È dotato di tutto ciò che serve per trascorrere un soggiorno spensierato: dai comfort moderni come la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e la Smart TV ai servizi essenziali come l'aria condizionata e una cucina completamente attrezzata. La zona giorno dell'appartamento è luminosa, con accesso diretto al balcone e un angolo cottura e pranzo con Smart TV. Un forno, un frigorifero, un tostapane e un microonde sono a vostra disposizione per preparare pasti veloci e fatti in casa senza alcun problema. Per soggiorni prolungati sono disponibili anche il cambio biancheria settimanale e il servizio di stiratura. I gruppi più numerosi che desiderano soggiornare in un unico luogo possono prenotare gli appartamenti simili ID 6343, 6378 6381, 6382, 6383 o 6384 nello stesso residence. Dormire Camera da letto 1: La spaziosa camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Extra: Nel soggiorno è presente un divano letto matrimoniale. Bagno Bagno 1: Il bagno moderno è dotato di doccia, lavabo e WC. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi gratuito - 6 lettini prendisole - Aree relax comuni all'aperto - A misura di bambino - Parcheggio pubblico gratuito (l'auto è indispensabile per il soggiorno) - Ferro da stiro - Aria condizionata - Smaltimento dei rifiuti - Rilevatore di fumo - Cassaforte di sicurezza - Piscina esterna in comune (non riscaldata) - Ascensore - Lavatrice Nota bene: ogni appartamento dispone di 3 unità di aria condizionata. Per ogni 7 ore di raffreddamento a 25°C si applica un costo aggiuntivo da 1,5 a 2 euro, utilizzando monete da 1 euro. Questo sistema ecologico aiuta a gestire l'uso dell'elettricità come parte delle normative di Malta e apprezziamo la vostra comprensione. Per i gruppi al di sotto dei 21 anni è previsto un deposito cauzionale di 500 € da versare in loco. Posizione L'appartamento gode di una posizione ben collegata da cui il mare, i servizi essenziali e i trasporti pubblici sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. A soli 15 minuti a piedi si trova la strada principale superiore con bar, negozi, ristoranti e la fermata dell'autobus per Ċirkewwa Quay, il punto di partenza delle barche per Gozo e Comino. L'appartamento si trova inoltre a soli 15 minuti dal Selmun Palace, dove è possibile fare escursioni ed esplorare le tombe puniche. Per godersi le acque del Mediterraneo, una piccola spiaggia di ciottoli si trova a 10 minuti a piedi, mentre la più grande spiaggia di Malta, Għadira Bay, è raggiungibile in 6 minuti di auto. Għadira è adatta anche alle famiglie con bambini piccoli e offre ombrelloni, lettini e altri servizi da spiaggia a noleggio. Il famoso Popeye Village di Malta si trova a 10 minuti di auto e offre un parco a tema e una posizione pittoresca unica, che lo rende perfetto per tutte le età. Per gli amanti della natura e del bird-watching, il Malta's Bird Park si trova nelle vicinanze. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino e la splendida capitale di Malta, La Valletta, sono entrambi a circa 35 minuti di auto dalla casa vacanze di Mellieħa. Schöne Unterkunft mit ruhiger Lage (lediglich die bauarbeiten direkt am nachbarhaus haben die ruhe gestört. Zum bus sind es 15min fußweg die man aber gut laufen konnte - zudem befinden sich direkt an der Bushaltestelle zwei Supermärkte. Auch der Strand ist nur 30min fußweg entfernt (haben jedoch am Ende bemerkt man kann diesen Weg auch mit dem Bus fahren). Ansonsten schöne Unterkunft mit super pool und guter Ausstattung.

This apartment was great place to use as a base for exploring Malta and Gozo. There is local shops a short walk away and it is also possible to walk to the beach in the cooler months. It’s near bus routes for when it’s hotter and there is easy parking if you choose a car. It has all the amenities necessary to be self catering and the pool is a great addition and very pleasant to hang out at if you want a day chilling at home. Host was very responsive and helpful and we had a great time exploring Malta and Gozo. Fabulous holiday. Thanks so much.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement était très agréable et tranquille. Petit bémol sur la qualité des matelas ! Nous avons eu une panne de courant et la réactivité de l'équipe de proximité a été excellente en 30 minutes c'était réglé. je recommande cette location mais je conseille d'avoir une voiture quand même car la plage est à une petite demi-heure à pied et le supermarché le plus proche à environ 20 minutes. Nous avons apprécié les cadeaux de bienvenue même si nous ne consommons pas d'alcool. Malte est une destination d'exception ! Nous reviendrons !

The apartment was in a lovely peaceful area. very easy to access there is a fantastic supermarket nearby where you can obtain everything you need. when we entered the apartment, it was very clean and there was water in the fridge. we have had a wonderful time and hope to book the larger apartment next year as we would like to bring the grandchildren

It was nice. This was the best offer among every other Airbnb in Malta in terms of price/quality. The owner was very nice to us. Thank you so much! There was no hairdryer in the apartments so you should concider that. The manager helped us with fixing problems in the apartments as well.

Tīri un pietiekami labi aprīkoti apartamenti, kuriem kā papildus ķirsītis ir peldbaseins, kurā baudīt vakaru. Savlaicīga informācija par gaisa kondicionieru izmantošanu tikai ar 1 eiro monētām bija noderīga, tā pasargāja no nepatīkama pārsteiguma ierodoties. Neskatoties uz to ka ārā bija karsti, virs 30 grādiem, par 5 dienām sanāca gaisa kondicionieriem ielādēt, vien nieka 7eiro.

Ho soggiornato per 5 notti all'interno dell'appartamento, purtroppo appena arrivati lo stesso non era stato pulito nella maniera adeguata. Ho trovato capelli e sporco per terra, inoltre le lenzuola sporche e anche sotto il letto molta polvere. L'host è stato molto disponibile nel risolvere il problema nella maniera più veloce e a recuperare l'errore. La posizione dell'alloggio è ottima per gli spostamenti nelle spiagge vicine anche grazie alla fermata dei bus nei pressi dell'appartamento.
