Una graziosa casa rustica nel cuore del borgo medievale di Sigirino, tra stradine strette e case in pietra: questo rifugio idilliaco è il punto di partenza ideale per esplorare le montagne e i laghi circostanti. Nascosta in una tranquilla strada pedonale, questa graziosa casa può ospitare 4 persone. Il soggiorno presenta freschi pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con travi a vista. È arredato con poltrone in vimini e una credenza in legno. Dietro l'angolo si trova una cucina a pianta aperta con zona pranzo, dotata di un'accogliente stufa a legna e di un tavolo per 4 persone. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, frigorifero con congelatore, tostapane, set per fonduta e macchina Nespresso. All'esterno della porta d'ingresso, ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per cenare all'aperto o semplicemente per rilassarsi e godersi il pittoresco paesaggio circostante. È la combinazione perfetta tra una posizione tranquilla e la vicinanza al vivace centro città. La casa dista solo 20 minuti dal centro di Lugano e da tutte le sue attrazioni. C'è così tanto da vedere, tra cui il MASI, il Museo d'arte della Svizzera italiana. Ci sono molti ristoranti e caffè deliziosi dove potrete gustare il meglio della cucina italiana e svizzera. Sigirino è circondato da una splendida campagna con possibilità di fare escursioni, andare in mountain bike e arrampicare nelle immediate vicinanze. L'aeroporto internazionale più vicino si trova in Italia: Milano Malpensa, a 1 ora e 10 minuti di auto.

Das Rustico ist eine Perle als Unterkunft. Klein, süss, heimelig und doch geräumig und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Fassade mit dem Sitzplatz ist grandios und lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein. Die Ortschaft ist gut per ÖV erreichbar und man ist schnell in Lugano. Sonja hat uns super begleitet, lief alles rund und ruhig. Danke!

Herzige kleine Wohnung. Für uns drei wahr sie vollkommen ausreichend. Ruhige und schöne Gegend. Lugano ist auch mit den ÖV in ca 30 min zu erreichen. Happy Rentals ist sehr freuntlich und hat bei Fragen rasch geantwortet.

A começar pelo vilarejo onde fica a casa que parece cenário de filme, tudo lá é realmente encantador! A casa é perfeita para uma família de quatro pessoas, tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila. Ponto de ônibus próximo e mercado grande a menos de três quilômetros. A comunicação foi ótima, tranquila e bem prestativa.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen inmitten eines kleinen Dorfkerns. Wohnung auf zwei Etagen mit enger Wendeltreppe. Einfache Einrichtung aber sehr zweckmässig (etwas dunkel im unteren Stock). Sehr ruhig und super Ausgangspunkt für Biketouren um den Mt Tamaro, Mt Bar und weitere. Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe. Unkomplizierte Vermietung, sehr gute Kommunikation sowie Prosecco als Wilkommensgruss runden den tollen Aufenthalt ab, danke.

Logement tout petit et mignon, idéal si vous vous baladez la journée. Un peu petit si vous souhaitez y rester la journée ou avec des petits enfants. Nous y étions avec 2 enfants de 5 et 8 ans. Il y a une place de jeux au village (environ 200m du rustico).

Kleines aber sehr herziges Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung. Zu viert ist es zwar eng aber ausreichend für einen Kurztrip. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Check-in und -out sind sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit Happy Rentals war sehr schnell und gut.
