Un moderno appartamento al 3° piano, nel cuore di Les Houches, perfetto per una famiglia o per chiunque sia alla ricerca di un rifugio alpino. Questo accogliente appartamento può ospitare 4 persone in tutta comodità. I pavimenti sono in legno e l'arredamento è ricco di fascino alpino. La zona giorno principale ha una grande finestra con una porta di vetro che conduce al balcone privato, con un tavolo e 4 sedie, dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e godersi la vista sulle montagne. Il soggiorno ha un divano, un camino coperto e una TV a schermo piatto. Nelle vicinanze si trova il tavolo da pranzo in legno che può ospitare 4 persone. L'angolo cottura, accanto al tavolo da pranzo, è ben attrezzato con piano cottura a induzione, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè nespresso, fonduta, raclette e frigorifero. Il Mont Blanc Express si ferma alla stazione di Les Houches, per un servizio ferroviario gratuito nella Valle di Chamonix, in modo che i visitatori possano facilmente esplorare il resto dell'area di Chamonix, fino al Monte Bianco. Il centro di Chamonix è a soli 12 minuti di auto. L'aeroporto di Ginevra dista 1 ora e 5 minuti di auto. A causa della topografia, dell'ubicazione e delle condizioni meteorologiche uniche della Valle del Monte Bianco, la connessione internet potrebbe essere inaffidabile.

Apartament jest położony przy głównej ulicy, bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego i dużego sklepu. Niedaleko jest też dworzec kolejowy. Dużym atutem jest prywatny parking. Kontakt z gospodarzem jest bardzo dobry, również instrukcje zakwaterowania były przesłane wcześniej i dokładnie opisane. Miłym akcentem była butelka wina na powitanie. Niestety po rozłożeniu łóżka w salonie z aneksem kuchennym jest bardzo mało miejsca. W kuchni jest sprzęt m. in. ekspres do kawy, toster, z którego nie da rady korzystać z powodu wtyczek nieprzystosowanych do gniazdek elektrycznych i braku przejściówek.

Un séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement de montagne dans le centre des Houches. Tout était prêt pour notre arrivée, l'appartement était propre et rangé. Le balcon donne sur la route du village mais offre également une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et le glacier. Seul petit bémol l'été, nous avons dormis les fenêtres ouvertes et la route (hors village) est assez bruyante. L'emplacement est idéal pour toutes randonnées, visite des villages alentour etc. Un supermarché est à deux pas de l'immeuble. Bref, je n'hésiterais pas à conseiller les appartements gérés par HappyRental et évidemment merci à Noemi pour le suivi de la location.

Nice small apartement, unfortunetely located in between 2 noisy roads. The beds are good and you can really shadow the bedroom at night. Not the main room with the sofa. According to the description. Except no wifi working and no flexibility about the check out. The check Inn instructions were sent to regular personnal Emails, not AirB&B and it falled to the spam.

Für 2 Personen ausreichend wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Ab 3 Personen wird es eng, Ferienwohnung kleiner als es auf den Foto's scheint. Dafür Balkon als Ausgleich grandios. Shuttlebus nach Chamonix direkt vor der Tür. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Achtung...Kommunikation über Email. Wir waren zuvor im Aostatal wandern, hatte die Mails nicht mitbekommen und nach Info's in der Airbnb App gesucht. Bekam dann nach Stunden auf Nachfrage in der App einen Infolink. Ab da hat alles prima geklappt. WLAN Anschluss in der Ecke unter dem TV Bildschirm gefunden...QR Code scannen. Alles in allem es war grandios im Chamonix Tal. Wir kommen wieder!

Ziemlich altes Apartment mit Mont Blanc Blick, aber direkt an der Dorfhauptstr. und 10m von einer Tankstelle. Schlafzimmer unweit der Autobahn. Man sollte Fenster und den Fensterladen schließen für weniger Lärm. Das Badezimmer könnte neue Fliesen und Verfugungen gebrauchen.
