Situato nella Dimorra dell'Antico Porto, proprio sullo scintillante Lago Maggiore, questo appartamento con una camera da letto è il luogo perfetto per la vostra vacanza in città! L'appartamento al piano terra si affaccia direttamente sulla piazza più antica di Arona, la Piazza del Popolo, che si apre sul porto del XIV secolo adiacente alla residenza. Un tempo vivace porto, oggi è un luogo piacevole per una passeggiata serale. Dall'altra parte della piazza gli ospiti potranno ammirare l'incantevole chiesa del XVI secolo. È la posizione ideale. L'appartamento per 4 persone al piano terra ha accesso a una terrazza con una splendida vista sul lago e sulla Rocca di Angera. Dotata di sedie a sdraio e di una graziosa zona pranzo esterna, è il luogo perfetto per un pasto all'aperto o un aperitivo serale o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Entrando, gli ospiti troveranno un luminoso e arioso open space, la zona giorno è arredata con un grande e comodo divano, una TV ad alta definizione con collegamento satellitare e un elegante tavolo da pranzo con sedie. La cucina completamente attrezzata è dotata di piano cottura, forno a microonde e frigorifero con congelatore, tutto ciò che serve per intrattenersi o per un pasto al volo. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzato, che lo rendono una residenza perfetta per tutto l'anno. È disponibile anche il WIFI. L'appartamento è situato in posizione centrale nella Piazza e i bar e i ristoranti locali sono a pochi passi. Situato in Piazza Popolo, l'appartamento si trova a pochi passi da meravigliosi bistrot, bar e ristoranti e potrete gustare influenze culinarie provenienti da Francia, Svizzera e Italia, naturalmente adatte a tutte le tasche. Un sentiero collinare conduce da Piazza del Popolo alla casa della statua che domina Arona`. Immerso tra giardini e cappelle, il Sacro Monte di San Carlo era un tempo il più alto del mondo. Prendete il traghetto e visitate le piccole isole dell'Isola Bella e il Palazzo Borromeo, l'imponente palazzo del XVII secolo, con i suoi famosi giardini. L'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa è il più vicino all'Appartamento, con collegamenti con tutte le principali città europee. L'aeroporto dista circa 30 km ed è raggiungibile in 40 minuti di auto.

Il nostro soggiorno é stato meraviglioso. Super consigliata la suite a piano terra, con lo scorcio sul lago, pulita e luminosa. La posizione é comodissima perché facile spostarsi a piedi.

L'appartamento "Il volo dei gabbiani" è molto accogliente e spazioso, ha una grande terrazza con vista lago (e con il Castello di Angera all'orizzonte) a dir poco meravigliosa! Inoltre ha un ampio spazio accogliente nella parte esterna che si affaccia direttamente sulla Piazza storica e centrale di Arona ricca di locali e ristoranti arredata con divanetto e poltroncine ad uso esclusivo. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia e l'ordine dell'appartamento, tutto impeccabile. e la bottiglia di prosecco come cadeaux di benvenuto è sempre molto apprezzata! Il personale è molto disponibile nel fornire qualsiasi informazione e pronto a soddisfare eventuali richieste/esigenze che dovessero insorgere. Grazie Evita Grazie Francesca :-)

Zentrale Lage. Für uns bezaubernd, eingerichtet Räumlichkeiten und von der Architektur bestehende sehr stilvolle Unterkunft. Unbezahlbaren Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir haben jegliche Einzelheit genossen. Es wurde ein Theaterstück am See geprobt. Wir waren mittendrin. Fantastisch.

Der Buchungsprozess verlief sehr unkompliziert und persönlich, bei Ankunft konnten wir direkt das Appartement beziehen und das Auto kostenlos in der Nähe parken. Ein Mitarbeiter war stets erreichbar und sehr nett. Das Appartement besticht insbesondere durch die Lage und Architektur: das historische Ambiente des Hafengebäudes und die Großzügigkeit der gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend, die Terrasse zur Piazza und der Balkon über dem See ein Traum. Hunde dürfen ohne Aufpreis mitkommen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione centralissima, infatti l'appartamento si affaccia da un lato sulla piazza nella zona storica centrale ricca di locali e ristoranti, proprio nel cuore della vita pulsante e turistica di Arona, ma allo stesso tempo vi è una splendida terrazza che si affaccia sul lago con una magnifica vista sul Castello di Angera. L'appartamento è perfetto: tranquillo, corfortevole e molto pulito. Procedura di check in molto rapida ed efficiente e molto gradito il Gift di benvenuto :-) Host molto disponibile e gentile Ritornerò sicuramente

We have visited this Aparthotel for the past two years and it is by far the best place to stay in Arona. Although it is fairly pricy compared to other places, it is worth the money. This year we tried a different apartment and it was a fabulous size with a beautiful balcony. The birds didn’t bother us at all and the views were spectacular. Sadly the people above us kept us awake during the night but I think we were just a little unlucky as this didn’t happen when we stayed before. The shelf in the fridge was broken and stuck together with sellotape, so you couldn’t store much, but the rest of the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Arona is a fabulous place and this accommodation will make your stay an experience to remember.

Appartement close to the lake, large room and the balcony on both sides (lake & city), very central and well organized regarding parking on public parking area. Also the preparation of utilities for our dog! The arrival information was well prepared and Evita's pre-information about next steps to do.

Zentrale Lage. Für uns bezaubernd, eingerichtet Räumlichkeiten und von der Architektur bestehende sehr stilvolle Unterkunft. Unbezahlbaren Ausblick vom Balkon. Wir haben jegliche Einzelheit genossen. Es wurde ein Theaterstück am See geprobt. Wir waren mittendrin. Fantastisch.

Der Buchungsprozess verlief sehr unkompliziert und persönlich, bei Ankunft konnten wir direkt das Appartement beziehen und das Auto kostenlos in der Nähe parken. Ein Mitarbeiter war stets erreichbar und sehr nett. Das Appartement besticht insbesondere durch die Lage und Architektur: das historische Ambiente des Hafengebäudes und die Großzügigkeit der gemütlich eingerichteten Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend, die Terrasse zur Piazza und der Balkon über dem See ein Traum. Hunde dürfen ohne Aufpreis mitkommen. Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt!

Wonderful location. Right on top of the lake on one side of the apartment, and a patio on the other side in the middle of the square. Great place to stay.

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione centralissima, infatti l'appartamento si affaccia da un lato sulla piazza nella zona storica centrale ricca di locali e ristoranti, proprio nel cuore della vita pulsante e turistica di Arona, ma allo stesso tempo vi è una splendida terrazza che si affaccia sul lago con una magnifica vista sul Castello di Angera. L'appartamento è perfetto: tranquillo, corfortevole e molto pulito. Procedura di check in molto rapida ed efficiente e molto gradito il Gift di benvenuto :-) Host molto disponibile e gentile Ritornerò sicuramente

We have visited this Aparthotel for the past two years and it is by far the best place to stay in Arona. Although it is fairly pricy compared to other places, it is worth the money. This year we tried a different apartment and it was a fabulous size with a beautiful balcony. The birds didn’t bother us at all and the views were spectacular. Sadly the people above us kept us awake during the night but I think we were just a little unlucky as this didn’t happen when we stayed before. The shelf in the fridge was broken and stuck together with sellotape, so you couldn’t store much, but the rest of the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Arona is a fabulous place and this accommodation will make your stay an experience to remember.

Appartement close to the lake, large room and the balcony on both sides (lake & city), very central and well organized regarding parking on public parking area. Also the preparation of utilities for our dog! The arrival information was well prepared and Evita's pre-information about next steps to do.
