully equipped with everything you need and very modern and clean.

I enjoy staying but I would sugeest at least provide the trash bin red plastic becasue I didn't I need to use the red one I just purchased the normal one. Also i would be grat if you can refill the coffee and toilet tissues. Thanks for you services

Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Stadt ist bequem per Fuss zu erreichen, es ist ruhig. Die Wohnung ist sauber gehalten, das Bett war bequem, die Küche funktional. Die Wohnung ist kreativ eingerichtet, mit einem Tisch, den man aus der Wand zieht, sowie ein Bett, das aus dem Wandschrack zu klappen ist (es ist erstaunlich bequem). Mal etwas anderes (dafür nimmt es von der Gemütlichkeit weg).
