Situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla splendida costa della riviera italiana, questo appartamento con una camera da letto per 4 persone a Sanremo è adatto per fughe veloci e tutto l'anno con i propri cari. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata, riscaldamento centralizzato e radiatori elettrici per offrire un soggiorno piacevole in qualsiasi periodo dell'anno. All'esterno, questo rifugio al piano terra è dotato di un'incantevole terrazza con vista sul mare, dove è possibile gustare i pasti nella mite aria mediterranea. Durante una di queste passeggiate o escursioni, potrete esplorare il Porto Antico, il Casinò di Sanremo, il Teatro Ariston, le affollate vie dello shopping, la Chiesa Russa Ortodossa, le ville in stile barocco e Belle Époque, i giardini e molte altre attrazioni. Un tempo villaggio di pescatori, Sanremo si è trasformata in una vera e propria destinazione che offre una varietà di esperienze. A 10-15 minuti di auto si trovano anche luoghi turistici straordinari come il Giardino Esotico Pallanca e Villa Ormond. La città è nota anche per il suo cibo delizioso, il vino e la frutta, gli eventi come il festival della musica e la pista ciclabile che parte da Milano. Per le escursioni giornaliere, gli ospiti possono prendere in considerazione diverse destinazioni della Riviera italiana e francese come Nizza, Antibes, Grasse e Cannes. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è quello di Nizza, situato a circa 50 minuti di auto dall'appartamento per vacanze a Sanremo.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Un appartement confortable et joliment agencé, l'environnement fleuri et tranquille dans une résidence privée avec parking privé est appréciable. Le cadre est agréable avec commerces à proximité et vue sur la mer, nous avons accédé à la plage en marchant, mais pour une personne âgée ou une famille avec de petits enfants il vaut mieux s'y rendre en voiture à cause du dénivelé, ce n'est pas grave car il y a un parking avec des places disponibles constamment. L'appartement est également situé à 5-10 minutes (en voiture et selon la circulation) du centre ville et de ses nombreux parkings. L'équipe Happy Rentals est facilement joignable, amicale et serviable, et les interactions se font en toute simplicité et discrétion.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung und haben sie in dieser Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen. Sie ist für ein Paar wirklich hinreichend groß (wahrscheinlich auch für 3 oder 4 Personen) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man ist zu Fuß in etwa 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt, was wir täglich bewältigt haben. Für uns war das Highlight die beiden Balkone mit seitlichem Meerblick, auf denen wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und abends die Abendsonne genossen haben. Sanremo ist auf jeden Fall immer eine Reise wert. Wir würden das Appartement auch wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung war geräumig und sauber. Der Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Vorab erhält man ein Video mit der Anleitung. Dieses ist zwingend notwendig vorher anzuschauen, da vor Ort nur schlechter Handy-Empfang ist. Da wir nicht alles auf dem Video genau erkennen konnten, haben wir per Whatsapp nachgefragt und sofort Hilfe erhalten. Falls man die zusätzliche Betten und das Bettzeug sucht, die sind in den Schränken versteckt :). Zu Fuss ist man in ca. 12 Minuten am Strand. Der Weg ist eher steil. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es auch in der Nähe. Einziger Nachteil ist die Wohnung unterhalb der Ferienwohnung. Dort hat es mehrere Hunde welche in einem völlig verdreckten Garten leben und viel Bellen. Da die Hunde dort auch ihr "Geschäft" erledigen, stinkt es oft sehr stark bis zum Balkon hoch. Alles in allem aber ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

This is very spacious studio and it was incredibly clean. The AC got ice cold and we were able to sleep well here and use it as a base to explorer the Ligurian Coast. The apartment is a bit outside of Sanremo and on a hill, so walking anywhere is pretty tough. We had to always take the car to get anywhere. I would not recommend booking this without a car. Also it was pretty loud there with dogs barking at all times and the apartment underneath had a very nasty yard full of dog feces and smell was bothering us when sitting on the balcony. Overall this is a good base to explore the region, but car is a must.
