Grazie alla sua straordinaria posizione al quarto piano, l'appartamento con balcone offre un'ampia vista con cui rilassarsi dopo una giornata all'aperto. All'interno, l'appartamento con una camera da letto può ospitare facilmente fino a 4 persone e offre una cucina completamente attrezzata per preparare piatti perfetti da gustare durante la vostra vacanza. C'è anche uno spazioso e fluido soggiorno aperto con un grande divano, una TV, un tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone e grandi finestre che lasciano entrare molta luce naturale per creare un flusso estivo paradisiaco. La cucina è dotata di forno, frigorifero, tostapane e macchina Nespresso. L'ascensore e il parcheggio privato sono disponibili per la vostra comodità e convenienza. Dormire Camera da letto 1: La splendida camera da letto ha un grande e comodo letto matrimoniale e un armadio. Extra: Il divano letto nel soggiorno può ospitare comodamente fino a 2 persone. Ulteriori - Wi-Fi gratuito - Ascensore - 3 gradini esterni - Riscaldamento centrale - Asciugacapelli - Parcheggio privato Posizione Il quartiere dell'appartamento è situato in un ambiente tranquillo, lontano dalla folla e dal brusio della vita cosmopolita, ma abbastanza vicino per godersi tutta l'azione di Lugano in qualsiasi momento. La stazione della funicolare di Aldesago è a pochi passi da qui, rendendo l'appartamento una base perfetta per godersi l'estate più soleggiata del Ticino, il Monte Brè. Il centro storico di Lugano, il bellissimo Parco Ciani, le terrazze di Piazza della Riforma, il Trenino Turistico, il Casinò di Lugano e diverse discoteche per il divertimento notturno sono tutti a 15 minuti di auto dall'appartamento. Inoltre, Lido San Domenico e il sentiero degli ulivi che termina nel pittoresco villaggio di Gandria sono a circa 10 minuti da qui. Le famiglie con bambini possono recarsi a Melide (25 minuti di auto) e ammirare la splendida strada rialzata e l'emozionante SwissMiniatur con le esposizioni in miniatura delle migliori attrazioni della Svizzera! E se siete appassionati di letteratura, non perdetevi Montagnola, anch'essa a 25 minuti di auto e sede del museo dedicato allo scrittore premio Nobel Hermann Hesse. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Milano Bergamo, a circa 75 minuti di auto da questo alloggio a Lugano.

Schöne Wohnung nahe vom Zentrum. Lidl zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Ansonsten super 👍🏻🙂

Un buon appartamento in una zona comoda di Lugano. Vicino alla fermata del bus, bar, supermercati. Il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi, e d'estate il Lido è molto vicino.

Very clean apartment and well kept. We arrived early due to a error on my part not knowing when the check in time was and they allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated since we all had our luggage with us. The only thing needed would be a microwave would be nice and the shower door only had one glass panel and the other side is no panel which allows a little bit of water to go on the bathroom floor. I took a shower properly with the shower head facing way away from the open area but another glass panel there would be great. We had to use a towel and put in the floor so the water wouldn’t get too much even tho it never did. Otherwise every thing was great Thank you !!!!

Posizione ottima , con i mezzi si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti . A piedi 20 min per raggiungere zona casinò. Appartamento come in descrizione , pulito e comodo , ottimo per 4 persone . Unica pecca le pentole per cucinare .

Die Lage war gut, da wir alles zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super und sehr unkompliziert, wenn auch in Englisch.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer kleinen, aber schönen Wohnung mit Balkon. Ein bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer und auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind vorhanden. Lidl befindet sich 5 min. zu Fuss. Der See ist in 20 min. zu Fuss zu erreichen. oder in 10 min. mit dem Bus. Unter der Woche viel Verkehr bis ca. 23:00 Uhr und ab 6:00 Uhr. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Happy rentals ends up unhappy, I tried to upgrade what I booked because I need to work remotely. It’s was totally inflexible, event for un upgrade was not possible. I prefer to avoid Happy rentals.

Appartement is simpel maar voldeed. In de zomer kan het erg warm zijn. Er zijn ventilatoren aanwezig. Ruime badkamer, wifi en tv. Naar het centrum / boulevard is ongeveer 0,5 uur lopen. Treintje naar monte bre ook op loopafstand.

המחיר יחסית זול לעיר לוגאנו, המטבח גדול, המיטות בחדר שינה נוחות מאד. מעלית נוחה לדירה. יש מגבות ומצעים נקיים ומרפסת נחמדה וקטנה.

המחיר יחסית זול לעיר לוגאנו, המטבח גדול, המיטות בחדר שינה נוחות מאד. מעלית נוחה לדירה. יש מגבות ומצעים נקיים ומרפסת נחמדה וקטנה.
