Die zentrale Lage, das Appartement, die Beschreibung entspricht der Wirklichkeit. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr umfangreich. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber ausreichend. In dem großen Zimmer fehlte uns ein Tisch! Auch wäre es angebracht einen weiteren Schlüssel zu haben. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

I had a great stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location—close to everything you might need, from shops and restaurants. It was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. La posizione vince su tutto, ma il parcheggio è molto scomodo, nella zona. Il comune, poi, vuole fare cassa e sganci multe con facilità.

L emplacement idéal au centre de Strésa en centre ville,près de tous les commerces et juste en face de l embarcadère pour les iles Borommées. Les équipements pour la cuisine étaient complets et neufs .L appartement est très propre et un très bon accueil avec une bouteille et des biscuits apéritif en cadeaux.

The check in information was sent in good time and was accurate. We communicated with Rocco via whatsapp and he was polite, helpful and answered all our questions however random (where to watch the football etc)! The apartment is on the first floor very close to the centre of stresa so is very convenient for shopping and restaurants etc. It has lots of space. Our main issue was that we were there in a heatwave and the heat was inescapable. There was one fan so we bought a second for the other bedroom. I really wished for air conditioning! Stresa itself is very beautiful but we didnt find loads to do as a family. We didnt hire a car, so this might have helped find more activities. We swam in the lake and visited the islands and palaces nearby but could have done with some other family friendly activities so im not sure I would recommend Stresa as a place go go with children (8 and 11) for this reason.

bel appartement, grandes pieces, idealement placé en plein centre. ( du coup un peu bruyant le soir fenetres ouvertes). Trois chambres mais la 3e n a pas de lit, seulement une banquette très inconfortable. Par consequent bien pour 4 personnes mais pour 5 il faut dormir dans le canape convertible du salon ( d ailleurs seuls 4 couchages éraient prets a notre arrivee alors que nous avions reserve pour 5). La table à manger est également prevue pour 4. Bien équipé, il ne manquait qu un couteau de cuisine. Nous avons malheureusement eu un problème de draps et couverture malodorants à notre arrivee sur un lit ( on avait l impression qu un chat avait fait pipi), heusement qu il faisait chaud, nous avons pu utiliser le drap de dessus de l autre lit car on a attendu 3 jours pour avoir de nouveaux draps. Sinon très belle region, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, der Check in hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Sofa eher klein. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist nicht optimal, die Fenster halten kaum Geräusche ab, es hat in der Badewanne Schimmel, im Bad kommt bröckelt die Tapete. Alles recht in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt sauber geputzt, vor der Haustür viele Spinnenweben, Treppenaufgang wenig gepflegt.

The check in information was sent in good time and was accurate. We communicated with Rocco via whatsapp and he was polite, helpful and answered all our questions however random (where to watch the football etc)! The apartment is on the first floor very close to the centre of stresa so is very convenient for shopping and restaurants etc. It has lots of space. Our main issue was that we were there in a heatwave and the heat was inescapable. There was one fan so we bought a second for the other bedroom. I really wished for air conditioning! Stresa itself is very beautiful but we didnt find loads to do as a family. We didnt hire a car, so this might have helped find more activities. We swam in the lake and visited the islands and palaces nearby but could have done with some other family friendly activities so im not sure I would recommend Stresa as a place go go with children (8 and 11) for this reason.

bel appartement, grandes pieces, idealement placé en plein centre. ( du coup un peu bruyant le soir fenetres ouvertes). Trois chambres mais la 3e n a pas de lit, seulement une banquette très inconfortable. Par consequent bien pour 4 personnes mais pour 5 il faut dormir dans le canape convertible du salon ( d ailleurs seuls 4 couchages éraient prets a notre arrivee alors que nous avions reserve pour 5). La table à manger est également prevue pour 4. Bien équipé, il ne manquait qu un couteau de cuisine. Nous avons malheureusement eu un problème de draps et couverture malodorants à notre arrivee sur un lit ( on avait l impression qu un chat avait fait pipi), heusement qu il faisait chaud, nous avons pu utiliser le drap de dessus de l autre lit car on a attendu 3 jours pour avoir de nouveaux draps. Sinon très belle region, nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, der Check in hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet, Sofa eher klein. Der Zustand der Wohnung ist nicht optimal, die Fenster halten kaum Geräusche ab, es hat in der Badewanne Schimmel, im Bad kommt bröckelt die Tapete. Alles recht in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt sauber geputzt, vor der Haustür viele Spinnenweben, Treppenaufgang wenig gepflegt.
