Il centro storico di Lugano, il Museo di Storia Naturale, la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, le terrazze di Piazza della Riforma, il Casinò di Lugano e diverse discoteche per gli amanti delle feste sono tutti raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti. Per visitare la natura e il verde, sono vicini anche il Monte San Salvatore e il Monte Bre, magnifiche cime ideali per gli escursionisti e gli appassionati di ciclismo (Lugano ha 300 km di rete ciclabile capillare, la più grande della Svizzera). Per visitare le altre località della Baia di Lugano, il treno FFS è il mezzo ideale per collegare Paradiso, Agno, Melide e altre località (tutte facilmente raggiungibili in 20-30 minuti di auto). L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino è Milano Bergamo, a circa 75 minuti di auto da questo soggiorno a Lugano.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is great, there’s a grocery store nearby, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the lake, Lido, and the city park. There are several playgrounds close by too, and the best gelato in town is just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed for a full month and felt very comfortable. We’re a family of four with two small kids, and it worked perfectly for us. The building is quiet and safe, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Our contact person, Naomi, was kind and very accommodating. We shared a few suggestions for improvement and hope they’ll be helpful for future guests.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut betreut.Mit der Schlüsselabholung bzw Zurückgabe hat alkes bestens funktioniert! Das Appartment war,bis auf Zigarettenkippen und Müllsackerl im Blumentrig auf dem Balkon supersauber!

Appartement très bien placé à 10 minutes du centre ou du lac. Des bus passent régulièrement aussi. La meilleure gelateria de toute la ville est à 30 mètres et un très bon restaurant dans la même rue. C’est un quartier vivant avec tout ce qu’il faut, il n’est pas nécessaire de rejoindre toujours l’hypercentre. L’appartement est d’époque mais est très propre, les lits confortables. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Merci pour le séjour à Happy rentals très disponibles.

Große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Man hat diverse Attraktionen, z.B. Monte Bre Funiculare, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung besitzt einen großen gemütlichen Balkon. Es können gut 4 Personen in der Unterkunft sein, 2 in einem Schlafzimmer und 2 im Wohnzimmer, welcher ein gemütliches Schlafsofa hat.

the apartment is located in a great area, close to Parco Ciani and the lake, walkable distance to the city and a 10 minute bus ride to the station. Although we find it was great value for what we paid, a good apartment, good location, we thought some details in the apartment should be considered. Pick up and drop off the keys at the office 7 minute walk from the apartment, being a family with small kids we found this inconvenient. Someone should come to the apartment.The bathroom is ok, bathtub and shower but NO curtain so the bathroom ends up flooded after a shower. There is no detergent, and soap to wash the clothes in the washing machine, no salt or oil in the kitchen (these small things are big costs when you consider buying a whole bottle for 5 days and we really appreciate it when we get to an airbnb apartment that provides these basic supplies). The office personal were really nice and responded to our questions and requests efficiently. We enjoyed our stay. Family of 4.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man vorallem zu Fuss in die Badi will oder sonst in die Stadt. Nebenan ist eine Tankstelle und ein Coop um einzukaufen. Beste Gelateria gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz vorhanden. Küche ist soweit ausgerüstet, dass man selber was kochen kann. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ist vorhanden :o)

l'appartement était très bien situé, proche de la ville, d'un magasin Coop et Migrolino et proche du lac. Il y a une délicieuse gelateria au coin de la rue ! Il dispose d'une place de parc. Jolies décos, chambre confortable. Nous avons apprécié de trouver une bouteille de prosecco en guise de bienvenue ! Les linges, produits à douche, savon, produits à vaisselle sont fournis.

I think there are Agency, when we chat on wtsapp, sometimes I can’t get the reply. I use the washing machine on the -1 floor, it is only DE/IT language. I call help, They found a guy on the second afternoon but he didn't know how to operate and didn't let me know when he would arrive. Finally I need to go other places to do it. However they have to help and drive me to go other place to dry my clothes, but when we chat to solve the problem, their attitude not good, let me feel bad on the whole day. I am not really recommend to rent the house with Agency again.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is great, there’s a grocery store nearby, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the lake, Lido, and the city park. There are several playgrounds close by too, and the best gelato in town is just around the corner. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed for a full month and felt very comfortable. We’re a family of four with two small kids, and it worked perfectly for us. The building is quiet and safe, and the balcony was a lovely bonus. Our contact person, Naomi, was kind and very accommodating. We shared a few suggestions for improvement and hope they’ll be helpful for future guests.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut betreut.Mit der Schlüsselabholung bzw Zurückgabe hat alkes bestens funktioniert! Das Appartment war,bis auf Zigarettenkippen und Müllsackerl im Blumentrig auf dem Balkon supersauber!

l'appartement est confortable, joliment décoré et est proche de la ville et du lac. il y a une délicieuse gélateria au coin de la rue. Des arrêts de bus tout proche. Place de parc et ascenseur.

Appartement très bien placé à 10 minutes du centre ou du lac. Des bus passent régulièrement aussi. La meilleure gelateria de toute la ville est à 30 mètres et un très bon restaurant dans la même rue. C’est un quartier vivant avec tout ce qu’il faut, il n’est pas nécessaire de rejoindre toujours l’hypercentre. L’appartement est d’époque mais est très propre, les lits confortables. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Merci pour le séjour à Happy rentals très disponibles.

Große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Man hat diverse Attraktionen, z.B. Monte Bre Funiculare, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung besitzt einen großen gemütlichen Balkon. Es können gut 4 Personen in der Unterkunft sein, 2 in einem Schlafzimmer und 2 im Wohnzimmer, welcher ein gemütliches Schlafsofa hat.

the apartment is located in a great area, close to Parco Ciani and the lake, walkable distance to the city and a 10 minute bus ride to the station. Although we find it was great value for what we paid, a good apartment, good location, we thought some details in the apartment should be considered. Pick up and drop off the keys at the office 7 minute walk from the apartment, being a family with small kids we found this inconvenient. Someone should come to the apartment.The bathroom is ok, bathtub and shower but NO curtain so the bathroom ends up flooded after a shower. There is no detergent, and soap to wash the clothes in the washing machine, no salt or oil in the kitchen (these small things are big costs when you consider buying a whole bottle for 5 days and we really appreciate it when we get to an airbnb apartment that provides these basic supplies). The office personal were really nice and responded to our questions and requests efficiently. We enjoyed our stay. Family of 4.

Ottima posizione dell'appartamento e disponibilità di parcheggio che a Lugano è molto importante, Condizione generale dell'appartamento buona. Sotto c'è la gelateria migliore di Lugano e di fronte c'è una Coop molto rifornita.

Die Lage ist super, wenn man vorallem zu Fuss in die Badi will oder sonst in die Stadt. Nebenan ist eine Tankstelle und ein Coop um einzukaufen. Beste Gelateria gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz vorhanden. Küche ist soweit ausgerüstet, dass man selber was kochen kann. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ist vorhanden :o)

l'appartement était très bien situé, proche de la ville, d'un magasin Coop et Migrolino et proche du lac. Il y a une délicieuse gelateria au coin de la rue ! Il dispose d'une place de parc. Jolies décos, chambre confortable. Nous avons apprécié de trouver une bouteille de prosecco en guise de bienvenue ! Les linges, produits à douche, savon, produits à vaisselle sont fournis.

I think there are Agency, when we chat on wtsapp, sometimes I can’t get the reply. I use the washing machine on the -1 floor, it is only DE/IT language. I call help, They found a guy on the second afternoon but he didn't know how to operate and didn't let me know when he would arrive. Finally I need to go other places to do it. However they have to help and drive me to go other place to dry my clothes, but when we chat to solve the problem, their attitude not good, let me feel bad on the whole day. I am not really recommend to rent the house with Agency again.
