Questo appartamento al 1° piano si trova proprio nel cuore dell'azione, nel centro di Argentière, in un elegante residence indipendente, in fondo alle piste da sci, a soli 90 m dall'impianto di risalita. È la base perfetta per una vacanza ricca di attività durante tutto l'anno. L'appartamento contemporaneo è pieno di luce, grazie a una parete di finestre nel soggiorno e a una porta di vetro che dà sul balcone privato con vista sulla valle e sulle montagne circostanti. È stato arredato con cura per 4 ospiti. Il soggiorno dispone di un comodo divano, un tavolo da pranzo in legno per 4 persone e una TV a schermo piatto. La cucina a pianta aperta è separata da un bancone in legno. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano cottura, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e macchina del caffè. Posti letto Camera da letto: La camera da letto, appena fuori dal soggiorno, ha un accogliente letto a castello e un armadio. Extra: Il divano del soggiorno si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale. Il bagno Bagno piastrellato con vasca da bagno completa di soffione, lavabo e WC. Accessori - No wifi - Balcone - Giardino in comune - Radiatori elettrici - Riscaldamento centrale - TV a schermo piatto - Deposito sci - Vicino allo sci, ski in e ski out - Parcheggio pubblico gratuito ma l'auto non è necessaria - Adatto ai bambini - Rivelatore di fumo Posizione Gli ospiti possono entrare e uscire con gli sci da questa struttura, che si trova a soli 90 metri dall'impianto di risalita di Les Grands Montets e dal bus navetta. Si tratta di un luogo vivace, con un popolare caffè al piano terra. Le piste intorno alla famosa località di Argentière sono adatte a sciatori di tutti i livelli. Durante i mesi estivi, la valle è ricca di attività, dalle escursioni a piedi e in mountain bike all'alpinismo, all'equitazione, al rafting, al parapendio, al tennis e al golf. Argentière dispone di molti servizi di cui i visitatori hanno bisogno, tra cui ristoranti e un supermercato. Il mercato settimanale, dove si possono trovare i migliori ingredienti locali, si svolge ogni domenica mattina. Tutte le strutture della valle del Monte Bianco sono a portata di mano. Dalla stazione ferroviaria di Argentière (11 minuti a piedi) partono i treni gratuiti del Mont Blanc Express, che permettono di esplorare l'intera valle del Monte Bianco. L'aeroporto di Ginevra si trova a 1 ora e 20 minuti di auto dalla casa.

Nous avons passé 3 jours au domaine Devouassoux, début novembre, nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l'emplacement et le confort de l'appartement. Le lit est super et l'ambiance chalet très agréable. A proximité des départs de randonnées et non loin de Chamonix. Emplacement incroyable en été pour son calme et sa position dans la vallée, personnel a l'écoute et professionnel. L'hôtesse n'a pas hésité a faire demi-tour après les horaires fermeture pour nous donner une clé (la première ne fonctionnait pas). Appartement superbement équipé. Pile ce qu'il nous fallait pour un week-end.

Best thing about this apartment that it is right next to the gondola. Beautiful views from the balcony. It was hard to find in the dark, because we are not familiar with the area. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, all in perfect working conditions. Overall unit is somewhat historical, good for 1-2 people. Location is absolutely perfect to enjoy skiing in Grands Montets. Host was responsive.

BRILLIANT LOCATION. Literally yards from the Ski Bus and all the routes go there as well. Close to lifts and had its own car parking.

The biggest negative about our stay was that there was no soap or shampoo, despite the ad saying there would be. The showerhead was also broken, so we had to hold the showerhead over us in order to shower. It took a day to resolve these issues (and the showerhead was not repaired). A few other things to note: -there is no internet, which is probably listed in the description and I just didn't read carefully enough, but I am genuinely shocked that in this day and age, internet would not be provided. It was especially a problem for me because I was traveling from the US and my phone service was not so great in the mountains, so wifi is the primary way I have to text and research things for my trip. -the place where you get your keys is about a 10 min walk from the train/bus, and then the rental property is a 10 min walk from there, which is a lot when you have all your luggage -property is located in the middle of an active construction zone
