Perfetta per esplorare le famose tre città di Malta e la spiaggia sabbiosa di Rinella Bay, a soli cinque minuti a piedi. Questa casa a schiera con tre camere da letto conquisterà gli ospiti che amano esplorare a piedi. Le città storiche, i servizi essenziali e il pittoresco porto, da cui è possibile prendere il traghetto per La Valletta, sono raggiungibili in 10-15 minuti a piedi. In loco, questo rifugio soleggiato su due livelli offre lo spazio perfetto per rilassarsi. Ci sono due terrazze sul tetto, una zona pranzo all'aperto nel cortile e un barbecue. All'interno, la casa a schiera è arredata in stile moderno con un elegante soggiorno dotato di Smart TV, un grande divano a L e una poltrona. C'è anche un lettore DVD con un'ampia selezione di DVD e CD tra cui scegliere, oltre a numerosi libri e giochi per il vostro intrattenimento. L'ampia e luminosa zona cucina/pranzo con accesso al cortile dispone di un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone ed è perfetta per fare colazione, pranzare e cenare in completa privacy. Tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali come lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e frigorifero-congelatore sono installati per un soggiorno assolutamente spensierato. Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto, ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale. Dalla lavanderia al secondo piano si accede alle due terrazze sul tetto arredate con sedie a sdraio. Gli ospiti più piccoli troveranno anche una serie di giocattoli per tenersi occupati. La casa a schiera si trova a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia sabbiosa di Rinella Bay e dal meraviglioso Esplora Interactive Science Centre. Il lungomare offre numerosi bar, ristoranti e negozi per una vacanza senza pensieri. Potete anche recarvi al porto di Birgu, a 15 minuti a piedi da qui, dove troverete numerosi bar e ristoranti. Il clima tipicamente mediterraneo di Malta è soleggiato, con una media giornaliera di cinque-sei ore di sole in pieno inverno e 12 ore in estate. I suoi inverni straordinariamente miti e i cieli blu penetranti lo rendono ideale per lunghe passeggiate nella rigogliosa campagna. Potrete godervi alcune delle acque più limpide del Mediterraneo, escursioni a piedi/trekking, sport terrestri e acquatici e festival maltesi. L'aeroporto internazionale di Malta è a circa venti minuti di auto o taxi. La fermata dell'autobus Rinella è a soli cinque minuti a piedi da qui, con un servizio frequente per La Valletta e altre città lungo il percorso.

Great stay! Holidays for six people (6 boys between 24-29) in this house is the most comfort thing you can imagine! The owners wrote back so fast all the time and also let us stay in the house for another 8 more hours just because our flight was in the evening and they didn’t charge us anything for it. So overall it was one of the best airbnb experiences me and my friends ever had! Would love to come back soon! :)

le séjour passé chez mickael etais super, la maison est gigantesque et très jolie, il y a quelque jeux a disposition : carte puzzle jeu de société, tout étais parfait. une équipe de ménage est arrivé a la fin du séjour pour nettoyé le reste. je recommande pour famille et amis.

The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos and is really well equipped. There are 2 great roof terraces and a shady patio. It really is a fabulous house and will sleep 6 comfortably in 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need except for a decent kitchen knife and there are little extra touches such as small boxes of toiletries. There are lots of books and DVDs. However, it's difficult to watch the TV as you can't get a decent level of sound unless you watch YouTube or a DVD. Once the renovations on the waterfront are complete, it will be a really nice place to go in the evening. There must a bus stop round the corner and it only takes about 25 minutes to get to Valetta. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property, it really is fabulous and the property managers are extremely helpful.

La maison est spacieuse avec 3 belles terrasses.Acceuil agréable avec de l'eau fraîche et une bouteille de vin. Des savons et le linge de lit et de salle de bain agréable.La localisation était agréable , dans un quartier résidentiel avec une supérette au bout de la rue. L'accès au ferry pour rejoindre la Valette était à 18 mn a pied.Les salles de bain sont grandes.Le debit d'eau est limité.Nous avons eu un séjour avec des températures élevées donc la maison était difficile à rafraichir.Les rideaux sont à réparer pour avoir plus d'obscurité Mais ce sont des détails car notre séjour était très agréable

I enjoyed staying here very much. The house itself is beautiful, and its location ideal. Situated in walking distance South of this home, is St Joseph Church, as well as a local bakery, restaurants, a park, and the bay from which one can enjoy a picturesque view of Valletta from across the water. Not too much further away is the Malta at War Museum, Inquisitor's Palace, and many more wonderful places to visit. To the North one can walk to Rinella Bay for a refreshing swim. Keep walking to the North of Rinella Bay and you can stare out across the Mediterranean Sea. At night the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, a good place to rest up for a new day. If I was ever able to return to Malta, I would want to stay here again.

Very spacious house with plenty of room for 6 people, fully equiped kitchen and bathrooms with all the needed appliances. Having 3 different patios with a grill ment that we could enjoy the evenings outside. Very good localistaion in an old part of Kalkara, 5 minutes to the bus stop that leads directly to valleta, or 15min walk to the ferry. Shops and restaurants near by. The only thing that could be improved is a lack of air-conditioning which would be a god scent when it's 30°C at night in the middle of summer.
