Fin och välstädad lägenheten med en härlig terass. Vi bodde där i 4 nätter, fin stad att utgå ifrån och göra olika utflykter. Och bra service från värden.

The place looked like the pictures. The outdoor area was nice to have! One of the rooms felt quite damp and left some of our clothes damp as well. The drain in the shower was clogged at the beginning of our stay as well but sort of resolved itself over time. Close to Camelot pub which was a perk for us! Overall, it was decent for what we paid for and had a great time in Italy!

Appartamento molto grande, spazioso e luminoso, ideale per famiglie. La terrazza e il giardino sono un grande valore aggiunto, soprattutto con bambini e animali. L’agenzia è stata estremamente disponibile e gentile, sia per il ritiro delle chiavi sia per tutte le informazioni: comunicazione eccellente.

Schöne kleine Wohnung für 4 Personen ausreichend. Nur was wir negativ fanden, war die Nachbarin oben sie war morgens sehr laut. Und abend wenns man zusammen rausgesessessen ist hat sie dauernd man soll ruhig sein gerufen.

LA GRANDE TERRASSE ET LE JARDIN ETAIENT TRES APPRECIABLES. LA PROXIMITE DU CENTRE ET DU DEBARCADAIRE NOUS ONT PERMIS DE TOUT FAIRE A PIED. IL MANQUAIT DES LINGES DE CUISINE ET ESSUIE-MAINS (UN SEUL LINGE A VAISSELLE), DES USTENSILES DE CUISINE (PAS DE TIRE-BOUCHON...) ET UN ASPIRATEUR (BALAI UN PEU USE...)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig und hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir hatten eine Telefonnummer, unter der aber leider sonntags (also am Anreisetag) niemand erreichbar war.

The place is smaller than expected, good location, fairly clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbours constantly. Overall ok.

son atout majeur : son emplacement : à proximité du centre et du port de stresa. un peu bruyant. il est géré par une agence donc pas de lien avec l'hote. tout est fonctionnel mais la douche est vraiment vieillissante. pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs. la terrasse est vraiment agréable mais le jardin n'était pas entretenu. stationnement à proximité peut être compliqué.

This property was located in the perfect location, a very very short distance from lively restaurants , bars and cafes, also the ferry terminal was a 3 min walk to all the beautiful islands on the lake. but unfortunately it is quite old and needs a bit of TLC. There wasn’t any cleaning equipment for sweeping or mopping the inside only a dusty old broom outside.

The host and communication were great. Responsive and friendly. The location was good and very close to the beautiful path along the lake. Walking distance from everything and very close to public transit.When we first walked in to the apartment, we were disappointed to pick up a strong odor of mildew or mold. It was especially strong in one of the bedrooms and around the bathroom/hallway area.As the apartment is quite small, the odor was present throughout the space. It’s important to mention that we were also in this apartment during a massive heatwave that was affecting the region.The apartment was extremely warm, and the smell made it difficult to be inside for very long. Our family of 4 adults booked this apartment for a few days, but could only stay one night.The host was very helpful by bringing over a couple of small fans to the apartment, which was appreciated. The apartment does not have air conditioning.The bathroom is small and the shower area was too short for one of our guests. He could not stand up straight to shower.In the shower area, there is a small glass cube inserted into the wall at hip level where the rest of the wall are normal tiles.. We discovered that light was coming in from the bedroom storage closet into the shower area. It was odd to have the bedroom closet with a glass cube embedded into the wall, adjacent to our shower. Great location, but strong odor was not good and the space was small for our group.

The apartment has a great location in the very nice town of Stresa. However, it has no air condition which is a problem since the area has lots of mosquitos so problematic to have windows open. And the apartment gets very warm. Bathroom was below expectation and not very fresh. Kitchen was poorly equipped. No salt, pepper, oil, paper towels or other basic things you could expect in a kitchen.
