Quest'area è anche dotata di una sala da pranzo all'aperto per consentire agli ospiti di sfruttare al meglio l'ambiente tranquillo e rilassarsi con i propri cari. Al centro di questa spaziosa casa vacanze su due livelli c'è il principio del massimo relax e della riconnessione, per il quale c'è un soggiorno aperto con una disposizione adatta alle famiglie, una sala da tè con camino e un accogliente angolo lettura. Dalla consigliatissima Locanda La Tirlindana a Sala Comacina alle economiche pizzerie nelle vicinanze, fino ai famosi ristoranti con vista sul lago lungo la Tremezzina, tutti raggiungibili in 5 minuti di auto. Inoltre, il terminal dei traghetti è a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Da Ossuccio gli ospiti troveranno anche i lidi di Cadenabbia e Menaggio, gli sport acquatici e i famosi golf club facilmente raggiungibili in auto (10 minuti), nonché il servizio di traghetti per auto e passeggeri per le famose località del "triangolo d'oro", rendendo questa casa vacanze la scelta perfetta per godersi la pace del lago e il vantaggio di una posizione privilegiata!

We had a very nice stay at this villa, it was eclectic but very fun at the same time! The only suggestion I might have is that it could have better amenities: more kitchen supplies, more towels, updated linens etc. Overall it was an amazing to rent!

Beautifully romantic place. Lenno is a beautiful town with much less hassle and crowd compared to Bellagio. One drawback is that taxi to/from is not always available.

Family of 9 people including two small kids aged 1 and 4. Spacious house, swimming pool was a plus. Close to the supermarket and bus station. No air-conditioning but with the standing fan it was durable. would be nice if the kitchen and sitting area also had a fan. Now we moved the fan from the bedrooms downstairs daily to the kitchen otherwise it is very hot during cooking time. We had a good time!

I just stayed in this villa with a group of friends before a wedding and the house was amazing. The property is beautiful and very close to a few ferries and bus stations. The house was also so spacious and fit us all comfortably. I would happily come back to this property and lake como in the future!

This home is absolutely beautiful. I can honestly say though that the photos online didn’t do this home justice. The home is beyond beautiful. I booked this home for myself and 7 others for my wedding over at the Villa Del Balbianello. This home is huge and fit all of us no problem. The place is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook yourself. Only comment was that the dryer wasn’t working and the WiFi really only works downstairs in the kitchen. Would love to come back some day!

Heerlijk zwembad en mooie locatie. De eerste dag zagen we een aantal dingen die kapot waren, de technische dienst kwam snel om het te maken. Daarna ontdekten we echter steeds meer. De tuinman/zwembadonderhouder had het prima voor elkaar! Prachtige en enorm grote tuin! Waanzinnig groot huis met wel twee afsluitbare zitkamers en een aparte eetkamer.

We will check that the instructions for waste disposal are provided and items that do not work properly and need to be replaced are changed. We thank you for informing us about it, we will do our best to improve and make the stay of future guests more comfortable. We are sorry that you found some personal objects of the owner and that you felt observed by the neighbors in the pool. Ants are unfortunately a frequent problem on Lake Como, but they are harmless and with an insecticide the inconvenience is quickly solved. For check-out it is correct to leave the keys in the key box. We hope that these inconveniences did not spoil your nice stay too much and that we can have you as guests again when we have solved these little things that we can and want to improve. Beautiful property! Amazing location and view of Villa Balbiano. The place is honestly so beautiful and I would love to come back! That being said, unfortunately it is not very well provisioned for guests to live in the home - no house instructions booklet, no salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, hot water jug, scrubber/sponge, paper towels, clothes washing machine tablets. Only provided 1 towel per person for a 7 day stay and no pool towels, only provided 2 dishwasher tablets and they didn’t work when we used them (dishes still smelly and dirty when cycle complete). Provided a welcome box with milk, wine, a couple waters and sachets of salt and sugar, single serve of jam and a couple muesli bars (for 9 people over 7 days). Drier didn’t work but fortunately we could dry clothes outside. I would highly recommend the property managers to provide a little more for the guests. We had 2 other villas booked in Lake Como and they had all of the items that we had missing from our villa.
