Extra, proximité de la rue centrale, garage en sous sol, plus la possibilité de réserver seulement 3 nuits.Le moins : pas de four, beaucoup de condensation sur les vitrages, ...cachant légèrement la vue magnifique sur le Mont-blanc.A refaire

Great location. Checkin was great except the need to fight traffic downtown, find parking, and find property management site was frustrating. Property management staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very small, but exactly as described. Directions to apartment were detailed and very helpful.

Excellent spot to crash each night after adventuring in Chamonix and surrounding areas. Walking distance to everything you need. Beautiful view of mountains and river in backyard. Bathroom door handle kept falling off but otherwise everything worked as expected and very clean. Wish we could have left key at residence for check out as key pick up / drop off was a bit of a walk from residence with all of our luggage. But very friendly staff at Happy Rentals and great directions in finding them and easy communication. Thank you for a great stay! Great pizza place right by the rental. Delicious!

Paldies! Mājoklis bija kārtīgs un pilnībā apgādāts ar visu nepieciešamo. Ļoti labā vietā-netālu no centra un taipat laikā klusa, mierīga vieta ar brīnišķīgu skatu uz upi un kalniem. Tikai divas lietas, ko saimnieki varētu uzlabot: neērta dušas lietošana un jānomaina krāsainais, mirgojošais apgaismojums pie divstāvīgās gultas. Iesaku ģimenei ar bērniem vai draugu grupai.

Très bon emplacement, en centre ville. A proximité des arrêts de bus gratuit pour aller sur les pistes. Appartement agréable pour une famille ou à plusieurs. Garage top.

Loved staying at Noemi's place! It was right next to the Arve river so it was incredible to hear the water rushing while in the balcony at night. I can't wait to go back to Chamonix! I'd choose Noemi's apartment without question.

What a wonderful location with gorgeous views of Mt Blanc. The condo was well eqipped with everything a family needs and is conveniently steps away from the shops of Chamonix.

Logement propre et disposant des équipements mentionnés. Le lieu est est paisible tout en étant proche du centre ville proche des boutiques, restaurants et autres. (10min à pied) Il est idéal pour un week-end en famille. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la montagne et les instructions d'arrivée claire.

Appartement très bien situé, calme et disposant d'un stationnement réservé, avantage précieux à Chamonix. En revanche, équipement très réduit (pas même un égouttoir) et chauffage bloqué beaucoup trop bas. Avec le sol en lino, prévoir chaussons et grosses chaussettes pour ne pas geler (testé à la Toussaint).

It was awkward having to collect and return the keys from the rental company office. I'm not sure why they couldn't just have a key safe at the property which is standard practice for holiday rentals.

Fantastic view from every rooms to the mountains and Mont Blanc. Central place in the town. The toilet is loose and need to be fixed, there isn’t much light in the toilet and there is no brush for cleaning. But we had a wonderful time.

We liked the location very much. Walking distance to everywhere we needed: cable cars, restaurant or shops. The view from the apartment was beautiful. Very clear check in and check out instructions. We appreciate the parking very much.

We loved the location of this property. Minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and several free bus lines to many ski areas. Perfect for a ski holiday. The apartment is small and was a tight fit for 3 people, but in our 7 night stay, we were rarely there so it was fine.

L’avis pour chamonix ça va ? Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement à Chamonix pour un groupe de 4 adultes, et malheureusement, notre expérience a été en dessous de nos attentes. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'entrée du bâtiment. Il n’y avait également pas suffisamment de places de parking pour notre seconde voiture, ce qui a ajouté à la confusion. En entrant dans l'appartement, nous avons été surpris par la taille des pièces. L'annonce laissait entendre que l’espace serait plus grand. Les chambres sont extrêmement petites, et l'une d'elles n’a même pas de porte, ce qui est gênant pour l'intimité et le bruit ! Les lits superposés sont clairement conçus pour des enfants, pas des adultes. Mon frère, qui mesure moins de 1.80 , ne pouvait même pas s’allonger correctement dans le lit. D'autres aspects de l’appartement laissaient également à désirer. Plusieurs placards dans la cuisine et la salle de bain s’ouvrent difficilement ou manquent de poignées, ce qui les re

The apartment location was good. The check in process was fairly easy and made much better by the off of instructions we received. The apartment had all that we needed. We loved the balcony. The door handle to the bathroom kept falling off. Everything else was great. It was a little challenging to walk the key back and catch our train. Wish there was an option to leave the key at the residence upon check out like we did for our other two VRBOs on this trip. But all in all we really liked the value and location and the property was just what we needed to explore Chamonix. Staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Appartement très bien placé, tous commerces accessibles à pied. Par contre la sortie du garage n’est pas bien expliqué, nous avons tourné pour sortir. Il ne faut pas avoir un véhicule trop grand pour le garage. Le logement semble plus grand sur les photos, et le logement aurait besoin d’un coup de modernisation, plaque de cuisson, élément de cuisine pas propre et à changer. La poignée des toilettes nous restait dans les mains à chaque fois.

Le logement est plus petit que sur les photos et la chambre avec lits superposés n’a pas de porte, juste un rideau. Le chauffage est insuffisant. Il faisait 8 degrés à l’arrivée et 14 degrés 24h plus tard. 17 degrés à la fin du week-end. Un peu juste … il n’y a pas de couverture supplémentaire et on a du dormir habillés. Le logement est bien situé, très propre ( mais il n’y avait pas de linge de lit ni de serviette à l’entrée, sur notre appel ils ont été livrés dans la soirée, attention donc en cas d’arrivée après la fermeture de l’agence) L’agence est réactive pour le linge mais rien n’a été fait pour le chauffage …

De locatie is prima. Dichtbij het centrum en de liften. De omgeving is erg rustig. Het hebben van een afgesloten parkeerruimte is fijn.

Pros - generally the apartment matched the description, except for the lack of WiFi. The location was wonderful and the apartment was clean and there was good parking. Cons - I received no check-in (or check-out) instructions and no response from the host until I escalated through AirBnB after we arrived. The gate clicker for the parking not did not work and it was difficult to find the apartment from the garage. And, although I contacted the host regarding these issues I received no response. Regarding the unresponsiveness, my guess is that somehow the rental agency that is renting this out on behalf of the owners was not monitoring the AirBnB mailbox or there was some kind of glitch.

The place was ok, in a good location for the Brevent ski lift and for Chamonix town centre. Noemi was great, very responsive on chat and very helpful. It was inconvenient to get the keys for the place. It seems this is part of a rental group and you have to go to their office to get keys. They aren't at the property. Also the bunk beds are small and wouldn't fit an adult very comfortably. There was a lot of noise from surrounding apartments and properties throughout the night. All in all, the property was alright for a quick trip but quite expensive.
