Alles in allem ein gelungenen Aufenthalt! nette Wohnung in netter Lage! Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten im Zentrum! Wohnung war sauber und genau wie gewünscht! Zur Begrüßung gabs sogar eine Flasche Prosecco! Parkplatz war direkt in der Wohnhausanlage, nur die Anzahl der Parkplätze kann knapp werden! gerne wieder! 🙂

- Hervorragende Lage in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, zehn Minuten zu Fuß zur Fußgängerzone. Kleiner Supermarkt in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Wohnung im ersten von zwei Stockwerken einer 70er Jahre Wohnanlage, gut gepflegt. - Sehr schönes Bad mit besonders komfortabler Dusche. - Waschmaschine - problemlose Schlüsselübergabe und Infoaustausch auch ohne persönlichen Kontakt.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. An Geschirr fehlte es etwas, auch zum Kochen waren zu wenig Töpfe da. Die Couch war zum Schlafen völlig ungeeignet, zu wenig Platz und zu unbequem, keine Bezüge für die Decken und zu dünne Matratzen. Der Restmüll konnte nicht entsorgt werden, für die Tonnen gab es kein Schlüssel. Im Innenhof war nicht immer ein Platz frei fürs Auto.

Lage ausgezeichnet (10 min. zu Fuss bis zum See), sehr gute und komplette Ausstattung, großer Balkon mit netter Aussicht, schönes Badezimmer mit großer Dusche, Aufteilung der Wohnung sehr gut. Parkplatz vorhanden.
