All'interno, l'appartamento al piano terra, attraverso molteplici porte, offre un facile accesso e la massima connessione con la tranquilla vista sulle montagne all'esterno. Il soggiorno è arredato con un televisore a schermo piatto, un tavolino, un divano e un tavolo da pranzo. Inoltre, gode di un accesso diretto al giardino e, grazie alle grandi finestre panoramiche, è illuminato naturalmente da un sole delizioso. Per rendere il vostro soggiorno assolutamente spensierato, l'appartamento dispone di una cucina in stile moderno con tutti i servizi, dalla lavastoviglie al microonde, dalla macchina per il caffè al frigorifero, a vostra disposizione. Il Mottolino Bike park è comodamente raggiungibile in auto, a soli 10 minuti dall'appartamento. Inoltre, gli ospiti possono facilmente godersi un'altra località sciistica, Fontane-Vetta, a 12 minuti di auto. Chi è alla ricerca di tranquille escursioni nella natura troverà i percorsi ciclabili e pedonali del Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio (a meno di 1 ora) perfetti per loro. Gli amanti dello shopping possono invece approfittare del duty-free di Livigno. Venite con i bambini? Le avventure sugli alberi del Larix Park sono a soli 3 minuti di auto. Oltre alle vacanze invernali, Livigno è anche un eccellente paradiso estivo con sport acquatici come il windsurf, il kayak e il SUP, e sport terrestri come il golf. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Bergamo, a circa 3,5 ore di auto da questo appartamento per vacanze a Livigno.

Ubytování je skvěle umístěné, bohužel není kde dát lyže a sušit lyžáky a oblečení. Topení dva dny nefungovalo, ale můžete si zapálit kamna , dřeva bylo dost😀 Ale jinak pochvala na vše ostatní, místo výborné, ale pozor, 4km od centra, velký , pěkný apartmán, vlek hned u apartmánu na léto super👍

Chalet Elisabeth was great. Cozy, great view, cute old gondola on the terrace, small beginners slope right behind the cabin. Buss station 1 minute away. Walkable distance to Carosello3000. Restaurants within 5 minutes walking, markets, laundry service. Big underground parking was a big plus. The only missing was an equipment room with driers. The appartment is designed for a family of four. Not for couples. There are two bathrooms but only one has a shower and is in the main bedroom. Great deal for the price. We definitely recommend it

Die Wohnung von Marco ist groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt zwei räumlich und akustisch gut getrennte Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Es könnten auch 5 Personen dort Urlaub machen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 30 m vom Haus entfernt und ein Skilift ist direkt hinter dem Haus. Einziger Nachteil, die Musik vom Skilift ist schon ab 8.30 Uhr zu hören. Perfekt ist auch die Garage im Erdgeschoss. Dort stehen die Auto sicher und frostfrei. Livigno ist an sich der perfekte Ort für einen Skiurlaub, aber auch im Sommer ein sehr schönes Urlaubsziel. Wir waren schon 7 x in Livigno und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

The apartment was clean and perfectly located right next to the piste – truly ski-in, ski-out! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathroom was great. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! A couple of small suggestions: some lights were missing their lamp hoods, and the kitchen, while nice, could use a few extra items like wine glasses, knifes, forks, additional pans. etc. A finishing touch here and there would make the apartment even better. Livigno is amazing, and we had a wonderful week!

Het appartement voldeed aan de beschrijving. Bij voldoende sneeuw is het mogelijk om van de voordeur naar de lift te skiën en weer terug. Het ontvangst was goed, en werden snel geholpen. In het appartement waren alle benodigd heden aanwezig en het is voorzien van een grote badkamer.

We had a good time and a ski lift is directly behind the house. The restaurant at Hotel Amerikan is really excellent - best Pizza we had in Livigno (also confirmed by some locals!) and you can use the spa and pool for 20€/day. Underground parking garage under the house is a plus. Kitchen is large, but needs some equipment fresh-up (bring your kitchen knife!). There is no ski cellar, but enough space in the garage. Our only real issue was the lack of wardrobe space for 4 adults, no heaters to dry wet ski clothes (thanks to heated floor ;-) and the fact that the bathroom is accessible only through one bedroom - so you need to coordinate your shower times. For a couple with kids this should be no issue at all.
